What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Canva's exceptional ease of use, which is my top reason for using it. The platform allows me to work swiftly, especially due to its user-friendly drag-and-drop elements that eliminate the need for extensive reformatting. I love the vast array of options available, although I usually prefer creating my customized templates instead of relying on the prebuilt ones. Canva's capabilities are comparable to PowerPoint, yet it stands out by making the process simpler and more customizable, particularly with features like upload functions and background removers. These organic elements allow me to add a personal touch to my projects effortlessly. The straightforward setup made it very easy for me to transition from the Adobe Suite, as I found InDesign too complicated for my recreational needs. Overall, Canva's comprehensive features enhance my productivity and enable me to craft presentations and creative projects with minimal hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find working on projects with others using Canva challenging, especially when using it on a paid subscription which complicates collaboration. Furthermore, while I overall recommend the platform, I feel the pricing for the paid version is high, particularly for users in a school setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva to create presentations and personal projects effortlessly, avoiding the hassle of downloading templates. It offers powerful, customizable tools like background removers, making design accessible and quick with drag-and-drop features and ample prebuilt options.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent tool for creating professional and attractive designs online. Its templates and predesigned backgrounds are easy to use and allow almost anyone to create documents and designs. With its user-friendly interface, you can create a design in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be limited for complex projects. While Canva works well for simple designs and basic projects, it may b limited for some more complex jobs that require greater control and customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Canva, we can quickly create any type of design we need for the company without compromising on quality. Our marketing team creates advertisements, brochures, videos, infographics, and other designs in a short amount of time, and they look great.
Exceptionally User-Friendly with Powerful Editing Tools
What do you like best about the product?
This software is extremely user-friendly, even for those without any design experience. The background removal tool is particularly useful, making editing much easier. I also appreciate how simple it is to download documents directly to my computer. It easily integrates with other platforms such as adding email signatures, posting to social media or simply printing a top quality poster!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be frustrating when a specific image cannot be edited the way I want. I have yet to find a tool that lets me separate an imported image into layers for easier editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily show our designers how I want something to look without wasting time and money trying to explain via text. I can also easily create professional looking signs and posters for our events and tours.

Canva is absolutely fantastic in nearly all regards. I use it daily, for multiple hours.

I wish that Canva had richer photo editing capabilities.

As a pro user, I truly have no complaints about Canva. Everything works smoothly, and I find nothing to dislike about the experience.

Previously, I would search for templates online and then manually recreate them in a standard editor. However, once I began using Canva, it made the process much easier. The tools offered by Canva are impressive, especially the AI features like text-to-image, as well as the wide range of ready-to-edit templates and presentations. Overall, great tool, but it could be smoother around the edges.
