Effortless Design for Everyday Use
What do you like best about the product?
I find Canva incredibly easy to use, whether on the app or web, and it's great that it's available on both phone and desktop. The quick layouts are especially helpful for making fliers and documents quickly. I appreciate that Canva makes editing quick documents and Instagram posts much easier compared to Photoshop, Word, Pages, or Adobe. I use it for all my resumes, CVs, event fliers, and quick promo social media posts, and it's just the best for those tasks. The initial setup was absolutely effortless, and overall, it makes tasks much easier, which is why I've switched to using it instead of Photoshop, Word, and Pages for many things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the layout guides are a bit too touchy, or maybe I haven't figured out how to lock them in better. It's very drag and drop which can be good or bad. I wish they had some you could lock into place, or more rigid templates maybe. Editing my resume is where this would come in the most handy. Just if they had templates with locked layout guides and aligners, or a way to easily lock them into place and align all of a certain section of text to that one specific guide. Right now things kind of align to each other and it's drag and drop, which can get off, slowly, in the course of one document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Canva makes editing quick documents and Instagram posts easier compared to Photoshop, Word, or Adobe. I love its quick layouts, simple app or web use, and availability on phone or desktop. It's my go-to for resumes, event fliers, and social media posts.
Fantastic Features, Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love Canva's user interface; it's so easy to use which really helps me when I am making presentations, logos, and fliers. The interface is very user-friendly. I also appreciate that the free version is available, which helps people in poorer countries who can't afford a subscription. The initial setup was very easy and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the spacings are not very easy to navigate and customize, and sometimes importing images takes time.

Canva helps me create presentations, logos, and flyers with its easy-to-understand and user-friendly interface.
Seamless Design with Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Canva's easy user interface, which makes it simple to cut, paste, and share. Finding new elements and designing different infographics from scratch is pretty straightforward. It also makes it easier to design and share creations across different team members, making collaboration a breeze. The initial setup for my team was extremely easy.

Endless Templates and Free Designs to Choose From
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the many templates and free designs that are available—it feels like there are endless options to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without up-to-date tutorials, that same benefit can sometimes turn into information and settings overload, but it’s still wonderful to have!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
These templates let me plug in my information without having to spend extra time creating the basic foundation from scratch.
Intuitive and Creative Design Made Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Canva for its creativity and the ease of use, especially with the drag-and-drop feature and the ready-made templates. It makes creating social media posts, invitations, and flyers super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that having a little bit more to choose from would be nice, but I'm really not disappointed with any of it. Maybe the print quality and the color control could be a little bit more high end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves my design challenges by making it super easy with templates, especially for creating invitations. It provides ease of use with drop and drag features and creativity through ready-made templates.
Design made effortless and fast
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Canva is how easy and quick it makes designing. Even without any design experience, you can create professional-looking posts, presentations, and other creatives in minutes. The templates save a lot of time, and everything feels user-friendly and straightforward. It’s perfect for creating high-quality, creative content without much effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Canva is that it can feel limiting when I’m trying to create more advanced or highly custom designs. Sometimes I can’t fully control spacing, alignment, or layers the way I can in more professional tools. Also, many of the better templates and elements are locked behind the paid version, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the problem of needing design skills, extra time, and multiple tools to create good content. It brings everything into one place and makes designing simple for non-designers.
For me, it saves a lot of time and effort. I can quickly create social media posts, presentations, and other creatives without depending on a designer. It also helps me stay consistent with my content and focus more on ideas and strategy, instead of spending too much time on design.

Effortless Design with Time-Saving Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for my job as a Digital & Social Media Coordinator, and I love how it makes creating graphics for social media, company intranet, and TV screens so easy. It's a fantastic drag and drop platform that saves me a ton of time compared to traditional tools like Photoshop or InDesign. One of my favorite features is the background remover, which speeds up my process significantly by dealing with non-transparent photos. I also really like the duotone feature for easily changing graphic colors. Additionally, the platform's simplicity and the abundance of features are great. I appreciate the readily available library of templates and elements since they provide a starting point for my projects. Either they're ready to use with some edits or they inspire new ideas. The initial setup was incredibly easy, which I appreciated. Overall, Canva perfectly suits my needs, and I’m very likely to recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The servers go down sometimes. And I also wish there were more advanced photo editing features like on Photoshop. Lasso tool, free transform, etc. The basic stuff that Photoshop has I would like to see in Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva's drag-and-drop ease and tools like background remover and duotone save me time versus traditional software while providing creative inspiration with a library of templates.
Fast, Professional Videos and Graphics with Easy Drag-and-Drop Templates
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Canva is how quickly I can create professional-looking videos and graphics. The drag-and-drop tools are easy to use, and the ready-made templates and simple animations save me a lot of time. It’s also great for keeping announcements consistent by using the same style, colors, and fonts across everything. For TV announcements in particular, that speed and simplicity make the entire process much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Canva is that its video announcement tools don’t offer many options compared with more advanced editing software. The timeline can also be difficult to work with, especially when I’m trying to line up audio and visuals precisely. Overall, it can feel limiting when I want more control over motion or more detailed effects. Because of that, creating more complex video projects in Canva can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the problem of creating videos and graphics quickly, without needing advanced design skills. It offers an easy, fast way to make announcements that still look clean and professional. For me, that means I save time while my work looks more polished. It also makes it simpler to create consistent content without putting in a lot of extra effort.
Effortless Design for Everyone with Intuitive Drag-and-Drop and Great Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
how effortlessly it makes design accessible, even if you have zero design background.
The drag-and-drop interface is extremely intuitive, so you can create presentations, social posts, resumes, or marketing materials in minutes without needing tools like Photoshop. Its massive library of ready-made templates saves a lot of time, especially when you’re working under deadlines.
Another standout is collaboration- multiple people can work on the same design in real time, leave comments, and iterate quickly, which is great for team environments.

What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Canva is that it can feel limiting once you need more advanced design control. Compared to tools like Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator, customization options (like precise layering, complex edits, or fine typography control) are quite basic.
Another drawback is that many of the best templates, elements, and features are locked behind the paid version, which can be restrictive if you’re relying on the free plan.
Lastly, performance can lag a bit when working on heavy designs or with large files, especially on slower internet connections since it’s primarily web-based.

Incredibly Versatile Tool for Projects Across Work, School, and Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of versatility in use. I used to use it for small creative projects and have upgraded to using it in marketing, finance, school, event planning and more. I’ve used some inspiration for UX work as well as marketing materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be a lot of information to work with for a new person. Sometimes the new features can be a little confusing if you’re not familiar with similar tools like figma.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly these days, I use it for marketing, event planning and design prototyping. For me, this is a great resource to use for building businesses, sharing marketing at a low cost, and also maintain a standard of quality I can put my name on.
