Excellent, easy to use, very powerful
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the email builder, along with the power of automation and reusable blocks for content. Also, swift and frequent updates to the Braze system itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always obvious where to find certain settings - particularly finding reusable code blocks. Also there wasn't a preview for Dark mode in Gmail when I last tried it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excellent and fully customisable emails serving our customers. It helps us build great looking emails that reach the right customers.
Strong and reliable tool
What do you like best about the product?
Braze has become seamless to use, improved significantly since then. I don't use it too regularly these days but colleagues that use it frequently have reported smooth operations within the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Braze should make the most of AI usability.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the ui and ease of use allows us to stay productive while building out our email and push/in-app campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The segment logic and occasionally be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Braze for email, in-app and push campaigns. It allows us to have one software platform to execute all these messages.

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to nearly any other platform, Braze behaves like a spaceship in a world of cars and bikes. Extremely fast and very slick design/UI choices. Tools are extremely nimble and easy-to-learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze does require a lot of trust and buy-in to use effectively. Folks more comfortable with the concept of databases and lists might end up frustrated with the Braze's segments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is powered by real-time data and has many valuable integrations that make understanding complex customers incredibly easy. From that point, it's extremely simple to message them easily and with the most relevant content.
Very useful and friendly UI, and the Support team is timely and detailed.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to review analytics within the platform itself, the ability to QA by user search, and ability to test using API sends. All of this makes for a friendly implementation + testing experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to better understand where testing is failing. I would also like to know where live / active Brazes fail, since it's hard to QA when live. I wish we could follow one member through a Canvas flow in an easier view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exit canvas criteria. I think this improvement will help benefit me, as i often create hacky solutions to have members exit by using Audience Paths --> accept then everyone else as exit.
Great software to set up marketing campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
tool access, features, copy + edit feature to build off old campaigns and create new ones

learning curve needs more developed guidance for team specific work - training from internal teams

Canvas flow is the single greatest feature I have under my belt as a Digital Marketing Specialist thanks to Braze

There's a bit of a learning curve but Braze has the necessary documentation and support to make sure I succeed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freeing up my time by making sure all user journey flow is automated. Lets me focus on the bigger picture.
I would highly recommend it to any CRM person since it has an advanced campaign & analytics panel.
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful are the campaign and canvas setup screens where users can easily create and revise campaigns and test them on their app environment to update. When compared with competitors the screens are more user friendly and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, campaign and canvas analytics is not available but it is one of the most crucial things for us. It could be better to create an overall analytics page where we can see the big picture for selected metrics for the selected period with channel filtering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us to set up transactional and marketing campaigns that drive incremental orders and users. Thanks to Braze, we are more productive, and CRM initiatives drive more revenue.
Braze is the right tool for consumer based apps with direct to consumer reach and data support.
