What do you like best about the product?
Braze has incredible support and is helpful with troubleshooting and problem-solving. The platform allows marketers to bring about any campaign to life - great innovation, integrations and possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to using the platform. However, the Braze support team helps guide you in the right direction. Additionally, you are limited to 50 campaigns to compare against.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze contributes to personalization, guest retention and acquisition in our mobile app. The platform has allowed us to launch targeted and partner campaigns to drive check average, returning purchasers and brand love.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a very easy and intuitive UI and realtime synchronizing data system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting system has quite limited features yet, I still can get what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps CRM manager to operate various CRM campaigns even when the manager has limited resources (designs, developing and so on).

Braze has done its best job to make building automated flows easy and approachable.

The setup process is lengthy and complicated. No native integration with Salesforce.

Liquid code with more personalization
It is easy to use and very clear. It has enabled me to easily communicate with customers

The testing function. I can send the intended communication to my team and keep them in the loop. The canvas feature is also another favorite feature.

Errors are sometimes easy to miss when creating a launch and may take time to fix

Braze is solving reach. I was trying to solve issues of getting across users with appropriate communications. Braze has helped me to increase my customer engagement and sales.
Braze makes marketing easy
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is very user-friendly and doesn't require advanced technical know-how to get things done. Also, their support team is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Braze's segment creation tool can be a little more robust. You can create a simple segment, but it's inflexible when you want to get a little more sophisticated with the different filters and conditions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze makes creating and sending emails, in-app messages, and push notifications easy. Some other CRM platforms overcomplicate the UI and UX, but Braze keeps it simple. No overthinking or doubting is required.

Customer support is awesome. The ease of campaign and canvas tabs make creating content simple and I'm learning more through Braze's features everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the site (or app) does crash pretty frequently.

Braze helps us solve the issue of determining who to send communication to, when, and WHY. Thus helps our re-engagement strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of features is incredible. Whatever you want to be able to do Braze can do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email tools are a little limited. They're perfect for simple marketing emails but limited if you're trying to do more.

Braze helps us simplify the process of engaging with our users across multiple channels in an automated but personalized way
Braze should be a need, not a want at companies that want to successfully market to their consumers
What do you like best about the product?
Braze allows our team to operate smoothly by automating push notifications, in-app messages, and emails. My favorite thing we have set up so far is our abandoned cart push notifications that include which merchant they started a checkout at!
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer to use campaigns than canvass sometimes because I think the data tracks better, and its easier to send to different test groups but it is time-consuming when you have to create new campaigns for iOS vs Android, it would be easy we could just duplicate the campaign and then switch the platform to the other

Braze allows us to seamlessly test different messages, designs, and price points. Since our Marketing team employee count was halved we have been even more productive in putting out content because of all the things we can do with Braze.

- Customization of in-app messaging is lacking, need to imrpove
- You cannot push campaigns from staging to production env, that is worying

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping me create a strong email marketing program, and automating the campaigns. I can achieve more with a lean team, and this impacts my doenstream metrics of MAU, activation, monetization, etc.
