Templates. Lots of high-quality templates for a quick start.

There are far too many features now - it's easy to get confused.

Very often, you need to create graphic content that is good enough (but not perfect) quality and do it quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
i have canva pro for a long time, and i use it all the time in my schoolwork or at workplace. i mostly use it for presentations or social media posts, and i really like variety of design elements i can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is hard to find element sets sometimes. i search for certain artists' sets, and try to save them somewhere i can find later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it makes background removing so easier. it is very efficient to resize designs, erase something from the design, etc.

I love how great it makes all my graphic work for social media. I use it every single week for all my advertising and marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The majority of the best graphic images are only available for the paid version, which I understand.

I'm not much of a graphic designer and this way I didn't have to struggle through Photoshop by using Canva.

It also offers generic templates that can make designs look unoriginal, and it lacks professional vector export options, making it unsuitable for scalable logos. Other drawbacks include dependency on internet access, limited customization, and potential issues with intellectual property and storage.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is very user friendly, and allows me to create beautiful graphics and documents easily. I love that you can add your branding colours, fonts, and logos so that you can quickly incorporate your organization's style into whatever you're creating. The Teams plan also makes collaborating easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of key features and elements are only available on a Pro plan, which makes it less effective as a tool if you aren't subscribed. Canva is also difficult to use on iOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva allows me to create graphics and stylized documents easily without previous graphic design experience. My reports and social media posts match my organization's style and come together quickly. Other programs are not as user friendly, making them more difficult and time consuming to use compared to Canva.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how simple it is to navigate the platform. I enjoy having access to a wide range of assets and graphics, along with the convenience of ready-made templates that are easy to customize. It's also helpful that the platform automatically sets the correct sizes for your work based on where you'll be posting it. I also like that multiple team members can edit and view projects simultaneously, and exporting your work in different formats is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of Canva's AI features could use some improvement. For instance, the background expander isn't very effective, and some of the Brandfetch options don't provide everything you might be looking for. Because of this, I find the plugins a bit misleading. Other than that, I have no further comments about the rest of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, Canva empowers me to create, iterate, and execute social media content without being a design expert, all while keeping everything aligned with my brand’s vision. It’s saved me time, money, and a lot of headaches, while allowing me to deliver high-quality visuals quickly.

Wide option of design templates available, alot of freebies, comprehensive interface and artsy elevated appeal.

The downside with canva is cannot edit the templates offline, and lacks phone support.

Easy to Use with Stunning Designs
What do you like best about the product?
I like Canva for its great designs and features like erasing backgrounds of pictures and the great fonts it offers. It's very easy to use and intuitive. I also remember it being very easy to set up when I first started using it. I've been using Canva for years and I find it extremely helpful for creating presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ChatGPT function in Canva does not work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva for presentations because I don't start with a blank slate. It has great designs, the ability to erase backgrounds, and offers great fonts.
