Braze has the best customer service experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like the support from our customer success service manager. It is both technically complete and well built for a marketer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with segmentations and development. The key is to work tightly with the dev team for a marketing team needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our problem to have everything at the same place : notifications, emails, content cards, in app messages and customer data platform. Plus, all of this for three apps!

Once set-up, Braze is user-friendly and dynamic

Pricing can get expensive if data points are not monitored closely or initially set-up correctly

Braze is a tool that helps us send dynamic and personalized recap emails to our clients.
Braze is a Game-Changer for Marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is incredibly powerful. It far surpasses the email and push automation tools we were using. The company's onboarding support is up there with the best I've ever experienced from a MarTech SaaS tool, which made what is a highly detailed implementation process as smooth as possible. That enabled us to get Braze up and running in time for peak season, which dramatically improved our results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the tool up and running is not for the faint of heart. You have to have adequate resources, especially on your development team. You really have to understand API and SDK implementation to get the most out of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us tackle lifecycle marketing, engagement and retention. It gives us a complete picture of our customer base, including what action(s) they take with our tools. Armed with that data, we're able to set up sophisticated automation to improve the Customer Experience, keep customers more engaged, provide more value and achieve key business outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze stands out amongst the CRM software I have used so far. It is incredibly user-friendly! Super intuitive!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a feature I tend to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very lovely that it has an online preview option. Some of the software I have used required an actual test campaign to be conducted and received in order for me to see how a certain message would look on a mobile device.

Support answers emails fast, and typically care to solve your problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to get 1 on 1 support on some integrations that were done in the onboarding but we don't quite understand

Recognize patterns, implement customer journeys, communication
Braze has been the best tool for a multichannel marketing especially when it comes to in-app comms
What do you like best about the product?
Custom in-app messages and surveys, Content cards and other channels can be orchestrated simultaneously. All of this is simple and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to use nested IF statements while creating segments. This means that sometimes we have to create many more statement for the correct targeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to automate and setup lifecycle journey communications with simplicity and measure the impact very easily.
Easy friendly tool that can shift your marketing strategies positively
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily work with Braze for push notifications and in-app messages. What I love about it are the various models we can use for in-app messages and the flexibility to create any personalised message we want for any objective we intend. We can tailor our campaigns using those in-app messages depending on the scenario and purpose. For example, we can use surveys to collect first-party data and models with two options to gather information on user preferences. I love the easy way we can build those messages and, even better, the easy way to collect these data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides of braze that I can think of. What can be very helpful for companies with multiple brands is to clone canvas from one brand to another to reduce manual work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping me reduce the number of anonymous users, but enabling me to send in-app messages at specific times in their journey, prompting them to log-in.
Braze builds CRM muscle in house
What do you like best about the product?
Braze has enabled omni-channel personalisation through an intuitive tool that's enabled us to push the same communication to a customer via multiple channels in a single view.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd love to be able to share canvas and journey builds more seamlessly between our different brands and have master templates we can upload in bulk to all of our app groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving for how we personalise at scale, benefiting us with an uplift in email traffic to site post launch.
Easy to learn to use. Ability to create complex canvases.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to edit canvases whenever it's neccesary, creating multiple variants for testing really easily. Multiple options of configuration for flows and improving every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still find some segmentations limits. Such as not being able to exclude entries in the same day from any canvas or campaign. Also find it difficult to mix several segments. And a huge improvement would be to make it easy to select multiple values in some filters (for instance, when filtering entries in several Canvases or steps within a Canvas, I need to insert a new filter for every one of them).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes work easy and quick. Allows us to have several marketing automation canvases triggerer when we need without deep technical knowledge. We can make our customer journey fully automated.
Amazing platform with great possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
The canvas flow is really easy to use, the logic that we can apply, and the possibility of adding personalization with liquid.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analysis tool for the canvas performance is not reliable. It checks canvas entries but not messages received, so for bigger companies it can be really tricky to rely on that data.
