Effortless Design for Everyone with Canva’s Intuitive Tools

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Canva makes design simple with its intuitive drag-and-drop interface, vast templates, and rich graphics library. It’s accessible for beginners yet powerful enough for pros, enabling quick creation of polished visuals for social media, presentations, and branding—without needing advanced design skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some people dislike that Canva can feel limiting for advanced designers, with fewer professional tools than apps like Adobe Illustrator. Certain templates look overused, free assets can be restrictive, large projects may lag, and collaboration features sometimes feel clunky or slow for big teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves problems like complex design tools, limited access to professional graphics, and time-consuming content creation. By offering easy templates, drag-and-drop editing, and built-in assets, it helps you create polished visuals quickly. This saves time, reduces costs, and makes design accessible to anyone, regardless of skill level.

Essential Multimedia Features for Every Designer

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Canva has almost all the basic multimedia features needed by both beginner designers and more intermediate ones. In addition, it is easy to use and easy to teach as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the difference in how to do things on Canva vs PowerPoint can be a bit vexing (wherein PowerPoint has a slight advantage in UI/UX), but the amount of customization you can do on Canva circumvents this pitfall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva makes it simpler for our non-design focused department to create design that is at par with our design departments. This allows us to ensure brand consistency when creating training materials for both internal use cases as well as external use cases.

Effortless Designs with Room for Improvement

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for creating advertisement flyers, presentations, birthday videos, greetings, and more. I really like how easy Canva is to use; you just search for a design template, select it, and customize it by adding text. I can even modify the design according to my liking or combine 2-3 design templates into one. Canva provides me with readymade designs that are built-in, unlike Photoshop. It saves me a lot of time. Sometimes, I find a template where the header part is good in one and the content is good in another, so I can just copy and paste the elements from one template to another. The initial setup was very easy, and Canva has the most user-friendly interface it can get.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limited options in the free version, like you can't change the page size of a design. Searching for a template can also be time-consuming because sometimes it doesn't show relevant designs. I feel basic features like resizing page should be available for free. Also, one should be able to take 2 or more templates in a new design, because currently, I have to open both templates in new tabs and copy contents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva provides me with ready-made designs that save a lot of time compared to Photoshop, allowing me to search and customize templates easily.

Transforms Non-Designers into Design Pros

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Canva for how it makes me seem more design-capable than I actually am, especially in my finance role where I get a kind of "design credibility" using its professional templates. It allows me to turn dry quarterly results into modern, engaging presentations quickly. The Brand Kit feature gives me peace of mind by ensuring my company's colors and logos are applied correctly every time, which is a huge personal win. For personal projects, Canva is my go-to solution for everything from nice cards and photo collages to flyers, providing an easy starting point without the intimidation of a blank page. The vast template library removes creative guesswork, and the Brand Kit makes sure everything is on-brand, boosting my speed and confidence. The initial setup was easy with an intuitive interface, and my whole team adopted it smoothly. It's a fantastic tool that I constantly recommend to friends and colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Canva is fantastic for most things, a few limitations become apparent with advanced use. The biggest frustration is the lack of true precision. When you need to align elements to the exact pixel or create complex, layered designs, the platform can feel a bit rigid. The text formatting and spacing controls are good for basics, but sometimes lack the fine-grained control you'd get in a dedicated design program. For instance, adjusting kerning or leading with pinpoint accuracy can be fiddly. Additionally, while the organization system is decent, managing a very large library of personal and professional designs can become cluttered. A more powerful tagging or folder nesting system would be a welcome improvement for power users who rely on it daily for countless projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva streamlines creating professional presentations and personal projects. It solves my professional inefficiency by transforming complex data into engaging visuals, saving hours. Personally, it removes creative blocks with its templates, making me look like a competent designer without advanced skills.

Effortless Design with Great Tools and Value

  • December 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Canva to create good-looking content for social media, printed and digital flyers, swag, presentations, and website mockups. It solves issues with imagery licensing and paying for third-party images. Canva starts me off with thousands of templates, making it easy and intuitive to use without breaking the bank. I love how easy it is to get started creating content that looks good. I also love some of the additional tools like the background remover and QR code generator, which are simple to use and without restrictions. Exporting content in any file type I need is a big plus. Switching from Adobe Creative Suite to Canva was straightforward because it is easier to use and offers all tools with one subscription at a fraction of the cost. The initial setup was as easy as it could possibly be, completed on the same day. I'm definitely likely to recommend Canva to others, as I've already referred many people to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing branded templates doesn't work without having a team or enterprise account. I get the reason why... but that was a pain point for me because at first it was offered with my paid premium account. Then they took the ability away with creating new content moving forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves imagery licensing issues and offers thousands of templates that jumpstart my creativity. It's easy to use, cost-effective, and has tools like background remover and QR code generator. Plus, I love exporting in any file type I need.

Effortless Professional Marketing with Canva

  • December 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Canva allows our team to work on multiple devices without needing to be in the same office, which is super convenient for real estate marketing. The templates are a big favorite because they make our marketing look professional. Having access to all templates with the pro version means we can whip out a branded design in like 5 minutes. It's also so easy to use, and customer support really listens to their users. Plus, the initial setup was very easy, definitely a 10/10 experience. We also have it integrated into our social media which helps streamline our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much. It's so easy to use and customer support LISTENS. They were going to increase the price dramatically, but decided against it when they got an uproar from their clientele.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva allows us to work on multiple devices simultaneously, even remotely, enhancing teamwork. With all templates from the pro version, we can quickly create professional, branded designs for our real estate marketing.

Unbelievably Fast and Intuitive Content Creation

  • December 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Canva allows me to go from concept to finished content in minutes.
Whether I’m cranking out carousel posts, TikTok covers, presentation decks, or quick mockups for our Marketing meetings, the process is unbelievably fast.
The drag-and-drop interface is intuitive, and I rarely feel “blocked” by the tool itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you’re juggling dozens of brands or clients, things can start to feel cluttered. Folders help, but I wish there were more advanced organizational and search features for power users. The text-to-image generator is decent, but not always reliable for brand-specific or hyper-detailed prompts.
It feels like a nice bonus feature, not a full replacement for dedicated AI design tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a dental practice, creating consistent, trustworthy, and engaging content is essential—but doing that every week can be overwhelming. Canva solves several major challenges that most dental practices face when trying to build a strong online presence. Most dental offices don’t have a full-time graphic designer, and outsourcing every small graphic gets expensive. Canva gives us a professional-level design tool that anyone on the team can use, even without design experience.
