Handy, free/cheap design tool
What do you like best about the product?
It strikes a nice balance between providing ready-to-go templates and easy-to-customize documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
You'll need the paid version to convert files or do certain things. I only need to do this occasionally, so I keep having to cancel/renew. A per-document fee would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used it for all kinds of marketing materials, client reports, flyers... it's a great multipurpose tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great entry-level design tool if you don't know much about design or have access to the Adobe suite. I still think it's slightly pricey if you're using it for just occasional things, but the free version works fine if you don't need the bells and whistles.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Canvas has a large database that allows for endless design possibilities for marketing and ads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that a lot of the designs are too generic or low quality. Sometimes it takes a while to find a good background or template, however a good imagination will mitigate for this problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create all of my own ads for my business without having to worry about paying a third party for marketing services.

Canva is very comprehensive. It presents everything from a blank document with the standard size of the design to be created to very original and easy-to-insert free resources in the design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the resources and templates are paid. Also, when downloading, it does not allow exporting the creation with a transparent background. This option is limited to paid accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Above all, when starting to create any design, the first question is the size the document should be. Secondly, you need to get inspired on how you should organize the information and present the images and other resources.

Canva has very good templates for all kinds of graphics designs, which you can have ready in couple of minutes.

I haven't found any reason to dislike the software, since it has already an made templates for designs which makes you work very easy and fast.

What do you like best about the product?
It is robust and is characterized by a didactic principle that quickly catches us, I really like the series of default and free templates that make available to us with the possibility of modifying it in terms of colors and text. Doing a design job for network publications with Canva is very simple, but with extraordinary results, they look amazing in our networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
More than a disadvantage, I suggest that in a future update add an external image editing tool as a complement so that it has to be paid, I think it would make the tool ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the graphic material used in my networks I do on my own through Canva and I easily share my creations on the networks, I have improved my traffic on social networks.

Canva has been the platform that has saved my life when I need to design some logo, image, poster, invitations, ect. Really any type of graphic design or material that I can think of I have done with this tool.
I really like Canva because it has a variety of formats and different tools that make working with this tool, dynamic, easy and fun. Also, I really like it to be an online software because I can access my designs and account from any device with access to the internet without any problem, this makes using this tool quite flexible, that no matter where I am just need a computer and internet and I can do any work or design on the Canva platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
Canva offers a mobile application and this is really great if it will work as expected. This application has presented many flaws and defects that make using it really a headache, I think you should take this into account and try to improve the application as much as possible, since it certainly has nothing to do with the excellent choice of Desktop on my PC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Canva I have been able to save a lot of time and money when I need to make a fast and quality design. With this platform it has not been necessary to be an expert because it is easy to understand and use. I was able to create many posts for Social Networks and this has allowed the increase of a large part of our current audience.

The templates are a great advantage of Canva, so, depending on the design, I do not need to create everything from the beginning, which allows me to save time. It is easy to use even for someone who has just started in this world; They also have an immense stock of images and icons available for use. Duplicating designs is not a problem, on the contrary it is very fast as well as the color codes are easy to implement. Another interesting fact is that the gallery of publications on social networks is excellent, that is, you can use the templates to show comments and testimonials, sales alerts or new products.

Among the complaints I find in Canva are the following; you should find the easiest mechanism to center icons, texts, images, etc. Besides that it requires a better folder system, I do not like having to see all the designs to find one in specific. I do not think that removing images is cumbersome, I would like there to be a massive photo editor.

We have used this good program in AB4 Systems for designs, social publications, e-books, logos. It is a quick alternative, since it also helps us to cut images to the correct dimensions and place our logo and that of the clients for brand purposes in different platforms. What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and ability to manipulate colors and layers. I enjoy being able to add filters and transparency as well as collaborate on a single design with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Facebook event cover photo size doesn't fit the Facebook event cover photo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This offers my nonprofit the ability to create professional looking graphics on a non-profit budget.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is for me an excellent option to create designs of all kinds, I can create posters, and I can also create my designs to publish them on my social networks, has a wide variety of plans and elements to work, has a free version and one for business which is more complete.

The free version is very limited since it does not have all the necessary tools to create a quality design, I can also say that the canva tools are basic and do not have many advanced settings.
