What do you dislike about the product?
I think Canva is an excellent creative platform with no flaws in the functioning of its digital resources, I can recommend using all of its work features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is one of my favorite platforms for creating and designing my digital presentations, facilitating collaboration with all members of my organization and the management of all the professional projects I carry out in the course of my work activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to create graphics and videos quickly. It's easy to collaborate among our team and create templates for use among multiple departments. The enterprise version offers a lot of functionality, and the AI tools are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had layer features, like Photoshop or Visme. I feel that this would make it even easier to make more intricate designs.

It's helping us create graphics and videos in our branding quickly and on the go.

Some predesigned layouts are not very customizable and do not offer the flexibility of other design programs.

Canva allows me, with all its capabilities, to create visually stunning marketing pieces in minutes, using its large library of templates, elements, and intuitive design tools.

The best thing about Canva is its clean and easy interface. The ready-made templates help me create professional designs like posters, logos, thumbnails, and social media posts within minutes. The drag-and-drop feature is smooth, and the elements library is huge, making design very simple even for beginners

Sometimes heavy templates take time to load. Many good elements are locked behind the Pro version. On mobile, complex editing becomes a bit difficult and the background remover is not always accurate. Also, downloading larger files can be slow

This feature alone saves me significant time and sparks my creativity. Canva's simplicity is unmatched, and it provides an inspiring creative space to explore various design ideas. I also appreciate that it's not limited to just creating flyers; I can effortlessly craft presentations and even videos, enhancing my work presentations for college significantly with excellent PowerPoint outcomes. The initial setup of Canva was a breeze, thanks to its intuitive interface, step-by-step explanations, and helpful chat support. It's these user-friendly features that make Canva a top-notch tool, earning it my highest recommendation score of 10.

It's budget-friendly and always improving to keep up with major players like Adobe and Figma.

I wish I could export documents as Word docs or .docx or something similar.

I like that the program is intuitive, has many functionalities, and allows me to create interesting graphic projects that I use at work. The program helps me with communication. At work, Canva works great for creating presentations, posters, social media graphics, or recruitment materials. Thanks to ready-made templates and intuitive features, I can work quickly while maintaining a consistent and professional look for the materials. A huge advantage is also the possibility of teamwork – it’s easy to share projects and edit them together.
After hours, I use Canva in a completely different way: I make invitations for family gatherings, photo collages, or simple social media graphics. Although Canva is a very convenient and intuitive tool, it also has a few areas that could work better. First of all, some features are only available in the Pro version – sometimes there is a lack of options for simple modifications without having to purchase the full plan. It could be more flexible, for example, in the form of micropayments for specific elements. More advanced layer management and the ability to adjust elements more precisely (e.g., greater control over effects or more freedom in editing PDF files) would also be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I quickly create content, graphics, presentations, freeing up my time and optimizing many activities. I don't need to hire external agencies for graphic design. We save time and money. Additionally, we develop ourselves by acquiring new skills related to using Canva.

Furthermore, I find the initial setup to be very easy, and integrating Canva with other tools like Constant Contact enhances its convenience. Overall, Canva’s intuitive features and efficiency make it an indispensable tool in my design arsenal.

I find the need for more advanced editing tools in Canva frustrating, as achieving finer design control can be challenging. The platform could benefit from precise shape adjustments, better masking capabilities, and improved photo retouching tools. Additionally, faster loading times when working with large files would enhance the user experience. The current state of folder organization complicates the management of multiple projects, and I wish for better systems in place for this. Moreover, having more customization options for certain templates, such as enhanced text effects and deeper template control, would significantly improve design flexibility.

It has many types of editing flexibility like poster creation, video creation, etc. And it has pre designed templates which makes the design workflow easier. I can easily design social media posts or banners or thumbnails which can be saved on the cloud as well.

Many of the features like exporting some asset in a particular format requires a premium account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT is giving a free alternative for premium tools like adobe creative suite. most of the features which are paid in other softwares are free in canva. plus it supports browser.
