Canva - A Youth Pastor's Dream
What do you like best about the product?
The wide range of layouts and templates makes this software incredibly accessible and easy to figure out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would rather not have to pay for some of the graphics and backgrounds, but that can't really be helped, I suppose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at a mid-sized church where Photoshop is not available due to the cost. As a youth pastor, I'm always creating some form of graphic design, whether it be to advertise for an event, or to inform the congregation about a series. Canva solves that problem for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The free offers for this software are more than enough to do what you need to in the area of graphic design.
Graphic Design Made Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Anyone can get the hang of Canva! It's limited in some regard from your photoshop and design softwares, but it's an easy to use, desktop friendly program that's majority free of charge. There's a template for everything!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a decent number of images and artwork that requires paying for, but there's plenty of ways to go around them with other free options they offer, or upload your own ready graphics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy for anyone within our company to log in and edit a graphic and everyone can use it! Nothing too complicated and a great interface.
Easy and quick designs for free
What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple to use and is browser-based. You are able to makes quick flyers or social media posts without the complications of Photoshop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to resize a completed design. So if you wanted to create web banners, you would need to rebuild each design for every size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to produce social media posts, much faster without spending money on another Photoshop license.
User friendly and fun to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to pick the size of paper you will be using along with style. It is easy to search items and specific things - even on the free account
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many gadgets to use but while in the free mode, there are limited options and Canva advertises the items you have to get the premium for which can be frustrating to sift through if you want to use the free account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can easily find ideas yet make it your own with all the different templates

If you use this platform try to play with it before making your own design. Also if you can afford it, use the premium account
Canva is the Best Thing for Do-All Marketing Managers
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to use. You can make professional looking graphics without much design experience, which can be vital for a small/growing company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva doesn't offer gradients for design, sometimes I have to edit photos in another program because that feature is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create my own mailers. Less money going outside the company to designers.

I love canva!!
What do you like best about the product?
Canva has beautiful designs and very professional images, I like fonts very much, has templates for all social networks, for posters, flyers, cards, etc. The software is free but there are paid designs and the price is quite accessible, it has an editor that allows you to customize the designs, or I can start from scratch by uploading my own images and editing them. I really love how professional the designs are! and how easy it is to use the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The payment is only done with a credit or debit card, I would like them to add the option to pay with PayPal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Community Manager I create content for my clients in their social networks, that is why I always look for software that gives me tools to do a better job. Canva offers me a great variety of images, fonts and tools to create professional designs in a short time. Since I discovered it, I use it frequently. It's one of my favorite softwares.

I love how it’s super easy to use and it’s very modern it’s terms of graphics. I also like how it’s free!

I used to dislike how you couldn’t create anything on the mobile app but they just updated the app so no complaints!

I needed to make some graphics for my Instagram and this allowed me to make something that was simple and perfect for the Instagram feed. I like how everything is customizable!
Great for on a budget

Great for creating simple logos for cheap, especially if you don't have a lot of graphic design knowledge

Pretty basic designs, not a whole lot of ways to be artistic with canva

I currently use the free version (am persuading the managers to let us purchase the PRO version) - the templates are great, easy to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the resizing was part of the free portion, but understand why! Also, they have been taking away features that were previously offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need marketing materials everyday - with Canva, I have been able to create images that we've used on flyers, signage, social media, etc.

Amazing design software.
What do you like best about the product?
Canva's interface is easy to use and understand. Their selection of templates are modern and easy to customize. It's easy to share designs with co-workers inside and outside, to collaborate on projects. Offers me simple tools and features that allow me to create quality designs without much technical or artistic ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The file organization could be more sophisticated, on the home screen and inside your deisgn files and I've had minor issues importing large photos, I've had to restart the upload for it to work properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as a Social Media Manager and before using canva I used to spend hours in Photoshop and Illustrator just to make one social media posts, canva has simplified the process, provides me templates and tools to design all the social networks material and I can upload my own images and work with them, when I share them they look very professionals and cool, users really like it!

Canva makes it easy to create pretty and professional social media graphics and any other design. Is versatile, and any request that you want to make your designs canva give to you.
