Braze is a very intuitive and visual tool that empowers CRM in its very unique way.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy is to use the tool and build personalized communication Journeys. It has a very user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The conversions are attributed to all the journeys that user has received in a specific period of time. I want to measure the impact of my campaign/canvas and it's often challenging considering that the treatment group might be recieving other communications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with repeat purchase teams and braze allows me to personalize very interesting journeys at simultaneously identify what kind of purchase the made (in-app, in-store, web, etc).
An easy to use and very effective CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
Braze's UX makes the daily life of a CRM manager easy. Dashboards and quick reports save us a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze has been improving with every feature, however, its survey in-app could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick retention reporting, the visualization is easy and give me a good overview for quick decision making.
Overall the best experience I've had with a CRM system
What do you like best about the product?
From their approach to mobile integration with SDK/API to their state-of-the-art Canvas Flow, Braze is the best-in-class one-stop shop for your customer engagement needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
They were a little behind with drag-and-drop HTML editors but look to have caught up. Dislike how SMS opt-outs can't be viewed in reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a one-stop shop to communicate to customers through multiple touchpoints like Email, SMS, Push and many more.
Great Experience for Engaging Users
What do you like best about the product?
Braze provides a vast depth of options to engage your audience, and they're constantly expanding. The documentation provided is thorough and valuable. All interactions with the support team have been excellent, and Braze delivers a clean platform for engineers and marketers to engage users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is almost entirely dependent on its dashboard. This can cause minor frustrations when you want to be able to export error logs but have to sift through a page instead of a cURL response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is solving the problem of engaging users across multiple platforms. This is a benefit because my users are spread across three apps, a website, and the entire globe, and I can easily target and understand users for engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface of the canvas flow and the personlaization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization of the dashboard for analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped in reaching the right users at right-time through multi-channels and increased conversions.
Functional and easy
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to craft journeys easily is very helpful. Also, the support team is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some technical limitations at times, but the Braze team is always willing to hear them out and explore solutions.

Braze empowers the marketer without needing vast technical or development knowledge.
Braze is the most complete platform for CRM Specialists focusing on mobile campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I like the freedom Braze gives us for creating campaigns and experimenting. Experiment paths and other features are super helpful when testing new initiatives, and we test them constantly. I also greatly appreciate the constant support we get from Braze team, as they're super fast when raising a ticket or any problem
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes takes a bit of time to save or upgrade canvases leading to errors. It's a bit frustrating when this occurs because we sometimes have to re-do all the work because it didn't save properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has implemented a new view of the canvases (Canvas flow), which is more intuitive and easy to complete. Braze has also added a simplified canvas view allowing marketeers to show different departments what our campaigns or canvases look like without having to generate a separate draft. This was super useful for the team
Easy to use and comprehensive CRM platform

Easy to use, good documentation, able to integrate with 3rd parties with ease
What do you dislike about the product?
Error codes can be unhelpful, the move towards simplified canvas flow is removing some key features

Multi-channel communication. Advanced personalisation. Able to send automated newsletters with near-real time updated content
Great B2C CRM, could improve in some areas
What do you like best about the product?
Braze makes it very accessible to build automations and send omnichannel campaigns even to not really technical CRM specialists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support has been improving but is still lacking sometimes.

Braze is best at creating and orchestrating multi-channel automations and campaigns in an easy way and perfectly integrated to our data stack.
Lots of features, overly simplified
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy for basic use cases, there are a lot of efforts to streamline the use of the systems tools in accordance with best practices; it also benefits from a great community and a lot of useful content and updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of basic functionality, you often end up clicking around a lot in order to do something such as a more complex audience filter/segment, you can't do things like duplicate very easily. There is in general a lot of clunky UI which other software such as Bloomreach (Exponea) has simply refined to a much higher standard. You do need a good understanding of liquid to do a lot of things which could have simply been made available as clickable options.

It's an accessible and adaptable tool for engaging with people and can be set up to be extremely responsive and targeted for lots of complex multi channel marketing campaigns.
