User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Great templates and user friendly. Able to collaborate with others easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easy to collaborate with other but edits done by others (not the originator) are made the the original document. So if you don't like them then it's too bad, you have to start over or change again unless you make a copy first-then share the copy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can a makes it easy to create awesome graphics for team meeting, agendas, fliers, post cards, etc... it makes it quick, easy and provide high quality images as well.
Canva Is AMAZING!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the built in FREE templates for fonts, graphics, or entire pages! Seriously makes the work look great in half the time! They offer so many different size templates and they are free to use for many of them! I also really like the downloading formats that they have available! They save your work as you go along, so if your computer crashes or anything goes wrong you do not lose your progress!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have not found anything that I dislike yet! If there was ever going to be anything it may come from just the fact that a lot of the font and shape graphics cannot be stretched, and therefore, become unusable in some formats, but I have been able to create from scratch whatever ones I have wanted with this capability, just adding a few more steps to the process!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping us format our marketing, in house, display, and design graphics in a simple and professional way. I use it on a daily basis to create stunning graphics that have been noticed and responded to on many occasions by many people.

GET ON CANVA NOW! Seriously one of the best products out there for free use!
Awesome application for making beautiful visuals!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and even the free version has enough functionality and available free templates graphics to easily produce beautiful visuals, even with no design experience (which I have none of!) I made an infographic to report our organization's metrics and achievements throughout the year and got lots of positive feedback from staff, board members, and our social media following. I have also used canva to create save-the-date images for fundraising events, and will definitely be using again.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little slow to load sometimes but that's probably due more to my computer's limited power than the site. May be frustrating for those with old/very basic computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Infographics to report metrics/results to stakeholders. Save-the-date graphic for an event.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great functionality for a free app, and options to access a wider range of visuals and graphics for additional cost. Very user-friendly.
Can't Live without Canva
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many great things to say about Canva ~ it's hard to know where to begin! Every time I open the program I feel inspired to create something beautiful! The photos and graphic choices cover such a wide array of subjects that I can always find the perfect option for the piece I'm creating. I love having the ability to upload my own images to combine with Canva's text and graphic options. Canva is also my go-to program when I need to resize a graphic to perfectly fit the social media app I'm using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike and Canva just don't fit in the same sentence! The only thing missing in my opinion to make Canva perfect would be an app to use on my Kindle when my computer isn't handy. Love having the mobile app available for work on the go!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating graphically pleasing social media posts has been one of the biggest problems I've solved using Canva. I have a degree in graphic design, so I have the ability to create graphics using other software programs, but they are often labor intensive and not readily accessible outside of the office. Canva's sizing options keep our social media headers and profile pics looking as they should.

All of your graphic needs for social media can be met using Canva! No need to spend valuable time and effort using expensive graphics programs anymore - just open Canva and get right to work! It's extremely user friendly and has beautiful graphics ready to go! Just personalize and you're all set!

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, we like to create email blast graphics and hotel restaurant menus with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can only use paid items for 24 hours before it charges you to edit/download.

Helps us create email blasts in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I can produce very professional graphics with ease. It is extremely easy to use. A very short learning curve. I love the templates. They give you enough to start and provide inspiration, but you have the tools necessary to create your own unique designs. I also love that saves all your designs on the server plus keeps all the images you upload as well, making them accessible for future projects. I also love that there is a export options with print crop marks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could resize my designs, but this is possible with the upgraded package. I also wish I could make transparent images, but this is also limited to the paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have to get a professional graphic artist for all our projects. Things that are much more simple can be done in-house thanks to Canva.

An amazing alternative to Photoshop and other expensive graphic design programs.
Great Site and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is a great website for creating all of my social media needs; from infographics to putting images together in one file, it has proven to be an asset over the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only element I struggle with at times is the photo editor. The drop-down menu for it often covers the photo I'm trying to edit, so I'm left guessing whether or not it's going to look how I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hundreds of social media posts and visually appealing content for our donors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Canva is a great, free resource that provides hundreds of templates, stock images, and infographic capabilities. It allows me to create compelling images without a lot of knowledge, as well as easily download and share these images with our donors and My Gym members.

What do you like best about the product?
Templates and creative ideas. This is very easy to use. I like the simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are minimal free options. I use this for personal and business uses but I do not have the extra funds for all the upgrades and pay-for items. I wish there ere more options that came free or standard. When I am able this product is definitely worth paying for, for additional elements, but I wish there were more options and organization for unpaid users.

Simple, easy to use, can upload your own fonts and images and work in simplified layers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloaded images don't compress as well as when using photoshop, the images sometimes become out of sync with the server and show something different than what is really there when you download it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick, and efficient graphic design. If you have simple graphics you can create templates and have an assistant re create them for you.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have no "hardcore" editing or photoshop type work to be done, you can create beautiful graphics, documents, presentations and more with Canva. Just upload your own photos and have fun being creative.

- When I import logos, and graphics it automatically resizes them to fit into the current canvas size. This can be very frustrating when the logo itself needs to be the original size when imported.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva has become my go-to design tool for all of my content and social media marketing needs. As the Director of Marketing I am required to create blog content, ebooks, social media posts, and case studies. We are a startup which means we can't afford to hire a designer. But a designer is not needed when I can quickly whip up professional graphics to pair with my written content. The turnaround on delivering proposals, and other graphic-heavy content has been faster than ever before with Canva.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your design needs are limited to basic online content Canva can provide all the tools you need to get started. A keen eye for detail, and what "looks" good is still a requirement. Canva has templates but you will get the most from their toolkit by having basic design skills. That said, the tutorials will help novices find their designer feet much faster than if they were introduced to a full Adobe suite.
