Effortless Design for All Skill Levels
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and ability for users of all skill levels to create quality and beautiful designs of all sizes and product types.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were ruler-type markers on the side of designs, similar to Microsoft Word. I think that would be more helpful in aligning design elements over the current indicator lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have an in-house graphic designer, but with uploading our brand kit and features we can use other team members to create quality designs for both print and digital usage.

Optimal frontend and immediate entry into Canva elements
What do you like best about the product?
The frontend is optimal - the design and immediate access to the Canva elements is fantastic. The feature roadmap is great. This applies to the core segment - output formats and shareability - as well as to extended functions - for example: SSL-hosted websites. --- for that alone, the Canva product would be a clear purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clarity suffers from the many options. There are still many features - automation, AI integration, and workflows that a regular user doesn't even discover.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create and manage content artifacts in premium quality - and export them to own or managed export formats. Presentation as a mind map, screen share, or moving image format.

Designs and templates Canva offer and versatility to work on different type of documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva is mostly good as I haven't personally faced any issue using Canva. So I don't have anything in mind that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is helping me with my work by making it more attractive and visually appealing, as it provides amazing tools to design my presentations, for poster or logo designs and photo editing as well. It also helped my team in designing a booklet for an event, for which we used Canva to design and as a collaboration platform.
Designing Made Easy with Canva for Non-Designers
What do you like best about the product?
I like Canva very much. I am using it frequently from last 7 years. Canva is very easy & simple to use with all tools. What I like the most is that it makes design feel easy, even for someone like me who doesn’t come from a design background. I am not professional graphic designer, but due to Canva I made lots of professional images for our social media articles. The range of templates, fonts, colors, and quick editing tools honestly saves me countless hours. Instead of starting from scratch, I can pick a layout, adjust a few things, and I’m ready to go. It feels a lot like having a mini design studio available whenever I need it. All my old designs on which I have worked for years are saved there. If I ever need an old design, I just search for it and edit it right away. This is really useful when I have to recreate similar content . I believe the best part about Canva are the many options powered by AI. Concepts can be generated in seconds by Magic Write. Magic Design creates streamlined ready-made templates. I can efficiently adjust tiny details with the Magic Eraser and Magic Edit. The AI Background Remover works best when I need to make my images look professional. Canva is quick and reliable. It allows me to create things that look good without needing professional design skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most dislike thing about Canva is that some advanced features are restricted to the Pro plan, so I can't use all features except I pay for it. Another small problem is that some templates look very similar, so I sometimes spend extra time trying to find something different.

I’m not a professional designer, but Canva makes my work process simple and manageable. From last seven years, I used it regularly to create social media images, posts and small graphics that actually look professional.
The ready templates, fonts, colours and easy editing tools save my lots of time. Instead of starting from nothing, I can pick a design, tweak it and finish the whole thing much faster than I expected. It really does feel like having a small design studio available whenever I need it.
All of my previous designs are saved by Canva. This helps me from having to store old files. Anytime I want to alter a design from a few years back, I can access it, in seconds. Even though I don't have a design professional'. I have Canva to thank that I can produce good. Time is saved- it's stress free to use. The utility of certain AI functions like Magic Write, Magic Edit and the background remover is most useful. Canva is extremely professional, graphics can be produced, even though design expertise isn't.

I really appreciate how simple and intuitive Canva is. Even when I’m pressed for time and need to put together training slides or posters quickly, I can always find a template that suits my needs and customize it within minutes. The drag-and-drop editor works seamlessly, and the extensive library of icons, fonts, and graphics helps my content appear professional without the need for a designer. Using Canva has truly enhanced the quality of my learning materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some premium templates and elements are only available with the Pro plan, which can feel a bit restrictive at times. Additionally, when working on more complex designs, I’ve noticed it can lag a little on mobile devices. It’s not a major issue, but it is noticeable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva has greatly accelerated my training preparation process. Previously, creating posters, presentations, or worksheets would consume hours of my time, but now I am able to design attractive visuals in just a few minutes. This shift enables me to focus more on developing the actual content rather than stressing over formatting details. I especially appreciate how useful Canva is when I need to quickly put together designs for workshops or internal communications.

I really appreciate Canva's designs because they are easier to use and significantly save time by allowing reuse for different projects. Canva's tool makes it straightforward to create new designs from existing ones, enhancing efficiency and creativity in my work. The ability to effortlessly bring new ideas to life with a single tool is something I've found quite beneficial. Additionally, getting started with Canva is quite easy, even when accessing it through a web browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that you need to upgrade to the Pro version to access features that make the design process easier and faster. In the free version, many tools and designs are locked or have limited functionality, which affects my ability to work efficiently. Additionally, the fact that certain design changes are only available in the paid version means that it's difficult to optimize my workflow unless I pay for the full product.

I find Canva's designs easy to use, saving me time by allowing me to reuse them for other projects, but the best features require a paid subscription.
Unmatched Drag-and-Drop Experience, Perfect on Web
What do you like best about the product?
With Canva, I never need to start designing anything from scratch. There are tons of free resources such as design templates, mockups, images, and much more. It’s also very feasible to build brand identities using this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app can feel cramped and fiddly, especially when adjusting tiny elements or layering objects. I’ve a Canva pro account and i’ve absolutely no complaints with the web app, it’s just that just the mobile app can be better.

Design quick graphics, illustrations, mockups, presentation decks and a lot more. Helps me a lot as I also work for marketing agencies.

I find Canva's AI feature not as strong as I would like it to be. As a Spanish speaker, it's particularly challenging because when I provide instructions in Spanish, the AI doesn't work effectively.
