Intuitive Design with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love Canva's drag-and-drop interface, which makes it effortless to create polished designs without a steep learning curve. The thousands of customizable templates for social media graphics, presentations, and videos are fantastic for sparking creativity instantly, saving hours compared to starting from scratch. I appreciate the Magic Studio features, where AI-powered tools like Magic Design and Background Remover automate tedious edits, turning rough ideas into professional visuals in seconds, making it perfect for quick content creation. The collaboration tools, with real-time team editing and brand kits, ensure consistent visuals across projects, which is invaluable for social media workflows or small business branding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited customization options frustrate advanced designs. Performance issues like slow loading and lack of offline access disrupt workflows. Collaboration has hurdles, requiring design duplication for scheduling across social accounts, and the lack of phone support delays fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva makes professional design accessible with its drag-and-drop interface and template libraries, cutting down on the need for expensive software. It streamlines workflows for content creators and teams, saving time and ensuring brand consistency, while the free tier provides affordable high-quality visuals.
Simple and powerful design experience
What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for designing templates, creating logos, invitation cards, posts, etc. Its AI features help me create much better designs in less time and with less effort, and it also makes content posting easy. I really like Canva's access to many templates, cloud storage, easy-to-use features, magic tools, and the ability to create videos, PPTs, and documents. Using Adobe Photoshop requires more skills and is time-consuming, but I can create excellent designs on Canva with very little time and effort. Setting it up is very easy, just log in and use it easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still room for improvement in the AI feature as it sometimes has difficulty understanding prompts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps create great designs in less time and effort. With its AI features, I easily create content posts. It is easy to use and saves time compared to complex tools.
Effortless Designing with Extensive Features
What do you like best about the product?
I find Canva really easy to use, which is great for designing my Instagram posts about digital products. It has almost every feature that any other design software would have. I love that I can add any font I like and create designs from scratch. Even when I don't have my own ideas, Canva provides inbuilt designs that are ready to use, which is super helpful. Being a small digital business owner, it helps me a lot with designing posts and reels. The initial setup was really easy; anybody can use it, and that makes it especially valuable to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging that I can't download the created designs in full quality without paying for a premium. Also, Canva should really broaden its vision to become a premium graphic designing software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Canva easy to use for designing Instagram posts, offering features to add any font, create from scratch, or use ready-made designs. It's valuable for my small digital business in designing posts and reels.
User-Friendly Design Tool with Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I find Canva completely user-friendly and I can easily edit anything required to make the perfect template. I love that its features allow us to edit everything, and it has some ideal templates which we can edit and use. Canva works especially well as an all‑in‑one design tool where I can quickly create posts, reels covers, presentations, and more without needing advanced design skills. Its Brand Kit helps keep my designs consistent with saved fonts, colors, and logos, and tools like Magic Resize / Magic Switch make it easy to repurpose one design for multiple platforms in seconds. Brand Kit is especially valuable because it keeps everything consistent; my logo, brand colors, and fonts are saved in one place, so every design looks on-brand without needing to re-upload or re-match shades each time. Magic Resize/Magic Switch saves a lot of time by turning one design into multiple platform sizes and can also transform/translate designs when needed, so I don’t have to rebuild from scratch. The initial setup was very easy; we just logged in, selected the project or template we wanted to create, and found our ready-to-use template. I'm so satisfied that I would rate it 10 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where Canva struggles: Print accuracy is largely RGB-first, so color control for professional print can feel limited and may lead to color shifts. Heavy/complex projects might lag or feel slow depending on the device/browser/network. What could be better: More pro-level controls; advanced typography/layout controls and deeper export options would help power users who need 'Adobe-level' precision. Some features like Pro tools and certain export controls are behind paid plans, which can feel restrictive for creators on a budget.

Canva is user-friendly for everyone, letting me easily edit templates. The Brand Kit keeps designs consistent, and Magic Resize transforms designs for various platforms quickly. It's an all-in-one tool for posts, covers, and presentations without advanced design skills needed.
Effortless Design Made Easy—A PowerPoint Alternative I Love
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to use and, in my opinion, much better than MS PowerPoint. Ever since I discovered Canva, I haven't gone back to using PowerPoint. The ready-made designs, various sizes, and font selection are all thoughtfully created, making everything simple, enjoyable, and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me I didn't faced any problem with canva.

I like that Canva is online, which makes it convenient for on-the-go use. Its easy editing tools are really helpful for basic tasks. I also appreciate its image collection, which is great for creating infographics since I often need to edit or create them.

Canva is a bit slow and needs to refresh much faster on mobile devices.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the design elements of Canva and how easy it is to use. It's especially convenient for someone who isn't super experienced in Photoshop or any other advanced software. Also, the initial setup of Canva for my team was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like Canva needs a little bit more advanced options for more experienced users who don't want to just use Adobe Photoshop or other software like that. People would prefer to use Canva but also want advanced options provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps me design unique, aesthetically pleasing posters and graphics for my university and schoolwork.

I use Canva for personal projects like Instagram posts, invites, and CVs. I love the customizations available and how there are useful templates for everything, whether I'm making a beautiful post or an eye-catching CV. There's a great variety of fonts, styles, and images to choose from, and I can even upload my personal images. The initial setup was very easy, which made getting started a breeze.

It would be better if we can select all the boxes that I have made the changes into in one go and can then move around.

The new feature that allows multiple sizes in one design is great because it creates efficiency in my work, so I don't have to create individual designs for various sizes of advertising material. The initial setup of Canva was very easy, which I appreciated.

Their AI photo generator could use improvement, specifically in terms of accuracy and the photos not being realistic enough for use in marketing efforts.
