Love this product!
What do you like best about the product?
This product has really helped me within my Marketing role. It is so easy to create stunning graphics and content to use on our website and social media. I also use photoshop however this product using a 'drag and drop' method just makes it so quick to pull clean and professional graphics together. You are able to save brand colours as well as upload your own photographs, logos etc... I also like the way you can collaborate with members of your team by sharing the graphic with them which is useful for proofing and working on a piece with multiple people. We have used this software to create stunning social posts, infographics and newsletters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the ability to upload your own brand font style to the platform would be useful, as we like to keep our fonts inline with our branding. I also dislike how sometimes the 'frames' used for photos can have a mind of their own and won't let you add photographs properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The requirement to be on trend on social media and having a fast turn around when producing graphics. We no longer need to wait hours, sometimes days for our external graphic designer to product us a simple graphic as I can now do this myself in a matter of minutes, especially if it is a quick change or resize.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Canva even for a beginner it is very easy to use especially with the templates provided.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Canva has so many templates that you can customize for your needs. More than just adding a name or logo, you can completely turn a template into a unique design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I kind of wish I could customize things a bit better, and it's a bit difficult to line things up. But honestly, the service is so awesome that I feel like that's nitpicking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creative. It's perfect for the small business owner who is creative but not exactly a graphic designer. I've used canva for social posts, ebooks and product labels.

Probably the best design product out there for someone who doesn’t need to learn adobe suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can’t select multiple digital uploads to organize them into files at the same time. You have to click each one individually. It’s a pain.

Allows for quick and easy design for simple projects and social media uploads.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about canva is the different formats (flyer, poster, notecard) that you are able to use to implement marketing strategies. They also offer an array of different templates, images, text fonts that you can use with the formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, I have no dislikes. Canva offers Pro version which I've used and paid before. I've enjoyed that upgrade and would like to continue on with it when my business grows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coming from an non-artistic/marketing/creative background, it helps to have Canva for simpletons like me.

Soo Close To Being A Perfect Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I run an ad agency and content creation is a heavy part of what we do. There is NOTHING that allows you to make a graphic as quickly as Canva does period. I love the templates and pre-sized graphics to help me better tackle the various platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are 2 things that really bug me about this awesome software. 1) I design best by iterations. Meaning that I will have 8 or so images inside of one project. Each of them are a little different, but they build in quality as I figure out what I am trying to ultimately create on the fly. However, I don't want to delete the other iterations, as I may need them later. The problem lies in when I'm trying to resize a just one image from the entire project to fit a different set of dimensions. Example, trying to resize my Facebook Cover image into a Youtube Banner. This is a paid feature. However, when I go to resize the image, it resizes ALL of them. I wish I could just resize the specific graphic and not each iteration.
2) Exporting clean and crisp images is a hit or miss ordeal. You spend 30 minutes working on a design only to find that the final design is blurry for NO GOOD REASON.
I'm telling you, if they fix these two issues I would gladly pay double for this service!

Great marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how versatile this program is. I use it on a daily bases to create instagram posts to postcards to logos. Love how easy it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very user friendly on a tablet or a touch screen computer

I love that there are so many different templates. I use canva to create graphics not only for work but for personal use as well. It’s free or you can pay for an upgrade too!

Sometimes the site is down and it usually take a bit before it’s up and running again. The app also is not great. I much prefer the online version.

I can make my own templates is that our brand sticks out and is consistent.

I haven’t had any negative experiences while using Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to efficiently cut down on wasting time while using Canva. No only does it have every imaginable template for what I’m doing, but produces designs for every paper product a business owner may need: event invites, yes, but also business cards, certificates, brochures, and resumes.

I love that canva is so user friendly. It really is a great program to use for creating social media posts, invitations, And brochures. It has a lot of great options to choose from. The monthly subscriptions are low and There are plenty of good graphics that you can choose from and not have to pay for.

Sometimes the website likes to crash on me and the mobile version is a little difficult to use and navigate.
