Fantastic Product - Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is a great product that is easy to use, especially for beginners. I mostly use it when I'm in a hurry or need to create something for social media. It has pre-set layouts and lots of great options for eye-catching posts on all your social media platforms. I mostly use Canva for advertisements, one-pagers, social media posts, contact sheets, product updates, training one-pagers, and product how-tos. It's also convenient that you can download each design as a PNG, JPEG, PDF, or an Interactive PDF so there is quite a bit of flexibility. The program is also helpful because multiple users can have access to the same designs. I've been able to create a team by inviting my marketing team members to Canva to organize all our designs, upload our own fonts, build our brand kit, and keep everything organized. That way if one of us is out of the office or if we need to make a quick edit on a specific design it can be done hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva is easy to use but it's not nearly as flexible as other programs. So, depending on the complexity of my project I will often turn to Adobe. As a medical supply company, we are constantly creating new and better technology for laboratories and clinics around the world. So, when I need to create a new training manual or any other larger file I turn to Adobe InDesign. For projects such as creating charts or website update ideas, I turn to Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign. Canva doesn't work well, for me, for large-scale projects such as those, which I create all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing Canva does for the company I work for is it helps me create fast, easy designs when needed. I mostly use it for Twitter and LinkedIn posts because at my current company, and in past jobs, I used it for Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram posts. I would recommend Canva to someone who needs/wants help with social media designs or doesn't have a lot of time on their hands.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Canva if you need help or want help creating simple, creative designs. It can help you make graphics for Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tumblr, Facebook, etc as well as book covers, blog banners, posters, menus, flyers, logos, brochures, etc the list goes on.
It's worth it to try out the free version and see if it fulfills your needs.
If you need to create anything with multiple pages or if you want more flexibility than preset designs and a variety of fonts I recommend using Adobe.

Great Design Option for Growing Nonprofit
What do you like best about the product?
Canva has many format options from Instagram to Facebook cover as well as the option for a custom size. Available graphics are varied and high quality. Downloading is easy and I can see everything I've designed at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I can think of would be that Canva does not have the font we're branded with - but they do have similar fonts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Design challenges. As a growing nonprofit, we're still small enough not to have many software subscriptions. Canva is an inexpensive option for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is an extremely easy to use software. It's an absolute life savor when I need to get projects done quickly. They have templates or almost everything you could want to design. Their upload photos feature makes it easy to upload anything you design or have outside of the program as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently I created business cards for myself on Canva and ordered them directly from the site. They were poor quality. I tried to use the image I created on other sites to order cards, but the image was the wrong size even though I had used Canva's business card template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to make invitations, fliers, and many other things. It streamlines the designing process and allows you to add a professional touch on your work with little hassle.

Just take a couple minutes to explore what they offer for free. It's a great site.
Easy, creative and free web design!
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is one of my web tools to make favorite designs, is easy to use, useful and very professional, allows us to create web content of all kinds from the browser and for free. It has a wide variety of images, fonts and the best thing about it is that you have the option of designing a photo with the format of instagram, Facebook, banners, and so on. With Canva the lack of inspiration to create a design is not a problem, because their clipart images are modern and easy to customize, in addition to serving as inspiration for the design to be made and the export configuration is incredible because you can export the files in jpg or png format. Finally despite being a free service, the Premium version is affordable and the amount of features they provide are incredible, no doubt because of its easy to use canva is a program for any type of person regardless of whether or not trained in design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva is an incredible program, but still does not have the ability to create a document of 40 pages, tends to hang with long documents, which makes it difficult to drag and drop processes causing unexpected results, also makes it difficult to correct some errors in the design, in other cases Canva sometimes tends to decrease the resolution and quality of the design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva has a wide range of images, templates, fonts, web elements and various design resources that will allow me to create fast graphics when necessary and facilitate the development of my projects, presentations for my website. Canva saves time and I personally think it's a source of inspiration when I don't have it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have been using this product both professionally and personally for a long time, and it is one of my best recommendations for other vendors or just for people in general. I use it for all the banners and announcements in the newsletters I create for my website. Even when there isn't an item I need, it's easy to edit the items available and make them work for what I'm looking for. It's useful for all kinds of people, very simple and easy to use, anyone can create very eye-catching and professional designs!
Universal platform for all kind of social media platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Social media platforms play important role in modern marketing campaigns. In order to seem modern and fancy companies have to regularly update cover and profile photos of their social media profiles and create great photos for marketing campaigns. Before Canva our company was buying such pictures from different vendors. But now we can easily create our own poster, banner and cover photos very easily thanks to Canva. My most liked side of Canva is mobile version which makes it possible to create amazing posters even when I am not at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like canva had collaboration feature while creating any kind of poster. It would be great if my colleagues can work with me on the same poster or banner at the same time. It will reduce wasted time and increase creativity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Canva we create our own poster and covers and avoid from high costs in a significant level.
Canva 2.0 is the BOMB!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like BEST about Canva is the MULTI DESIGN potential of the cloud app / web based software. You can literally design anything on Canva and the new features already includes ANIMATION / Videos which is really AWESOME! You can use it for FREE!
What do you dislike about the product?
The least liked about CANVA is that the more premium items are like PAID and the monthly subscription is not really practical for a one man design team. CANVA for WORKPLACE would be like awesome for small to large teams, maybe offer a LIFETIME discount (annual) for one man teams like what another SaaS did.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is a great alternative to the Adobe CC suite which is like EXPENSIVE but still offers a lot more features. It BEST applies to Agencies and Internal Marketing Departments who work a lot on social media related projects.

Canva is like the GOLD standard for Design Software as a Service tools out there. A lot of tools are trying to be BETTER at Canva but they have not yet caught up with Canva.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is a great place to start when beginning your journey with graphic design. Its premade templates, layouts and fonts make it easy to get creative. It also allows you to create using your own images or ideas which I love as you can get a great result with simple to use formatting and design bars. When I just need to whip a graphic up, canva is my go to! I would highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike with Canva. It has been a great tool. It does not offer all of the same features say as photoshop, but it is free and doesn't need all the added things always.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Media is such a powerful tool in business, and I have realized that creating eye catching and engaging graphics are essential in getting your message across.

The best way to explote your creativity!
What do you like best about the product?
Canva simplifies the design process by offering a variety of pre-made templates! You can choose among different layouts for different purposes (letter, Facebook Posts, Banners, Logos, etc) The drag and drop makes everything 10 times easier, and it's also extremely easy to customize your own design. Allows me to share designs with collaborators which is helpful for quick feedback. The volume of free content is enormous, which doesn't limitated the experience. Unlike other design software I used, Canva is very intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations to the site that prevent people from making more complex graphics. Just for example, you can not flip images or group more than two objects together. Despite of that I really love Canva!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Canva I can satisfy any need that my clients wants in terms of designs, as a freelancer Graphic Designer here I can create from logos, social media posts and headers, business cards, banners, flyers etc. which makes my work more versatile and complete, so my portfolio looks more attractive and professional to the clients. My clients are always satisfied with my work and I'm constantly receiving many compliments and proposals for work.

I recommend canva without any doubt! It's an amazing software that helps you to make designs more professionals and beautiful.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is a fast and easy way to produce decently well designed publications for both work and personal use. I have used canva for both library positions I currently hold as well as marketing for my personal design/photography work and advertisements for teaching or sales I hold as an artist. I appreciate it's ease of use and fast output as well as the fact that I don't need to worry about having access to adobe photoshop, indesign, and illustrator while I am not on my personal computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva is fairly limited but for a free service (personal use) and low cost service (work use) but that is to be expected and it's not something that turns me away. My main complaint is despite images looking crisp when uploaded and in the preview, downloaded work tends to be blurry regardless of paid or free (I have two separate accounts for work and for personal use). It is not the worst outcome for a low cost service but still frustrating when the graphics going in are perfectly fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For both work and personal use, Canva has been able to provide a quick-output for well designed flyers, posters, and other promotional materials at a reasonable cost. I am able to focus on the actual work needed for a program rather than on designing something from scratch.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give it a go! If you're a professional designer this may be a bit limited and cumbersome but if your workplace needs fast output, Canva is convenient!
Good For Beginner, but actually sucks
What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to use when needing to make a quick run of the mill flyer.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot customize the projects a whole lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is nice for clients to make a mock up of what they may want, and then I can use some of the ideas they have to create a more polished set of materials for them.
