It is the design tool that offers everything you need to create what you want
What do you like best about the product?
I started using canva without knowing anything about design, but as I was using this program I realized that it is so easy to use, to be able to personally create the designs I want, I like its interface that makes it easier for me to get what I want and have a excellent result in what I'm doing, it's great and incomparable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that it is only a program that I use on the web, that requires an internet connection, besides that, with the undo button I had many inconveniences since it delays me a bit since it is usually slow, they must improve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is ideal for me, since it actually gives me the necessary to create my designs for my social networks, besides creating all kinds of advertising design in my work, with this software I have saved time and money, and I have been able to undertake same my designs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is thrifty, easy to use, in this program you will have the freedom to create everything you want with all the excellent features it offers and the quality of service is original.
Canva is the tool I didn't know I needed
What do you like best about the product?
Canva, where do I begin? First its super easy to use with hundreds of free templates for EVERYTHING design. It also has a lot of free design elements like photos, graphics, shapes, fonts, and more. I use this almost everyday at work. So to break it down:
1. Easy to use
2. Wide range of available tools
3. Great for different media (flyers, Instagram posts, business cards, banner ads, etc.)
4. Extremely affordable

What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike about Canva is that the quality of the image diminishes slightly when you download it. I have noticed that even as a .png file, the lines and text overlays aren't as crisp as in the preview.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has solved a great deal of issues. I'm good at design, but not the greatest. That's why we hire graphic designers. But sometimes a client needs something in a really short time span and our GD can't churn it out that quickly so I go in, design something really quickly, and BOOM the client is ecstatic at the turnaround time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need design work and (1) don't want to hire a graphic designer or (2) only need a limited amount of design work, sign up for Canva. The free account is more than enough for our needs in the office and the Pro offerings are very reasonably priced if you need more robust tools. Also LOVE the collaboration feature that allows you to share a design with multiple users to have them get their input.
Canva offers you everything you need to edit to your liking
What do you like best about the product?
It is good and I like this program because it allows me to design images and give the ideal retouch to my photos, without having experience, since it is very easy to use and with an excellent interface that allows me to work comfortably, and create everything I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
A disadvantage may be that it is a tool that can be used only online, and that I must be very careful when making the edits and make sure everything is saved to avoid losing what I do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that with canva I can create my designs easily, free and without using other tools such as Photoshop, since it has allowed me to create a variety of designs of excellent quality and be able to make my publications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is good and I recommend it because you can design the ones you want, just by entering this software and you can have quality in your images since it offers basic functions that will allow you to have a pleasant result.
Canva is a very affordable platform for designing stuffs from banners to flyers, etc..
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that there's a free version that allows you to design and download it to your computer, still in the best quality formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more robust packages seem quite a bit too pricey in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
at my organization, because we do lots of Facebook posts and ads, we are constantly relying on canvas to provide us with a reasonably cheap means of designing banners for Facebook ads, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are starting out as a beginner or a startup company with less resources to higher specialist graphic designer, then you can check with canva, as they provide you with powerful but simple design interface, which amateurs / beginners can easily handle.
Best Designing software for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
Its features which are easier to adapt and even a unknown designer can easily understand in initial stage. Templates are very unique and excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many images are paid when i search which i am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I made excellent images for Guest blog, website blog, Instagram and Facebook post for client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will recommend this excellent designing software to all the Unknown Designer who want to explore their ideas into Info-graphics and particular to them also who want their career in Designing field like Graphic Design.
Canva is a wonderful tool for non-profits
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to use and has great free designs and templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really have not seen any downsides yet. What's there not to like?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do most of the graphic design for our non-profit in Canva.
Easy graphic creation for non-graphic program savvy folks!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Canva allows one to create smooth, clean looking graphics without having to purchase insanely expensive software, like Adobe, if they do not need that level of control over the designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is the lack of detailed control. But, then again, I'm a designer who knows how to use programs like Illustrator if I want that level of control. For the audience this is geared for it is pretty awesome. It is minorly annoying that (for the free version at least) you cannot upload your own background images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I came to my current position the minister was creating their own graphics with this program. I took over creating them while I was waiting for the approval to purchase the Adobe Creative Cloud to use. As a graphic designer, I found Canva easy to use, and it allowed me to create some stellar looking graphics I needed for my position.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a cheap and easy to use alternative to graphic programs this is the perfect option for you! Especially if you don't need a high degree of detail control, and need to churn things out quickly, all while looking like it was NOT made quickly and cheaply. A perfect choice for new businesses that don't have the funds to hire a dedicated graphic designer or purchase graphics creation software.
Easy to use and easy to create beautiful marketing material
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use, we use the free version currently and it has more than enough features for our marketing needs. We have considered using the option for prints for things like postcards and invitations but have not yet explored it. Our designs are always sleek and clear when using Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes slow and has crashed once or twice but not enough that it's been a problem for us especially since it auto saves your designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're creating marketing materials. Before using Canva, we were using Photoshop and only 1 person in our office knew how to use Photoshop so all of the marketing material creating was on their shoulders. Now we can all do it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to choose the right dimensions before creating your design, if you have the free version you cannot change it afterward as far as I am aware.
Great options for quick graphics
What do you like best about the product?
Drag and drop anything you want. Upload pics from work and your brand logo
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to seperate free from played templates. Hit home and the image is saved even if you were just trying out some new element you cannot undo after hitting home.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Never run out of graphics for branding and social media content. Great last minute post creation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Play around with designs. Don't hit home until you love the graphic.
Fantastic Collaboration Tool for Marketing Teams
What do you like best about the product?
No one on my team is a designer by trade, but we make it work with Canva. The templated for pre-sized images are absolutely fantastic. And, with Canva at Work, I am ensured that our brand colors won't be guessed but rather implemented as expected. I also love that it integrates to Slack and we can keep a running channel of designs. As a long-time user, I am particularly happy that Canva has included a folders feature. It keeps me from shuffling through a ton of designs, trying to find a needle in a haystack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think faster than it saves sometimes so occasionally the image is not showing as updated, even though it has been. There are also times that the template is awesome but I want to change the scale or use of something (usually a text box) and it doesn't present the way I need it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of training to Photoshop or other design-related tools. The benefit of Canva is that it is pretty easy to use, scale, and be up in running, even for a newbie, in a few hours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are using Canva for work-related purposes, you'll get a lot more mileage out of Canva at Work then you will the free model.
