Effortless Design for Non-Designers
What do you like best about the product?
What I really appreciate about Canva is how easy and intuitive it felt when I first started using it. I wasn't a designer and didn't really understand how things worked, but starting with a blank canvas, I could quickly and easily create something polished and brand-friendly. The templates are genuinely helpful, and it's simple to customise everything to fit my needs. This has made it much easier for me to develop a lot of things without spending too much time, since nothing about the process is particularly tricky.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I sometimes dislike about Canva is that it can feel a bit limiting, especially since some advanced tools offer more options for customized design and unique features. While Canva is constantly being developed and improved, and some features are still in progress, there are still certain capabilities I wish were available in Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, Canva essentially solves the challenge of designing without requiring much technical knowledge. It saves me time, and although design can be intimidating for someone like me who isn’t a professional, Canva makes the process much more approachable. The features and options it offers allow me to make the kind of content I want for my brand, as well as for the social media pages where I share my posts. It really helps me put my ideas into action, even without a design background.
Effortless Design with Versatile Templates and Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like the designs which this app create easily within a seconds or minutes also it has wide range of templates ,drag and drop interface and built-in elements like images,icons and fonts make our designing quickly and efficient for documents,social media and for the presentations. I never used Customer Support because I never face any issue to complaint
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it doesn’t include some of the more advanced design features you’d find in professional tools like Adobe, this software is straightforward to use and works well for regular, frequent use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps solve the challenge of creating quality visual content quickly, without needing a designer. Even if you’re new and don’t have any design knowledge, you can still put together a high-quality design that looks polished and professional.
Versatile templates and exceptional free features
What do you like best about the product?
Many templates and they are very easy to redesign. It has many features in its free version. It allows you to do almost everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the website section, the templates are not very modern, as they resemble PowerPoint presentations more. Additionally, I believe the mobile application could be a bit more intuitive and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a content creator, I find your free image bank and the templates you offer very useful. Thanks to these tools, I can create original content in a matter of minutes.
Design Made Simple at Canva Castle
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other applications, I found this one offered a much more user-friendly interface. It also provided premade templates, which made it easy for me to create my own custom design styles. Very easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
The free premade templates are very limited for a user. Also some times face file exporting issues into my local system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers a basic design template generated by AI that matches the context of my query. I then use this as a starting point and make further changes according to the specific details I need. Also there are few premade design templates are available to for reference and I will use them according to my requirement.
Good tool for non-designers who need clean visuals
What do you like best about the product?
what i like most about the Canva is how easy and fast it is to create clean visuals without being a designer. as a developer, i don't want to spend too much time on design, and Canva helps me quickly put together presentations, diagrams, and simple graphics. The read-made templates, icons, and layouts save a lot of time, especially when i need something presentable on short notice.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometime free version feels a bit limited with many good templates and elements locked behind the paid plan. For more detailed or technical designs, Canva can also feel restrictive compared to advanced design tools. When working on the large files, it may feel slightly slow in the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the problem of creating quick, decent-looking visuals without depending on a designer. I use it for project presentation, internal documentation, Jira screenshots, flow diagrams, and quick visuals for team communication it helps me explain ideas more clearly, saves time, and make internal communication more effective without overcomplicating the design process.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and the templates available. We have a small marketing team so having a user friendly, community based platform like this, helps our efficiency in creating marketing materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing small details or repeat details are easier on photoshop. Photoshop gives users better lighting, pagination, and other detail editing compared to canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to do professional editing through an easy-to-use platform. I can also onboard new team members without them needing a ton of digital asset editing experience, which makes the whole process smoother.

I like that Canva is easy to use and not very complicated, unlike other options. I can use it easily on both my laptop and mobile, making it very accessible, especially for last-minute changes. I appreciate its internet accessibility, letting me work from anywhere. I love the wide array of design options available, much like professional software. The templates are incredibly useful, with a template ready for almost everything, like wedding cards, making my design process much smoother. The initial setup is very simple, as it's just a matter of logging in and using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The video creation section in Canva can use some improvements like there are only a few transitions and effects for slides and text. I would love more transitions and effects.

Amazing Design Tool with Instant Usability and Speed
What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for creating brand identities and carousels, and it helps me create content for my clients as a social media manager. The templates in Canva make it easier and allow me to find everything I need to create on other platforms in just one app, which is really an amazing experience. We made the switch from Photoshop because Canva is faster to create stuff and quite easy. The initial setup of Canva was very easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the fact that immediately my subscription finishes, I can't at least have access to some elements on the platform. Canva should help creators maybe by giving a few hours grace, allowing us to still have access to their pro features so we can have time to renew.

Canva helps me create content for clients quickly and easily with its templates. It integrates all design tools in one app, providing a great user experience. I switched from Photoshop because Canva is much faster and easier for creating designs.
Perfect for Beginners with Easy Editing and Custom Templates
What do you like best about the product?
Any beginner can understand how it works, very easy to edit and there are some custom templates so it's makes easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a wider selection of templates, and the quality of the AI-generated images could be improved.

Good templates which make editing easy , especially its very useful for creating a resume, social media posts,etc

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Canva makes it easy to share links, so multiple people can work together on a single deck. I also find the amount of templates available on Canva amazing, allowing me to choose any template and start my work. Canva offers features for creating LinkedIn banners, Instagram posts, stories, and YouTube thumbnails, making it a one-go solution for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the customization feature could be improved a bit. Also, the Canva AI offers a limited amount of free credits per month, which could be extended so that we can use AI features more and generate more visually appealing personalised templates.

Canva provides appropriate design templates for my presentations or other designs, making them more presentable and topic-specific. This tool simplifies the design process with its ready-to-use templates, especially for specific themes like the music industry.
