Seamless Cross-Channel Engagement with Real-Time Personalization
What do you like best about the product?
I use Braze primarily for cross-channel customer engagement, and I really appreciate the real-time personalization it offers, which lets us reach out instantly when a customer takes specific actions like viewing a product category or abandoning a cart. The seamless cross-channel orchestration ensures customers get a consistent experience regardless of which device or channel they use. I also find the powerful AI tools very helpful in optimizing our efforts. Braze's strong integrations and good documentation with easy-to-use tools are a big plus. The initial setup was easy and smooth, making the whole process a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
New marketers need extensive onboarding, which can be challenging getting started. It's difficult to estimate the cost for scaling programs since Braze doesn’t have public pricing, and as the user count grows, the price varies making it hard to determine costs upfront. Organizing campaigns becomes time-consuming as users grow, especially managing a large number of canvases across multiple regions. Teams without engineering support often need additional help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for real-time customer data interaction, cross-channel journeys, and personalized content delivery. It automates optimizations and manages complex data efficiently. The real-time personalization and cross-channel orchestration enhance engagement by ensuring relevance and conversion.
Easy Email Creation

How easy it is to build emails without coding knowledge and making it look nice and appealing for readers.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the formatting of the email comes out a bit different when pasted into gmail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
emails that are engaging and get clicked on were difficult but braze made it more interesting looking.
User-Friendly Platform with Excellent Learning Resources
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly, there help videos are good and useful. The materials provided for learning are good content and clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
That a new language syntax is required to be learned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping the clients communicate with customers in a more efficient manner.
Expensive Add-Ons and Limited Testing Make Braze Frustrating
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is clean and simple. It has robust send capabilities. I like working with Liquid for in-campaign logic and their work with API driven data is pretty good (caching, chaining calls, etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive. The base of it might not be, but they chunk up features as 'add ons' so when you get to the same state you'd be in with a competitor you're likely paying way more. It's also not friendly for testers. You can't view event logs for users - only for 'test' accounts - which sucks because what if you want to test 'sign up' events where an account doesn't exist yet? That's not possible in Braze! It seems so basic but you can't do it. The data is there, they show you counts of events and timestamp of the last done event, just not a log. And filtering segments down to properties within an event and a time period - also not doable without a segment extension. And guess what, you only get 25 with the base account, you have to pay extra for another 10. It's greedy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform to send personalised messages to users via email, SMS, app push. It does the job.
Intuitive Interface, But Needs Better Data Export Options
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive user interface when creating campaigns and canvases
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to sort canvas user data by date without creating new segments. We should be able to export all emailed users from a canvas who were attempted a send within x date range.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complex renewal canvases
Flawless CRM Integration, Effortless Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like Braze for its functionality which works great for anything CRM related. It's already good, and all the features are equally as good as each other. The initial setup was easy, and I don't see any areas that need improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! the tool is super easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze solves lots of customer-related problems and I appreciate its functionality.
Intuitive UI and Fast Support, But Room for More Features
What do you like best about the product?
Quick response to support questions, intuitive UI
What do you dislike about the product?
Visibility into how users move through canvases could be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our marketing/growth teams to build & send emails & SMS directly, rather than relying on engineering team. Can create canvases to nurture users through onboarding.
Excellent Support and Resources Make Braze Easy to Master
What do you like best about the product?
I find Braze’s UI very intuitive. Users can get up to speed quickly, which makes it very efficient. Setting up segmentation, Canvases, and campaigns are all straightforward, and the testing process is noticeably quick (sending test SMS, emails, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze can take a bit of time to get used to and does feel a little overwhelming at first. You’ll likely end up digging through a lot of docs and learning materials, but that’s pretty normal. The upside is that there’s a lot of help available (Chat + Articles), and once you’re comfortable with it, it's easy enough to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us run personalized, cross channel messaging on a big scale. The ability to organise everything across multiple workspaces is a big bonus for us keeping teams and brands separated and tidy.
Empowers Personalized Customer Journeys with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a powerful and flexible CRM platform that enables our team to execute highly personalized, real-time customer journeys at scale. Its strength lies in the combination of robust segmentation, event-based triggering, and multi-channel orchestration (push, in-app messages, email, content cards) within a single platform. The Canvas and Campaign tools make it easy to test, iterate, and operationalize lifecycle strategies quickly, while Liquid personalization allows us to tailor messaging dynamically without heavy engineering dependency. On top of that, Braze’s documentation, customer support, and willingness to co-build through betas make it a strong long-term partner rather than just a vendor.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. Braze usage has been incredible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze solves the challenge of delivering timely, relevant, and personalized communications across multiple channels at scale. Before Braze, coordinating lifecycle flows, behavioral triggers, and ad-hoc campaigns often required heavy manual effort or separate tools, making it difficult to respond to user behavior in real time.
Empowers Automation with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like Braze for its ease of use, technical capabilities, and webhook integrations. These features help me enable more complex audience paths and create ways to integrate external tools, making my work more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing pages are still very limited, the multi-select feature is missing, and some API endpoints being limited to 14 days of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for orchestrating lifecycle automations and marketing campaigns. It enables complex audience paths and integrates external tools smoothly, enhancing our CRM efforts.
