Great alternative than the BOT responses!!
What do you like best about the product?
While using the platform as a customer support expert, ASAPP has been solving it's purpose with it's user friendly responses to the concerns and also addresses and acknowledges the customer's need with keywords to filter and help the best out of query in realtime. Has confined space which allowed perfectly in accessing the accounts of customers and make responses query centric.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs a few updates i.e., regarding the tagger and login time mapping. Else it's best in this segment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using to manage customer's accounts and dealing with the queries where I use to get time in researching the root causes while the platform helped in engaging the converstion by providing quick reposnces and make the customer feel actively heard like humans. It's like a co-pilot to the service industry like mine.
