User-friendly and modern
What do you like best about the product?
I like how updated and modern the user-interface appears to be. It's easy to toggle or search and find what you're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AB testing functionality seems limited in Campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is solving how much overlap we have between marketing and editorial email lists and sends.
Straight forward communication tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its quite straight forward to build a basic communication campaign. There is a ton of depth should you want to get deeper. The company also seems easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Going deeper into Braze is quite confusing. A lot depends on how it was implemented in your org and the other half is that there just that you need to really start diving deep by yourself. It can feel overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to send out communications and its doing just that.
Great functionality, not the easiest interface
What do you like best about the product?
Reliability of functions, details you can use, testing works amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting -> interface could be more user-friendly, simplicity -> even small campaigns require a lot of steps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically responsible for all our CRM efforts -> helps us engaging and improving our CVR
Easy to use tech with substantial impact to consumers
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily direct consumers to exactly where I want them to go in app/web. I also find the segmenting to be very straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more in-depth reports to pull or the ability to create a user journey (this may exist but we don't use it if it does) to follow consumers after receiving our comms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
optimizing our messaging and reach to customers to help us learn more about what they like/dislike.

The team are super helpful, the platform is easy to use, I appreciate how consistent the software is and how responsive the team are.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues to iron out with reporting and this has been suggested to the team but must be in the pipeline.

Braze is solving our push notification and email issues out which is benefitting us in terms of engagement and revenue
Braze CRM Platform Review
What do you like best about the product?
Braze does a great job of making the execution of all CRM outreach very simple with a great UX. Whether its a simple one-off campaign or a complicated multi-step, multi-channel user journey - building out the segment and the canvas logic is simple and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting the performance data can be a difficult process. Often the needs of how the data needs to be analyzed or even found can be cumbersome to do in Braze and often requires data to be manually pulled from the campaign level and plotted into spreadsheets to be truly useable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows my team to build and deploy marketing campaigns via traditional CRM/Lifecycle channels while also allowing us to help drive better-retargeting performance advertising by using our first-party data to personalize paid media based on where people are in the customer lifecycle in real-time.
It's a pretty good platform, I highly recommend to level up your business!

I like the feature used to create flows of communication on several channels! It helps me alot to reach out our customers smoothly!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no autosave, I always have to make sure to save my work as a draft, or I risk losing the changes I make to the flow!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a campaign orchestration, it helps me a lot in my daily work! It's powerful and easy to use, and it is built intuitively, it allows us to communicate with our customers through multi-channel.
Has a lot of different functionalities which become easy to navigate after a bit of learning
What do you like best about the product?
Canvas Flow - it gives you a great overview of the customer journey and makes it easy to map out and test different strategies. It's UI is very intuitive compared to others that I have tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have one personal dislike, and that is that on some pages it can be a bit buggy. For example, the page can get stuck on email templates making you unable to scroll up and down. Also the full page will refresh when coming out of campaigns which can be annoying when you're working with multiple campaigns in a session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to message our customers automatically based on their needs, without the need for manual sending. It gives us a great insight into what messaging is working, and what needs tweaking.

The learning curve for the onboarding was pretty steep compared to other similar platforms,.

Braze allows me to easily reach a target audience. I can also automate a number of tasks.
