What do you like best about the product?
Great variety of channels to reach out to your customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found any problems. Customer support is always there if you have any potential issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze canvas is the best tool to optimize your mix channel with personalization, allowing to deliver tailor-made messages at the best moment through the most engaged users channel.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
email editor is poor, and is hard to deal when your users has a +30days natural product usage frequency.

Exploring mutlichannel CRM with Braze

What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy to use platform that allows for a whole range of personalization or not if you are not ready for it. Next to that their customer service is super helpfull, but most of the time I don't need it because their documentation points me in the right direction.

And as advertised the real-time communication works like a charm! You can easy A/B test on all your emails, push messages and more. And Braze allows for full export of all your data for custom analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
We mainly use the drag-and-drop editors and they don't allow for the same personalization as when you have an HTML email/element. Furthermore, working with Liquid in Braze can be a bit of trail-and-error as it doesn't give detailed messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to improve our communication to our customers. Braze allows for such easy A/B testing compared to our previous tool that we improved our message effectiveness by a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is easy to use and straightforward as long as the integration is done right. Thankfully the tutorials come in handy for new users, and the documentation is thorough. The CSM are very knowledgeable and give plenty of tips that will help you go a long way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations in terms of reporting, but braze is always working on new updates and features that keep us excited. There are some unique use cases that can be a bit of a roadblocker and the braze bonfire community helps does help overcome that challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to create a complex canvas to meet our users demands. From the moment they sign up to a successful transaction. It helps that braze understands our user behavior really well so targeting our users with unique and personalized multichannel marketing campaigns is benefiting us in a great way. Love the fact that they allow you even to compare your canvases and campaigns to see how each is performing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the orchestration between different channels, and the many ways to do different things/send out campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall dashboards/reporting is quite lacking. Also, it takes a while for certain features to get introduced (IAM D&D editor, Email & segment improvements)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a good and fast way to get users to adopt features/get them triggered into action. We also were having trouble with targeting specific user groups

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is it's extremely easy to use. A/B testing is very easy to set up and use. The canvas feature is really amazing I can use a combination of emails and IAMs.


The support team is very helpful and always provides feedback, suggestions, and workarounds when coming across potential barriers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be an option for zooming out in the canvas. It's really hard to create a big canvas with a lot of steps without zooming it out.
also, I tried zooming out my browser but when the canvas was too big it started lagging and the response was slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use braze for retention marketing. Braze has helped us reach out to clients senselessly and efficiently with a good open rate.

What do you like best about the product?
The idea behind multi-channel canvases (or customer journeys) is great. We've been able to uplevel our customer marketing efforts because of this, and I think there's still a lot for us to unlock as we continue to grow as a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
We rely heavily on email and can say this isn't a replacement for a CRM. There are very nuanced things that come standard in CRMs that Braze still needs to work on. Things like manually enrolling users in canvas, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating more profound and personal relationships with our users in an automated and scalable way. We have a relatively complex product and Braze allows us to be clearer with our messaging so our customers can be more successful on the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a very full-featured platform, but you can get started relatively quickly - and you don't need to learn a ton of features that you're not ready to use yet. Really enjoy their Slack community as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty expensive and you're using whitelabeled ESPs, so it can be hard to get direct answers/deeper email data. We had a deliverability issue that ended up being due to a new version of our ESP and it took quite a while for us to sort out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Braze to message our app users - through email, in-app, and push - with a focus on engagement, conversion, & retention. Our lifecycle marketing program is run pretty much entirely through Braze.

What do you like best about the product?
Canvas building, intuitive UI, just a great user flow. Support and Angel, our customer success manager are always super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are not achievable. Ie. manually uploading a list of emails and ability to match these users based off their email (without external ID). Open-ended in-app survey answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oh man. A crazy amount! We've moved from a home grown marketing tool that was littered with bugs and definitely not a priority for our dev team SO alleviating pressure off the dev and exec team, making my job easier, sending communication to our users quickly and easily, segmenting and personalizing content which in turn increases conversion rates and retention.... I could go on.

What do you like best about the product?
Our account rep is very interested in seeing our business succeed and helps us through some of the operational complexities. The logic building is intuitive for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is that some of our canvases get so large that it is very difficult to see all of your steps. It is also clunky moving/scrolling within the Build tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us test and iterate quickly. With Braze we don't have to hard code every message into our product; we can quickly test and swap out info.
