Makes it easy to get up and rolling for business without an in-house designer
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to do all of my graphics on my own and they look great and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Resizing and resolution isn’t always easy to get right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easy to be a one woman business. Don’t have to get outside help.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The templates on the app and on the website are different. Make a blank template on the website then open in the app to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that my designs can look professional, quickly! This has been a great resource for putting together event flyers at a low cost with a high-end look.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I dislike! Sometimes I have issues with the copy and paste aspect, but it has only taken some getting used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time-frame for outsourcing graphic design on promotional materials has been very short over the past year. This has allowed me to quickly create promotional material.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use vector images as often as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva has loads of presentation templates, fun graphics, and unique fonts. For educators whose students have seen every variation of the PowerPoint and Google Slides templates, this software is a breath of fresh air! I've had so much fun converting some of my typical presentations to this format.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve for sure--if you are wholly acclimated to Google Slides or PowerPoint, you'll struggle a little bit with simple things like navigating through the slides or even just adding a new one. Also, since you will likely download a template when
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using this software not only to teach, but also to encourage my students to master a new web-based design platform. In my Public Speaking class, I required students to use a new interface for their final speech, and every single one who chose Canva remarked upon the ease of use AND how enjoyable it was to have a break from the typical software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be aware that some of the graphics DO cost money, but the price is minimal, and there are TONS of free options!

Easy to learn. Makes a clean, beautiful product. Has a variety of templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can be difficult to work with/navigate.

Used for marketing and promotional materials. Has many features/templates. You can create beautiful posters, brochures, social media images, cards, and more through canva.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to play with the program and get used to the features! Upgrading to the pro version gives you access to a wide variety of beautiful stock photos to help improve your materials.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's relatively user friendly. It's easy to upload our own images and make exactly what we need. The range of fonts is very reasonable, and the free graphics are wide-ranging in scope. It's rare that we can't find exactly what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The menus could be just a touch easier. I don't mind having to click around a bit, but it could be a little more self-explanatory

We use Canva to create graphics that draw attention to our social media posts.

I like that I can use my own photos, projects can be saved and edited, the ease of use when putting fonts on my projects. I've used this for Instagram posts, Facebook ads, Facebook cover photos, and on our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't figured out how to delete some photos I've uploaded. I also wish they had some lower priced memberships, like maybe $6 for the ability to sift through the stock photos better (free- priced)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me create clean, streamlined posts for my social media posts. I've noticed more social media interaction with term because of that. It helped boost two upcoming events better than last year.

Use it! You will not regret it one bit! It is the most helpful tool I use at work!

What do you like best about the product?
This has great layouts that help me create graphics that stand out without having to have extensive experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have more real estate layout options since a lot of the other layouts don’t apply.

This helps me create listing and open house flyers as well as social media graphics.

For Free Plan Users, expect to have a limited Photos, Templates, Illustration, and Logos. But the thing is if you want to use Canva as a tool to improve your Personal Branding on Social Media or your own website, by all means, use their 30-day Free Trial!
You'll absolutely love the great features of the Paid Version of Canva but the good thing is they have the 30-Day Trial, what more you could ask for tight?

Canva has a lot of options for dynamic looking visuals
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't think the learning curve was the most user-friendly. Sometimes it can be unclear what options are free vs. paid, but both have improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This was a great option to make quick, nice- looking images in less time.

what i like best about canva is that if you are not a graphic designer by nature, you will feel like one after using all that this website offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dislike how some graphics, shapes, etc are sold. you cannot have access to them unless you pay for it, on top of the monthly charge you pay for, for premium access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
graphic media creation problems are being solved with canva. when you dont have an in-house marketing team, this is second best.

make sure you understand what account you are signing up for. if you're paying a monthly fee or not - and if you are, what you get as a result of that fee.
