Love creating with this program
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you are able to create flyers, signs, banners, posters, ads, and pretty much any kind of art using this program. The program comes with hundreds of graphics, layouts, and pre-made templates to choose from that you can add to your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more free graphics to choose from. If you wanted to upgrade your account, you would have access to a ton more options within the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some business problems that Canva is solving for us is the ability to create a quick flyer on the go. We are constantly advertising different ways to help our customers, and with Canvas, we are able to easily throw together a flyer in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend this product for people who do not have much experience with photoshop or any other editing programs because this one is extremely easy to use and it has so many options to customize your projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend to those looking into using Canva to read up on the benefits of what the program could do for them. It is a much easier system to use them to use then a lot of other editing programs out there. Also, once you purchase the program, be sure to look at the "design school" tutorials.
create original images quickly and easily
What do you like best about the product?
This page I use practically for all the content that I may need to show my clients in instagram, facebook and my website. thanks to its infinity of templates I can create original images, of high quality and in a very simple way facilitating my work
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not make imaganes in png format for free
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva gives me the ability to create original images without having a program, besides that it makes life easier with their templates and designs, which I can adapt to my business and my clients.

use the premiun version is very economical and has more tools that make the experience much easier
EASILY DESIGNED SO THAT YOU CAN DESIGN
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Canva is a well-designed website where everything you need is at the access of your hands. You can choose from hundreds of templates provided to create anything from flyers, a social media post, to even designing a business card.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't like how I'm not able to copy my work from one flyer to another format such as a Facebook banner. I would like a feature that allows for that instead of me copying and pasting each design over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's free and easily accessible. Because there is a collaboration feature, it allows for me to work with other colleagues on the same design without having to save it and send a copy manually.

Because of its simplicity, sometimes Canva can be too restrictive on what you can and cannot do in its web-interface.

Canva is our go-to for simple designs for posters and social media posts, especially in a pinch.

Absolutely use Canva for the most basic graphic design needs, especially for those who are unfamiliar with more complicated programs. However, don't rely on Canva for more professional needs.
AMAZING PROGRAM! Very user-friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
Canva has been a lifesaver for our small start up company. We have a small team and all of us wear a lot of hats. That being said, Canva has given us the ability to still make simple designs in-house, and not having to out source some of our projects. Canva gives you fabulous templates to being your designs with. They also have a large variety of fonts, colors, shapes, and illustrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about Canva. If I had to choose one thing it would probably be that they don't have grid lines automatically on your project to help you line up text and graphics. When moving items around in the program, Canva will create thin purple lines that help you line your items up. However, I sometimes feel like that is not super accurate.f
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving programs like not having an in-house professional graphic designer. We are saving money as a company and still putting out great material for our social platforms and for our clients. Canva has been a game changer for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We host multiple events throughout the year and having different themes and color schemes. I would recommend to create color schemes in the brand section of Canva. Then you don't always have to have your color codes on hand, and instead can easily access the colors you need to make stunning marketing materials.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, drag and drop, easy to upload images, very easy to get templates for any situation, easy to work on pre-made templates as beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to use a mobile or any tablet. It also doesn't function well on the Mac. It is very easy to mess up the template because of the functionality problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My students use Canvas for every project they are supposed to make for social media or blogging. They also use Canva for any other place they might need basic creativity skills.
Great Program!
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Canva at two different companies and I love it! They're constantly making updates and making the whole site more user friendly. It's easy to manage a team on the platform and you're even able to build your own templates, implement brand colors, texts, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to dislike how you had to scroll through all of the templates to find one you wanted and always thought to myself 'I wish you could search through the templates' and they just released Canva 2.0 which allows you to search through templates!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're about to personalize graphics for our sponsors and exhibitors and really get their network involved in our conferences with personalized messages. It's really helped us reach new customers and clients are constantly asking us to make them personalized graphics! It's easy to use and manage a team.

Canva is constantly making improvements and additionas to functions.

Overall, I believe that Canva has been pivotal to our success in the social media realm. Without it, I don't know what we would do! We also use tools like Pablo by Buffer and Google Drawings, but Canva typically outdoes these! We love Canva!

Designing for the non-designer
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use templates for just about anything you need. Makes you feel like a design expert without the required knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We produce a lot of collateral. Waiting for a designer isn’t always feasible - having a tool that helps with making aesthetically pleasing designs is a lifesaver.
