Quality software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to choose between posters, and different presentation styles. I think the suggestions for design are useful, but that it's great they offer blank templates so you can make it your own. It make my poster presentation successful and interesting to the audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the images cost money, which are the same ones you could just download from Google. The costumer service is also unprofessional and had to contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps make presentations and interactive posters easily. They can be make professionally for a product or topic that I need to present.

What do you like best about the product?
You can create anything you can think of. The best part is if your creative levels are low, Canva has so many templates to use and create into your own. We use Canva for open house flyers for our realtors. Flyers for our events. Invitations to everything. I have even customized birthday cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the better images are the ones you have to pay for. I also dislike that when I have to print the image created, this is always an added white boarder around the flyer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't need to outsource to make our marketing material to look professional and we don't need to wait and it can be create right away when needed.

With low experience in graphic design, this site could change your marketing material at a great price!
Canva is a great tool to *look* like you know graphic design
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is a great tool to *look* like you know graphic design and in reality you have no idea, but the templates they provide allow you to look like it! I love all the variations in sizes-- presentations, social media posts, email banners etc etc They are all formatted in the right settings. I love how many texts, photos, icons, backgrounds, colors etc they have available. it is so user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to pay a small fee to upload brand guidelines, but I find it worth it! I have seen some companies post and I have thought to myself "that looks like a Canva template" which isn't great... It is not going to be as high quality as a designer but the cost is SOO much better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No one on staff is a graphic designer and this cuts down the cost of hiring someone. We have realized that we can have more engaging social media with posting quotes as images and sharing events as images through Canva. People are more drawn to images and Canva allows us to do that which is wonderful!

With canva I can manipulate my images, I can add texts, elements and others, I can say that being a web application is very powerful and you have many options to design, another advantage is that it is available for Android and iOS devices. .

What do you dislike about the product?
Being an online software has many drawbacks, since it can not be used well if you do not have a good Internet connection, I can not access the channel in any other way than the web or the mobile application.
As for the tools, I would like them to be more advanced, since the clipping tool can only be used rectangularly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With canva I create the advertising content for social networks, since I can work easier and faster, it also allows me to create an excellent poster and logos.

Keep in mind that canva is not a very advanced editor, this tool is ideal for creating quick designs that do not require many details.

What do you like best about the product?
The elements, templates, and designs available in Canva is second to none. That combined with the graphic design tools of changing colors, opacity, sizing, etc. makes this tool completely invaluable for me as a content creator.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I have no complaints to speak of! Even the free version of Canva is quite robust. I've not experienced glitching. The only thing I have had issues with is that saving things as certain sizes greatly affects resolution, but that is to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create eye-catching content with the least amount of time, and the greatest modern appeal. From proposals, to Instagram posts, Canva helps us with all of it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't worry if you can't use high-end graphic design software like Photoshop etc. Canva truly is all you need to make your business - or personal (party invites! business cards! neighborhood flyers!) materials - look professional and beautiful.
A simple and capable browser-based graphic design tool
What do you like best about the product?
I can just open up a web browser and start designing lots of different types of media. The tools and functionality are surprisingly straightforward to use. All of the essential tools including resize, rotate, background colors and options of that nature are included in the tool menu. We can save files in common file formats including jpeg, png and pdf. We can even upload vector files such as svg and eps. There are many good quality templates for common media like flyers, business cards and brochures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I look for templates, there are so many that it's hard find one that fits what I'm working on. It got easier as I got more familiar with their library, but it would be nice to have more advanced search capabilities and filters. Another knock on Canva is that we can't save vector files even though we can upload them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used Canva for quick jobs where I really needed to get quality print materials for events done as soon as possible. I have very little graphic design experience and was able to use Canva's core tools to create sharp print graphics and documents for several events. Instead of having to search online for stock images, I was able to use the images available within Canva without additional cost or royalty restrictions.

Canva can be a great go-to platform when you need to put something together quickly or want to have a large selection of graphic resources and templates at your fingertips. I think many people don't realize that Canva can be used for more than just standard graphics. It can also be used for business documents such as resumes and reports.

I dislike how the powerpoint cannot be saved via ppt. only PDF format

Its easier to create content for our social media channels. The benefits are that it reduces time and improves work efficiency.

The premium Canva is not a necessity, It's easy to get by without paying the fee.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease. Of. Use. There is nothing better than Canva. I have Adobe products for more in depth design use but the every day business owner can use Canva for a plethora of designs. Social media, logos, flyers, you name it!

Sometimes it can get a bit laggy and on a few occasions I've had the site crash but for the ease of use and the affordable cost - it's fine!

Being able to design mostly everything in house saves us so much money and resources.

It will fill your basic and typical needs for a company but more in depth design work will still need different programs.
Great graphic design product for small marketing teams
What do you like best about the product?
This is a really great product for small marketing teams that need to create visual assets in a pinch. Leveraging Adobe products can be a pain if you're not super experienced in graphic design. Canva has tons of awesome templates and images pre-baked that you can adjust and edit to match your brand. It also comes with pre-sized templates which is awesome for creating social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit limiting when it comes to the graphic design features that you can leverage in more sophisticated programs like Photoshop or Illustrator
