Great tool for novice users
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Canva is super easy to navigate even for novice users. I do not have any graphic design background or training but I am able to jump on Canva and produce beautiful, high quality work without having to go through extensive training on the tool and its best practices. Their templates give me a great base and the ability to easily navigate Canva without experience makes the tool essential to my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could drag and drop images from my desktop rather than having to upload and save them to canva - it is a small complaint but sometimes does prove to be more of a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Canva for most of our deign needs. We use it to make email and blog headers, to design content to go out to our clients, and to design beautiful slides for webinar presentations. We've found that is is easier to keep a consistent brand if our whole team operates using a single tool (Canva). History of previous content is saved so even new users are able to review and produce similar looking products.
Great project tool
What do you like best about the product?
The templates are modern, versatile, and colorful. I have been able to find proper templates and adjust them to my preferences for all projects that I have created with Canva(both personal and professional projects) . In addition, there are plenty of free templates and objects to use. Having a cloud space to save all of the materials created is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The conversion and download of files sometimes fails. The autosave feature is both good and bad--having more control over what progress is being saved is sometimes helpful and eliminates mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have created both flyers for academic and event purposes, as well as thank you cards, invitations, and brochures for personal use . There is something for everything and everyone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good platform to create advertising materials.
Pretty easy to use

Very intuitive. No need to have training in graphic design or even be artistic as there are many templates to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to make purchases to have more designs

Easy to make professional-looking postcards, invitations, posters, etc.

It's very easy to use. I would recommend anyone who needs to design something to use Canva.
Lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
I'm not a graphic designer but Canva makes is SUPER simple to create attractive graphics. Moreover, they're constantly adding new features. In less than 5 minutes I can design a compelling graphic and have it posted on our social media accounts. Amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit glitchy. It has crashed a few times without saving, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We save a fortune by using Canva instead of a graphic designer. Our content is beautiful and it takes no time at all.
A must have business tool for freelancers
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Canva allows me to alter its many templated designs to fit my needs. People are impressed when I present a series of options to them. I'm not a graphic designer, but Canva allows me to complete light design work, which saves my clients money and means I get to keep more of my fees, instead of paying a subcontractor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I am flipping between designs or fonts, Canva can be slow or buggy.

I use Canva to create designs for social media and other projects for my clients. I am not a graphic designer, but Canva allows me to create simple designs that I can use for posts, ads or graphics. This allows me to be a one-stop shop for my clients and saves me money on paying a subcontractor.
Canva is absolutely fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is absolutely fantastic. It is free and enables me to make high quality graphics for my small business and websites. Canva is easy to use and really is accurate when it says it enables anyone to become a designer. I also love the community feel to Canva; if you create a design that is really special, you can easily share it with other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that Canva had a better system for alerting users to graphics that are paid versus those that are free. When browsing the template library, I occasionally pick one that contains paid elements. I don't know this, however, until I am done downloading my image and am then told that I will need to pay. I wish I were alerted from the start that the image contains paid elements so that I could choose to use a different template. However, I assume this is a necessary evil for a free program with so many wonderful features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva has enabled me to take my small business to a whole other level. With Canva, my social media posts (especially on Pinterest and Instagram) look truly professional. Articles on my website have much better headers now, and I am finding that my traffic is increased thanks to the great graphics I am able to create. Canva is the best business solution I have found thus far; I really am very happy with it!

Canva for Social Media Graphics
What do you like best about the product?
I am new to graphic design, and Canva has allowed me to teach myself and grow as a graphic designer. I love the provided layouts, the ease of adding various components to a design, and the quality finished products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Canva is that I can't add transparent logos to a graphic that is in a picture frame. However, this can be worked around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Canva to provide us with high-quality, professional-looking web graphics. The benefits are endless, including increasing our professional image, allowing us to grow in our graphic-design skills, and allowing us to use our business fonts and logos in all our designs.

Use Canva! They not only provide an amazing graphic design software for beginners and experts alike, but they also have a "Design School" that addresses various topics and helps you learn more about design, social media, and marketing.
The best tool for designing high quality material
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, a very cost effective way to produce simple and beautiful design items. Especially great for doing a campaign ie poster, mailer, social media images, email signature etc
What do you dislike about the product?
No grid lines, sometimes a little slow and frustrating when formatting large chunks of text
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Producing quickly, efficiently and on brand material

Introduce grid lines, make it easier to format text within text boxes ie highlight the heading into one font, and then below, the body text into another font, rather than having to split
Best design tool for beginners.
What do you like best about the product?
This is the best design tool for beginners. I would recommend the paid version as they have magic resize, free photos, and templates that are ready to be edited. You are able to save with print/bleed marks, PNG transparent image and other options. The templates are also already sized for use such as email header, blog post, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes editing a picture to the correct size is slightly harder than if you were using in-design but is easy to figure out after a few uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are realizing the benefit of being able to execute simple designs faster. Canva is now a vital tool in our design kit. Instead of having to use more complex systems Canva makes it easy to navigate through ideas easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommended trying this product. With the free version you will be able to get a feel for the product before deciding on a purchasing decision.

Nice looking templates, easy to use for the non graphic designer.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can not search for a pre-made design. It would be perfect for small business owners to use if there was a way to search pre-made templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me this is great if I can find a template that will help me create a design similar to what I have in my mind and be able to get it out quickly.
