Great for Social Media Posts
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy posts to Facebook/Instagram. I use it daily for my job managing their social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as easy to use as Photoshop. Sometimes things won't move to where you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Graphics on social media didn't look up to par.
Use Canva Every Day
What do you like best about the product?
Well, Canva has a free service that I started using and really liked. They offer a lot of things for free and I actually started looking into the paid version on my own. I do like the paid one and will keep using it for my small business. The paid version's biggest benefit is letting you upload your own logo with a .png and also remembering your company's colors and being able to download your company's fonts. I use it at my job as a marketing generalist for a hotel and it saves me lots of time in comparison to programs like Photoshop or InDesign. I also use it for many other companies in my side business as a content writing and web developer. It can do the job of Photoshop and InDesign, for the most part. I really like all the templates and the photos. Its a paid service, but that has a lot to offer for free -- which is just great marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the paid version, the balance from my one month did not go towards my one year. Sometimes the sizing of things is weird like it's hard to line up two boxes, for example. I would love to be able to see more functionality with text editing. For example, I have to great two boxes to make columns instead of just pushing columns button. Also, it I want to bold font or change the color I need to create a new text box. This limits how I am able to use Canva as I don't love it for text-heavy content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making nice designs as a marketing generalist without a great knowledge of Photoshop, etc.

I love that you can take themes for presentations or letters..literally anything and customize them or even build a new one of your own. The options are all beautiful and professional quality

I dislike that they don’t tell you which templates are paid and which are not before you choose one to edit

LIFE SAVER!
What do you like best about the product?
I adore Canva. And it's come leaps and bounds in the last few years. It's a fantastic product that can be as much as you make of it. The free option is good, but the business option is fantastic for working with teams and across departments. I don't think I could function without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been improvements over time, but there are some limitations in Canva. Sometimes editing text gets tricky, but it's easy to overlook once you realize just how great the platform is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On-the-go design has been fantastic. Sometimes you don't want or need a graphic designer, and this is miles better than stock images for social media. And, uh, BRANDING!!!

Look at all of the templates, and consider paying $1 for their graphics.
Great for Creating Custom Size Images
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to select an image and plug in the information for the size/pixels I needed.

There isn’t anything I dislike about Canva. I was able to use the tool without any glitches!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed images to fit my FB business page. Using Canva was a simple fix.
Simple design software
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Canva is easy to use. It is very very simple, easy to navigate, has clear icons and communication in terms of what different functions do, etc. I have used previous graphic design software that is much too complex, and very hard to use if you are not technically trained on it. Canva makes things easier. I also like how you are still able to use keyboard shortcuts on Canva. Another thing I like is that Canva is an online tool. While other softwares you must download, you are able to simply log in to Canva and you are good to go! It is very convenient in environments (like mine) where I work from both home and office.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the simplicity of Canva is a strength, it is also it's greatest downfall. Canva lacks certain tools that other, more complex, softwares have. This makes it harder to accomplish tasks on the software. I have found myself having to figure out other ways of doing certain things, due to the fact that Canva simply lacks the tool necessary to do it. Another issue I have had is that it seems to glitch a lot. The first time I used Canva, I couldn't log in because the site was down for like half an hour. This makes me question its reliability. I can't help but wonder if one day when I need it most, it won't work.

I am creating brochures and posters.

Use only for simple projects!

I appreciate the practicality of it and how easy it is for relatively inexperienced users to create high-quality, customized visuals in multiple formats.

So far, I have not found anything that I particularly dislike about this software.

This is a great software that enables team members to utilize customized brand imaging to create anything from a simple flyer to more advanced presentation components.
Dynamic Content In Minutes
What do you like best about the product?
I love how quickly I can put together any type of content with Canva. It is easy to use and creates stunning results that get great reviews. I like how I am able to upload my own logos and choose a color palette for my brand. This makes it easier to quickly generate new content. There are also tons of great free pictures, backgrounds, templates and themes to choose from and all of them are high quality and look great on any platform!

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I can only create a portfolio for one brand. I wish I could create multiple brands, as I manage several brands and would like to save the logos and pallets for them separately. I have found workarounds to make this easier for me so it doesn't really bother me that much. I struggled to fins anything I disliked about Canva!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps me create beautiful and dynamic copy for my website and social media accounts that I manage. I am able to create mockups for designs and send them to clients quickly and easily, and with less effort on my end.

I use the business version now, but I used the free version for months without any problems!

What do you like best about the product?
You can do a lot on their free version, and have access to tons of free pictures and designs. Great tool for small-time marketing needs

The price can be a little steep for individuals. It is definitely a company based user audience.

I am able to create shareable graphics quickly and easily, giving me the opportunity to promote events with little graphic design skill
