I like Canva for its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to create materials like social media posts, presentations, and banners. Also, Canva is more user-friendly and cost-effective compared to other tools like Adobe Photoshop, and it facilitates faster team collaboration. The initial setup is very easy, and the platform's intuitive design only requires minimal time and training to get started.

Some advanced design features are limited compared to professional tools and customization options can feel restrictive at times. Managing brand assets and exporting in certain formats could also be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
The template library, combined with the drag-and-drop editor, probably saves me 5–6 hours every week when I’m creating content for my AI project presentations and Instagram posts. Rather than starting from scratch or wrestling with Photoshop layers, I can simply choose a template that’s close to what I need, drop in my screenshots or diagrams, tweak the brand colors, and finish everything in about 10–15 minutes. It’s become my go-to tool for producing visual content quickly without sacrificing quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva’s drag-and-drop editor and template library are great, but the aggressive auto-snap and spacing suggestions can sometimes get in the way of fine-grained alignment. As a result, small, pixel-perfect tweaks end up taking longer than they should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva has eliminated the pain of creating last-minute presentation decks for review meetings. I can put together professional-looking slides, including system architecture diagrams, in about 20 minutes instead of spending hours in PowerPoint just trying to make everything look decent. The diagramming tools and smart shapes make it really easy to showcase technical workflows or RAG pipeline architectures to clients, without needing specialized tools like Lucidchart.

The thing I love most about Canva is the templates where you can just replace the images or play around and customize the colors as per our requirement while keeping the basic layout the same. It gives more flexibility for the user to create designs, and it's very smooth in terms of operation and features. It's easier to use tools in Canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much I find wrong with Canva, but maybe it could introduce some more advanced AI features. If we could edit photos with the help of AI rather than doing it manually, that would be very good.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that anything I create or work on in Canva can be saved automatically, which is really convenient. I also really appreciate the huge library of business templates that Canva offers. It helps me a lot because there's an unmatched collection of free and premium templates that make the design process smooth and quick. Rather than having to search around and decide on an idea, Canva helps me come up with one and get it started all in one go.

I wish there was more free templates that still had a premium look.

I use Canva to create images, edit logos, and design presentation visuals. It solves my problem of not having templates for business visuals and logos, offering a huge library of templates that inspire and streamline my design process.
