What do you like best about the product?
I like that Canva is basically created to be idiot-proof. You can boot it up for the first time, take a quick look around, and create a graphic in less than 10 minutes.
I love the templates that exist and the fact that it will help you match colors to make sure your design isn't ugly. Additionally, it makes it easy to size for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Canva tries to nickle and dime you on some designs...some things(shapes, images, etc) that you try to insert will cost a dollar or more! Canva is set up to look like a free service, and then they try and upcharge you on components to your graphics..
I'd rather they just charged for use outright at the beginning.

Quick and on the go graphics creation.

I would recommend you use it to get a feel for graphic design before moving onto another platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Canva's attractive graphics and design layout. It's simple and use-friendly platform helps me finish projects quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes freezes on a slower laptop, like mine, but my progress is always saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps with projects such as CD album covers and book covers -- it's affordable and easy to use! I love how professional my projects look with the help of Canva.

I would highly recommend this product for its affordability, presentation, and ease of use.

What do you like best about the product?
I was skeptical when I first came across this tool, thinking it was just another Adobe CS for Dummies on the web. To my surprise, it actually saves me a considerable amount of time even though I am a designer. I regularly use this tool to create social media posts and graphics. The pre-made layouts and ideas are up-to-date, trendy, and very professional looking. It's easy to pop in your own photos and logo to make a social media ready post very quickly! It's easy to download the images and it saves your previous work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature leaves a lot to be desired. I'm often looking forward a certain type of layout, but when I search, it gives me photos and clipart. I rarely need photos or clipart. I can't figure out a way to search by layout. Also, it can sometimes be slightly glitchy to load your logo in as an overlay. A lot of times if you also have a background image, it tries to replace the background image with your logo and it can be annoying to move the mouse just right for it to work. Also, the color palette you have to load in your brand colors new each time, appears to be no way just to save your colors as a default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I most commonly use it to very quickly and easily create social media posts. The largest benefit for me is that it saves significant time because I don't have to come up with an idea on my own and then customizing the layout is very easy and quick.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Canva has so many options for template designs and color choices. It's incredibly easy to choose a template you like and change the entire color palate to suit your organization, event, etc. There is a wide variety of templates, icons, and pictures that are free.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to sort through templates, icons, and pictures. You can't filter them by price, and there isn't a "recently used" section where you can easily find the items you're already using. You have to go back and find them, which isn't always easy.
I would be more satisfied if Canva allowed users to upload their own fonts for use in their graphic, but the available fonts are quite nice and are easy to read.

Canva allows my company to create beautiful, professional-looking graphics, invitations, visual aids in no time. I have very limited experience with graphic design, Photoshop, etc, but Canva is incredibly user-friendly. The graphics I created attracted a lot of attention on LinkedIn, and they gained my company a lot of attention at a conference.

Canva has many free options for individuals seeking to create professional-looking graphics for the business, or even for their personal projects. There's nothing to lose by giving it a try.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of being able to create whatever in so many different sizes. It's great for all different platforms not just social media but postcards, brochures, business cards - you name it!
What do you dislike about the product?
They have quite a few font styles but it would be nice to see a big selection.

Our business is utilizing it mainly for social media to use for marketing/keeping in front of our ideal clients. We can get very creative in minutes.

I definitely recommend using Canva! It gives you the tools you want from Adobe suite but it is much easier to use.
Easy Graphics for Non-Experts
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that you don't need to be great at design or know how to use Photoshop in order to get something good looking out of Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that a user must be on the paid-tier (Canva for work) in order to resize images. I understand though because it's a killer feature for when you want to make an image for Facebook, but then you need one for Pinterest or Twitter, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva graphics when I need something quick and simple.

Try it out, especially for graphics needs you already have and see how it compares to your current setup. Thankfully, they're a free tier, so it's easy to set up an account and test it out. And check out all the different templates and sizes. It makes it easy to make sure you're making a graphic that's the correct size/shape (especially for social media purposes).
Content Creators' Secret Weapon
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Canva so often that I now recognise the designs when I see them being used across the web. I'm not the only one who's fascinated by the ease and speed of creating designs with this amazing bit of SaaS kit. It's quick and easy to use, and offers such a plethora of design options that its almost replaced our use of Photoshop and The Gimp (at least when it comes to our own websites and blogs, though not our clients).
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really use it for print work, only online graphics - which thankfully form the vast majority of our work - as it can't handle CMYK, nor high-res output. PDF downloads don't really cut it as far as I'm concerned when it comes to print work; I need some decent .TIFFs.
I've been using the free accounts, so the things that I dislike I know can be resolved by going for the paid alternative. Then I'll be able to save designs for re-use in different sizes, and I'll be able to set up more folders and save more corporate colours and designs.

I needed a way to quickly knock out designs and create attractive graphics for clients' websites and proposal documentation without having to crank up Photoshop every 10 minutes (sorry Photoshop; I love you, but you're bulky and slow in comparison!)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're working with an agency, you really should set up the paid version so that all of the members of your team can share design specs like the logos, colours and sizing of your key designs.

What do you like best about the product?
So I use expensive software on my computer for design purposes but at times I just want things quick and easy. So when I found canva I was very skeptical but it won me over. I love using this so much I tell all my design friends about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the app can't upload your fonts. That's the only problem I have with it. I use the paid canva and I have tons of fonts that I like to use specific for my brand but I can't with the app.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva allows me to create web graphics that are already correctly sized for their application (Facebook headers, Instagram posts, blog posts, etc.).

I wish I had more control over the resolution for downloading.
