Canva is great software for the non professional graphic designer
What do you like best about the product?
I can create beautiful, professional looking graphics for my organization's websites, promotional materials, and email blasts. There are tons of templates and stock images to choose from. Sizing graphics and outputting them to various formats is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I literally cannot think of anything I dislike about this program. I've suggested it to many people and all have benefited from it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program allows for non graphic professionals to create top-notch files. A small business could save money by using this free software rather than relying on the services of a freelance graphic designer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the perfect solution for a company that does not have easy access to a professional graphic designer. You can quickly and easy create custom graphics with very little training. Most users can train themselves and generate great print and web-ready graphics in minutes.
Canva is a lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
Canva makes it so easy for someone who isn't as familiar with more complicated design software like Adobe Photoshop. I really like how you can design using custom dimensions. It's great to be able to export your images in PNG and PDF format. They have some pretty cool templates that you can use for free. You can pretty much change colors on anything and use hex codes to get the exact color you need so that is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently use the free version, so the access to the free images is pretty limited but having to pay for images only costs $1 each. I would prefer to have access to an image once purchasing for more than just 24 hours. I wish there was a way to make curved text in Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to much more quickly design something than I could in Photoshop given my limited knowledge of Photoshop
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This online tool is amazing if you're not great with the Adobe Suite and are only needing to create fairly basic designs. Obviously Photoshop has a lot more capabilities, but if you need to turn something around pretty quickly, you should definitely try to do it in Canva first. They have a pretty good selection of design layouts and templates that you can use and customize for free. We are considering upgrading to the next level because it's pretty inexpensive and probably worth it.
Love Canva for all marketing purposes!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Canva in multiple positions and still currently use it today! Such an easy and great way to create beautiful and clean marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find something to dislike with Canva. Sometimes it can be slower than normal or have download issues, but other than that it is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the need to create marketing without having to pay for costly marketing or design software. The benefits are endless and it is a great tool we will continue to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try! Our team is very happy that we did! We cannot get over how easy it is to use and what great marketing content we can create. It's easy to make edits, send your design and you can save them all to your main Canva page. We also love that you can download them as PNG, PDF, etc.
Makes me look like a graphic design professional
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is incredibly simple for the end result you get--which is a professional, beautiful graphic for anything from social posts to printable invitations and email graphics. I especially love the ease of use for making infographic style printable and email templates. It also has a great branding package (although I think this is a paid feature), where you can upload your logo, favorite fonts and sizes, and colors to easily implement them into each graphic you create.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search feature for graphics and illustrations could be better. I would like the option to search by free graphics vs. paid, and to filter paid options out. Other simple search filters would be helpful as well, like photo images vs. drawn illustrations. Overall, more search features!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create email headers for volunteer recruitment emails, entire email graphics, printable posters, invitations, infographics, and so much more. I also use it in my personal life just to make home printables look a thousand times better. I've used it to make printable birthday invitations for my kids, and more. I know nothing about graphic design but this program makes it look like I am a pro. I have not used their printing service yet, and I think it's a bit pricey, but it seems like it would also be really convenient.

I love that even though I am not an expert at creative design, canva makes it easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Canva automatically saves something that you've edited.

We are able to make quick and nice graphics for upcoming events.

If you are looking for an easy and user friendly resource for creating graphics, this one is the BEST!
Excellent option for creatives without design experience
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Canva is undoubtedly the wide variety of templates they offer; the designs they provide are very professional and many of them can be used for free. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use, allowing you to customize each of the available designs, and furthermore, the created files can be downloaded without watermarks, ready for use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile application has many limitations compared to the desktop platform. It would be very useful for people who use mobile devices most of the day if Canva provided the same range of possibilities on both platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva has been very useful for me to create original, eye-catching, and professional content while saving me as much time as possible.

Canva is a wonderful design tool, offering a large number of pre-designed options that have a high professional level and work very well to complement and bring life to the image of a product or service in different areas, from digital marketing to book cover design. The Canva platform offers a wide repertoire of options that will surely motivate and inspire you to create.
SO EASY TO USE!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the drag and drop functionality of Canva! It is super hard to make something that looks bad with Canva! Everything is so easy and fun to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the pricing is deceiving and you do not really know if you will have to pay until you are done.

I am able to design all our signage and online items with such ease!

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is an excellent online solution for quickly solving a design and where you can print your creativity with intuitive and easy-to-use software. It has a spectacular and colorful interface, and the challenge for beginners is an excellent way to start if you have no idea what it's about or if, for example, you have a design emergency and need a quick and simple solution, Canva is what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been able to find any negative features to report in Canva. I must note that I have been using Canva for approximately a month, and the results have been excellent. It has been a reasonable amount of time to explore each area of the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just today I am creating a new product, it's about some cookies that I have to present as a new product, which I have to present along with my classmates in the Marketing class. So I needed a quick design to present my cookies, and with Canva I just had to select an image, edit it with the content I needed printed on it, and I had a product in almost seconds in front of me.

Canva gave me the design solution I needed in seconds and right before my eyes, it's super easy to use, anyone can make a quick and majestic design with Canva.
Canva - great for social media content creation
What do you like best about the product?
I assist multiple clients with their social media launches and management. I love that Canva stays up to date with the size/dimensions required to effectively create profile photos, cover photos and general posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not too much that I do not like about Canva. The one thing that has room for improvement is the simplicity in sharing a project for someone else to edit.

I am saving a lot of time by using Canva for multiple clients needs versus investing a large sum of money and time into creating everything in Photoshop.

Definitely give Canva a try if you are looking to design content for social media or for print. I've found Canva extremely helpful in both instances.
Great for making your own material
What do you like best about the product?
I love this product. I use it as a teacher to make creative worksheets for my students. I am getting my masters degree and I also use it for my lesson plans. My coworkers are always very impressed and classmates as well. You can make original creations with no required photoshop skills
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options to resize premade templates.

I made brochures and fliers for my department. I made presentations and many different tools for students work and presentations
