The most complete tool for data and CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Braze's documentation is very rich. For any question, there is always an answer within the documentation, and this makes a big difference in optimizing my time.
I also like the many ways I can create a one-off campaign or journey. It took time, but I understand that Braze gives you several ways to solve your problem.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of visualization of a journey. There is a platform in Brazil called Dito. This platform consists of designing a journey in a drag and drog manner, with communications already established at the first moment. In our company, as we have a lot of communications several times a day, Frequency Capping helps, but it's tricky to figure out the hooks of the journey and if they mix. I mentioned Dito because the way the journey is built (with the option to be 100% visual) would transform our routine into something more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagement Reports for sure! This report is incredible, and when he entered the platform, we just had to celebrate with fireworks! This solution will be put to good use when it reaches all channels besides email.
Good for apps and larger teams
What do you like best about the product?
Braze can do pretty in-depth complicated things that are really impressive. But you need a lot of dedicated tech support to make it happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult set up, hard to do complicated things without a dedicated engineer. Required more engineering support than we thought it would.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated user journeys across life cycles, and great segmentation.

- Lots of engineering required
- Poor reporting / need to export data to 3rd party analytics

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Omni-channel solutions: messaging through email, SMS, push, in-app, etc.
- Segment integration, Connected Content, and webhook capabilities allow for a flexible platform and plays nice with other SAAS. Data flow is fluid.
- Use of event properties and liquid customization within a message allows for complex criteria triggers for message sends.

Good for multichannel engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of making new campaigns and how easy it is to target specific users based on the tracked attributes and events
What do you dislike about the product?
the platform can be unstable at time. Reporting leaves much to be desired in terms of customability. It can be difficult to look up users without already having their data

braze allows my team to target users based on our KPIs and other goals. It also makes it really easy to track campaigns and how well they perform
The most powerful email/lifecycle platform I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Braze can do an amazing amount of things! The automation and data-driven options are unparalleled and very customizable. This is not your average ESP/CRM, it will manage your app communications including push, in-app, content cards, SMS, and email.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve to get the most out of all the powerful options. It does take some time and practice, but well worth the time investment. Cost is high, but that is expected when choosing something as powerful and used by large enterprises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmenting our users and allowing us to deliver messages to the right people at the right time. Plus keeping our existing users informed and engaged in our platform.
Powerful marketing communications tool but reporting and analysis isn't the best
What do you like best about the product?
Braze recently improved their messaging design options by added a drag-and-drop system. Great audience filtering options. I also love their Inbox Vison tool so that you can check what certain messages will look like on various devices and channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs custom integrations, reporting is lacking on email performance, interface isn't the most intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing, in-app messaging, push notifications, and SMS (via Twillio webhook)web hook.

Powerful multi-channel engagement platform
What do you like best about the product?
Braze's platform allows me to be extremely efficient. I go to one place to do most of my work during the day. I can manage user journeys, create campaigns across various channels, and have advanced targeting and personalization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze's reporting capabilities are lacking. I have to rely on manual reporting to understand the incremental impact of each campaign. Braze has built tools to help you examine high-level engagement reporting, but there's no holistic way to understand the cumulative effect of my lifecycle programming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has allowed me to build a lifecycle engine that supports every stage of the user journey, all in one convenient platform. My campaigns have a clear impact on business performance, driving both revenue and weekly engagement.
Overall Good Experience
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and able to easily grasp the platform as someone who came in with 0 CRM experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is sometimes hard to reach and support is unable to answer a question head on.

Braze has worked with us and allowed us to grow our base of users and filter out good and bad emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze makes it easy to create a canvas (multi-step user journey) that allows us to connect with our customers in different ways, at different times -- based on actions, timing, or other factors. We can add steps for emails, push notifications, SMS texts, content cards, in-app messaging, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze's revenue reporting takes some getting used to, as the at-a-glance numbers show the revenue of everyone in a particular campaign/canvas -- but not necessarily those who spent money as a result of the steps of your campaign/canvas. However, you can see that breakdown in smaller text at each step level.

Braze helps us engage with our customers in different ways and track the results, so we know what's working and what isn't.
Fantastic product allowing for complex multi-channel marketing strategies

Easy to use/navigate whether you're creating a simple campaign or a canvas tailored to users' actions/behaviors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service can be hit or miss. Customer success managers should try to diagnose/ understand a problem more before jumping to sending a link to the documentation.
