What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is fantastic – really responsive and knowledgeable team. The features are great and the UI is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Link tracking on every single link by default would be handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us send personalised emails at scale – meaning we can effectively communicate with our user base.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the intelligent timing aspect of Braze. That's very helpful and important to ensure we reach all of our customers at the best time for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to update the segments each month manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It not only sends out our emails but also collects important information for us. It also lets us know how effective we are and what we can improve.

Powerful and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Braze makes creating emails/app push notifications and sending them out easy and straigtforward. You can design your email using drag and drop without much background knowledge of html coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's a delay in the image-uploading process when creating an email. You also need to hit "insert" after uploading the image, which I forgot a couple of times as I assumed uploading means replacing/adding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps me create emails and push notifications with ease. The UI is simple and user-friendly; you immediately see what you put in. It saves me time learning HTML coding and I don't need to worry about messing up with the codes.

Reporting could use some improvement, being able to see more campaigns at a time and look back longer period. Also interface

Great product, but not always straight forward.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has a great UI and is definitely user friendly. When it comes to setting up canvas's and campaigns it's really great! They also have a great help center.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can think of a few small things that make using Braze a bit challenging. Staging and Production don't sync, so if you test in staging, you have to recreate everything all over again in prod. It would be great if there was a copy-over button. Also, when it comes to attaching templates to campaigns, they are entirely separate. If you update a template, you have to go and reattach it to the campaign; it would be nice if when a template was updated, the campaign was automatically updated as well. In addition, I wish there was a feature that would auto-save all your template, campaign, canvas and segment work every minute or 30 seconds. If you forget to hit save, you will lose all your work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze simplifies the user journey with their canvas flow feature. It's so easy to use and includes so many options on how to actually use it. It's a great feature!

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is great at giving you a holistic view of all your marketing communications - including email, push, app messages, etc. They are also proactive about product feedback and are continuously iterating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze's unique identifier is device ID which makes it super difficult for developers and marketers alike – user imports are way harder than they should be. Their segmentation filters and reporting tools are also not the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows us to market to our customers via multiple channels and increase engagement and conversions. We are able to test, learn and improve our marketing strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is an excellent tool for creating multi-channel user journeys for any stage in the user lifecycle. Additionally it's user friendly, has excellent documentation and isn't difficult to learn like other CRM software. Braze is something my team uses daily
What do you dislike about the product?
Segmentation in Braze is not as powerful as I'd like. This means you need to bring in additional toolings like segment or amplitude.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us to solve retention and activation problems - this benefits our team because the better our comms are the more engaged our users and the more they want come back.

Allrounder - Tool for Email- & Automation Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is very easy to use and navigate, with a decent amount of tools you can easily integrate. This makes Braze a reliable tool. You can also be actively involved in the improvement of the tool, which is very nice. So it's a great tool all around. So if you are looking for a solution for your product/marketing team to design customer communication efficiently and well, I recommend Braze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many improvements, so I would ask to give Braze a 10, just some small suggestions.
For example, I'm used to tools auto-saving campaigns/canvases/any changes, but Braze does not do that. That sometimes causes extra work since the changes are gone, when you forget to save your changes. What also plays into that is that Braze logs you out after some hours and if you forget to save anything, it's gone.
Another point is that when you launched a campaign, you can't change everything (even when the campaign/canvas was not sent out yet).
Also worth mentioning is that Braze is quite expensive and hardly affordable for smaller startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know if they are working on the things I would like to have changed, but I put in some requests and waiting for them to implement them. Good that they always come up to you when they released a new tool.
