Endless Template Choices Make Design a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
There are plenty of templates and a wide range of options available to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one aspect of Canva that I don't like is that some templates require payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are sharing information with our clients through posters that are both interactive and meaningful.
User-Friendly Interface, Feature-Rich, But Interface Overhaul Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I love Canva's user-friendly interface, which makes it very easy and comfortable to use right from the start. The free version offers lots of features, which is really good. I appreciate that even in the free version, there are a lot of powerful tools available. This helps me design images beautifully and in a structured way for the marketplace very easily and quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say Canva has lots of buttons to choose from in the main interface. And I think that could be simplified by the developers team. Sometimes the interface is good and user-friendly, but there are still many buttons that could be made into only one button. That's way better for the user and for the overall usability of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva as a beautifier for my product images, making them structured and appealing for the marketplace easily and quickly.
Effortless Design for Everyone with Canva’s Intuitive Tools
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Canva is how simple and quick it is to use, even for someone without any design experience. The most helpful aspect for me is the availability of ready-made templates and intuitive drag-and-drop tools, which really simplify the design process. Canva’s main advantages include being free to get started, offering a wide variety of templates and graphics, operating in the cloud, saving time, and enabling the creation of professional-looking designs in a short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find frustrating about Canva is that several appealing features and design options are only available with the Pro version. In terms of what I find least helpful, Canva offers fewer advanced editing tools than professional design software, which can be limiting. There are also some downsides: the designs can sometimes appear generic, there is less flexibility for detailed customization, an internet connection is required to use the platform, and when using the free version, exported files may suffer from reduced quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva addresses the challenge of not having design expertise or access to a designer. With Canva, I can easily and quickly produce professional-looking graphics for presentations and social media, which saves both time and money. From a business perspective, Canva simplifies branding, accelerates the creation of marketing materials, and lowers design expenses. This makes it easier to promote products and ideas more effectively.
Extremely User-Friendly with Extensive Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I love Canva for its extreme user-friendliness, extensive template library, and speed in creating, editing, and exporting social media graphics or professional presentations without needing advanced design skills. The extensive template library provides millions of premade designs for social media, presentations, and branding, which is heavily utilized by creators and businesses for efficiency. Setting it up was very easy; I just signed up and created an account, and that's it to start using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suffer from a steep learning curve, clunky interfaces, and a high number of clicks for simple tasks. I suggested improvements in asset organization, layer management, and interface customization to reduce cognitive load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva for templates and posters, with features like background remover and animations, it eliminates the need for other software. Its user-friendliness, speed, and extensive templates enhance efficiency in creating graphics without advanced skills.
A lifesaver for student assignments and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the best thing about Canva is how it makes you feel like a pro even if you have zero design talent. It takes away that "blank page" anxiety because you can just grab a template that already looks amazing and tweak it until it's yours. It’s one of those rare apps that stays out of your way—the tools are right where you expect them to be, and it saves you so much time that would otherwise be spent wrestling with complicated software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most frustrating part of Canva is definitely the "template trap." Because everything is based on pre-made layouts, it’s easy to create something that feels a bit generic or "cookie-cutter" since thousands of others are using the exact same graphics. On top of that, the mobile app can be incredibly fiddly; trying to select a tiny layer with your finger often ends up moving the entire background by mistake, which can be a real test of patience when you’re in a rush.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the massive problem of needing professional-quality visuals without actually having to be a trained graphic designer. For a student, it takes away the stress of staring at a blank page by providing thousands of templates for everything from presentations and infographics to resumes. It benefits me by saving hours of time on assignments, making my work look much more polished and engaging, and allowing me to easily collaborate with classmates on group projectitts in real-time. Essentially, it bridges the gap between having a good idea and actually being able to present it beautifully.
Effortless Design with Ready-Made Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I like Canva because it is very easy to use. It has ready-made templates, which save time and provide a clear starting point, so we don't have to design from scratch. This makes it possible for anyone, like students and teachers, to create professional designs easily. The initial setup was very easy as we could sign up quickly, invite team members, and start designing right away without any technical setup or training. Canva also integrates well with other tools like Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Our team switched to Canva from traditional tools because it's faster and offers less effort for design creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features are locked behind the paid versions, which limits free users. Improving offline access, giving more free assets, and better control over detailed editing would make Canva even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva for its ready-made templates and easy interface, which save time and eliminate confusion, helping anyone create professional designs without starting from scratch.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is very easy to use and saves a lot of time. The ready-made templates, drag-and-drop tools, fonts, and graphics help create professional designs quickly, even without design skills. It’s great for social media, presentations, posters, and videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features and premium elements are locked behind the paid plan. Customization can feel limited for very complex or highly detailed designs compared to professional design software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the problem of creating high-quality designs without needing professional design skills or expensive software. It helps me quickly create display ads and AI-generated images, saving time, reducing costs, and improving the overall quality and consistency of my designs.
Easy and Beginner-Friendly Design Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is very easy to use and makes designing simple even for beginners. I like that it provides many ready-made templates for social media posts, presentations, and posters. The drag-and-drop editor is smooth and saves a lot of time when creating designs. It also works well on both mobile and desktop, which makes it convenient to design from anywhere
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t like about Canva is that many good templates, elements, and graphics are only available in the paid version. Free users sometimes have limited options while designing. Also, when the internet connection is slow, the editor can take time to load. Apart from that, it is still a very useful tool for creating quick designs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the problem of creating designs without needing advanced design skills or expensive software. With its ready-made templates and drag-and-drop tools, it becomes very easy to make graphics quickly. It helps me create logos, social media posts, and simple promotional designs in a short time. This saves a lot of time and makes designing easier for beginners like me
Intuitive Design, Ideal for Freelancers
What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for formatting reels, and it's easy to use without having to move things or adjust every design. I just drag and drop the elements, and it's user-friendly. I also appreciate that Canva runs on low-memory devices without any issues, and I can have many Canva tabs open at a time. This feature is especially helpful when I'm working on editing reels for different accounts; I can open all the tabs with different formatting at once, drag and drop the media, and make consistent changes across them by switching tabs. It's very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are some issues that should be improved. If I use a text element in a 1-minute video and then drag and drop a 40-second video, the text element should adjust according to the video length. Instead, the 40-second video becomes a 20-minute video because it repeats at the end. The element should auto-adjust, starting from the 20-second timeline and ending at 40 seconds, but it starts at 40 seconds and ends at 60 seconds. This should be resolved. It was somewhat hard to set up Canva for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva for formatting reels because it's user-friendly and I can easily drag and drop elements. It runs on low memory devices allowing multiple tabs, which simplifies editing the same video for different accounts simultaneously.
