What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Braze is how flexible and powerful it is once everything is set up. The platform gives you a very clear overview of campaigns, segments, and user journeys, and it’s easy to collaborate across teams. The Canvas builder is especially helpful, it allows you to experiment, iterate, and A/B test without breaking anything. I also appreciate how well Braze integrates with data teams, making it simple to scale personalisation and run more complex lifecycle automations. Overall, it’s a tool that really supports creative CRM ideas while staying very data-driven.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel overwhelming at first, especially for teams that are new to CRM or don’t have strong technical support in place. Some features require more steps than expected, and onboarding new colleagues takes time. Documentation is good, but certain workflows could be more intuitive, especially when it comes to organising assets and keeping track of what’s active, paused, or outdated. I would also love to see improvements in how AI features are surfaced directly inside the tool, so you don’t need to rely on external prompt management as much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us centralize and automate the entire customer lifecycle in one place. Instead of managing multiple tools for segmentation, messaging flows, and analytics, we can coordinate everything inside a single platform. This makes experimentation much easier and helps us react quickly when we need to adjust campaigns or test new ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has been an effective tool for delivering in-app surveys through our consumer app. Even though I'm not using the full breadth of its features, the platform excels in the areas that matter most for simple, high-engagement survey distribution.

What I like most:
-Easy to build and deploy: Creating surveys through in-app messages is straightforward and fast. The drag-and-drop editor makes it simple to spin up new messages without looping in engineering.
-Great targeting controls: We can target specific audiences or behaviors, which helps us reach the right users at the right time and improves survey response rates.
-High engagement: Because the surveys appear natively in-app, we see significantly better completion compared to email or push surveys.
-Reliable delivery: Messages fire consistently based on the rules and triggers we’ve set — no issues with delay or missed impressions.
-Flexible design options: We can customize the look and feel enough to keep surveys on-brand and unobtrusive.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Reporting could be more intuitive for simple survey use cases; the analytics are powerful but sometimes feel geared toward more complex campaigns.
- A bit heavy for single-purpose usage: Braze is a robust platform, so if you’re only using it for surveys, it can feel like more tool than you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze solves the challenge of collecting user feedback quickly and efficiently by allowing me to create and deliver in-app surveys without relying on engineering. I can target the right users, launch surveys fast, and track engagement all in one place. This saves time, improves response rates, and makes it easier to gather meaningful insights directly from our consumers.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Braze for 5 years, and it has significantly improved our lifecycle marketing and CRM efforts. What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Braze is how intuitive it is. The platform makes it easy to create personalized, automated campaigns without needing heavy technical support. What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started using Braze, I felt it was a bit too overwhelming with the amount of features it was offering me. Sometimes the navigation and campaign setup process feel less intuitive than expected. It’s easy to get lost between Canvas, Segments, and Campaigns when managing multiple projects. A cleaner, more streamlined interface or faster ways to duplicate and update campaigns would make a big difference.

Braze helps us reach users quickly and in a more personalized way. We use it to send short campaigns and forms to collect feedback or share updates, and it’s made the process a lot smoother. It’s great to see how easy it is to target the right audience and track how people interact with our messages in real time.

What do you dislike about the product?
The built-in reporting features leave much to be desired. If you're not familiar with SQL or the underlying data structure, you'll likely find it challenging to get the insights you need.

Effectively reaching out to customers on a large scale is essential. Communicating to customers at scale allows for consistent messaging and helps ensure that important information is delivered efficiently to a broad audience.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and create canvases and campaigns. It can be integrated with APIs and has powerful AI tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot manipulate data as in other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to send push notifications, our previous automation tool does not allow us to do this.
