What do you like best about the product?
Canva makes designing fast and effortless, even for non-designers. The ready-made templates, drag-and-drop editor, and huge library of fonts, icons, and stock assets save a lot of time. I especially like how easy it is to collaborate with teammates and maintain consistent branding across designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced design controls are limited compared to professional tools like Photoshop or Illustrator. Large or complex designs can occasionally feel slow, and many premium elements are locked behind the Pro plan, which can be restrictive for frequent users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the problem of creating professional-looking designs without needing design expertise or expensive tools. It helps me quickly create social media posts, presentations, and marketing visuals, saving time and improving consistency and quality across my content.
Intuitive and Attractive Designs, Excellent Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to start creating a design with a template in Canva. I can change it, add text, animations, elements, and create good designs quickly. The templates have a good design, which allows me to generate proposals that look clean, clear, and stylish. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which made the transition to Canva smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the iPhone app, the presentation design with ILA is not as smooth as in the browser. Also, I have tried their videos and web pages and I don't like them very much, so I prefer other pages that do it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva allows me to generate presentations quickly using its generative AI, making it easier to create clear and attractive designs for proposals and quotes.
User-Friendly Design with Impressive Features
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Canva for making thumbnails and graphics for my YouTube videos, as it's much simpler than Photoshop. I love that it's user-friendly and doesn't require prior graphic design experience to create professional-looking designs. The huge library is fantastic; I can browse through thousands of elements needed for my thumbnails and graphics. I also appreciate the variety of AI tools integrated into Canva, which allow me to be even more creative. Canva's features, like the magic eraser and background remover, are the best things by far for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I find with Canva is the level of customization of some templates, sometimes it feels like they're a bit limiting if I want to do some advanced stuff. In certain templates, the layout and elements don't always align with what I want to change, and I have to spend extra time rearranging things. A bit more control over spacing, alignment, and the ability to fine-tune elements without restrictions would be a huge plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy Canva's user-friendly interface and vast library, which simplifies creating thumbnails and graphics without the complexity of Photoshop. Its AI tools enhance creativity, and features like magic eraser and background remover are exceptionally helpful.
Effortless Design for Non-Designers
What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva mainly for creating social media posts, presentations, posters, and simple designs. It helps me quickly design professional-looking content without needing advanced graphic design skills. I especially like using it for Instagram posts, resumes, and presentation slides because everything is easy to customize and ready to use. Canva solves the problem of creating good-looking designs when you don’t have design experience. It saves a lot of time because I don’t have to start from scratch since everything like templates, fonts, and images is already available, allowing me to easily create clean and professional designs without using complex software. What I like most about Canva is how easy and beginner-friendly it is. The ready-made templates, drag-and-drop tools, and wide range of fonts and graphics make designing fast and stress-free. I also like that I can use it on both my phone and laptop anytime. Canva made it easier for everyone on the team to create designs without needing professional design skills. It helped us work faster and maintain consistent designs across our content. The initial setup was very easy for both me and my team. We were able to sign up quickly, invite team members, and start designing almost immediately. The interface is simple and intuitive, so there was very little learning required, even for people with no design background. Canva is easy to use, saves a lot of time, and works well for both individuals and teams. It’s a great tool for creating professional designs quickly, even without design experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the free version feels a bit limited because many good templates and elements are locked behind Canva Pro. Also, for more advanced or detailed design work, the editing options can feel basic compared to professional design software. Features like better layer control, more precise alignment tools, and advanced image editing (such as finer background removal or color correction) would be helpful. In terms of the subscription model, Canva could offer more flexible pricing, like cheaper short-term plans or student discounts. Having more high-quality free resources or a mid-level plan would make it even better for regular users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva for creating quick, professional designs without needing advanced graphic skills. It solves the problem of starting designs from scratch, offering ready templates, fonts, and images, saving time and making design accessible for everyone.

Canva has built-in templates and elements that I can directly use, making it much easier to pick and drop any element I need. Additionally, the auto-save feature ensures I don't have to worry about losing my work.

The AI feature is not that up to mark. It gives very unfinished results which are not usable. It needs to work on its AI feature more.
