Pricing needs to be updated, it’s too pricey for many, hence they drop after a few years

Best CRM Tool in the Market

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is best tool in the market for segmenting and conducting many experiments. With Braze, you can create easy automations and campaigns. Braze is fairly easy to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Braze you can't really customize your own setting. For example, the limit of sending the messages is by n*2 increments 50, 100, 200.... As a startup, we must be careful of the messages sent because of server overload. I wish we can customize the messages sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brazing is helping issues like finding the PMF, a/b testing, hypothesis testing, automations and solving localization issues. Braze is benefiting me and many others by creating jobs and expedited many process and helped us save over $125,000 annually.

What do you like best about the product?
- All channels mobile & desktop gathered on the same platform (emaill, push notification, in-app message, content cards, SMS, webhook)
- Handy and easy to use for agile companies
- Mobile first approach
- Lots of personalization possible (liquid content, events, custom attributes)
What do you dislike about the product?
- Not possible to duplicate a canvas from an app group to another
- Expensive subscription, specifically when you consume lots of data points
- Not so precise analysis possible VS a dedicated business intelligence tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Gaining time to build and launch CRM campaigns on multichannels
- Personalize content depending on the customer journey and segmentation
- Sending automated communications and ad-hoc campaigns

Lack of asset management and messiness of priority setting for in-apps.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze utilizes customer interactions as data that can fuel campaigns and marketing moments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze hasn't always been intuitive, but with every update, it is becoming more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is turning our massive database into a usable marketing machine. I especially love the ability to personalize and target based on custom events and custom attributes.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is flexible and allows us to target users, follow up easily, and reach folks across various channels. It also has pretty good integration support - at least for the things we need it to integrate with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is brutal - pretty much non-existent for what really matters. Can get around it by using another tool, just don't expect it here. I'd also like more ability to do thing with ad-hoc lists/targeting (have to have broader groups set-up - harder to target micro, one-off groups)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation; ability to send notifications and emails. It also allows us to incorporate lead scoring for different user journeys.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Braze allows me to set limits across all campaigns. This allows me to make sure members are not receiving too many communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could update the conversion events after launch! Also it would be great to be able to add in steps to canvases after launch as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows me to control the messaging across all channels and ensure the message is consistent. I also can build complex flows that enable us to send communications at various member touchpoints.

What do you like best about the product?
From my experience, the accessibility and helpfulness of Braze's customer support truly stand out as its best feature, especially when compared to competitors like Iterable and Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI and UX feel somewhat cluttered and are not as intuitive as what I’ve experienced with Iterable and Hubspot. When searching for campaigns, it’s hard to quickly identify which ones are actually completed. The terms 'stopped' and 'archived' imply that a user intentionally ended or archived a campaign, which isn’t always the case. For instance, one-time sends from months ago still appear under 'All Active,' even though I would consider them completed and no longer active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze enables us to create multi-channel journeys for our marketing efforts, helping us identify and utilize the most effective channels for each customer.

Highly-customizable platform with tons of features

What do you like best about the product?
Braze makes it very easy to both set up recurring workflows (canvases) and have one-off campaigns. We were able to customize our instance to fit our specific needs and pull in our own data to segment and customize with.

User-friendly platform. It takes a little bit to learn, but once you get it down you can spin up campaigns in minutes and customize it as much as you want. You may need a developer on hand if you have any complicated email formats, but once you have the template you can clone and edit it very easily.

Our CSM is also very good. He is always willing to jump on calls to talk through strategy and best practices, as well as keeping us up to date on the latest features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great tool, but the reporting is a bit lacking. Not a big deal for us since we report out of GA using UTMs, but would be nice to have something within the platform. Also, searching for previous campaigns can be a bit of a pain if you don't know that you can use search operators like you can in Google. I found this out and made it much easier to find the campaigns I was looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to onboard our new users through email and push as well as cross/up-sell them. It makes the customer journey much cleaner than what we had previously and we are able to monetize our users much quicker and efficiently. By being able to customize the canvases and run A/B tests, we've been able to easily identify winning variants to use as our defaults and keep improving our conversion rates.

Before, we weren't doing any push notifications, but now we are able to customize them based on user's actions and custom properties, making them be v ery relevant to the recipient.

What do you like best about the product?
We're able to send push, in-app message, email well. The learning curve is reasonably friendly — people can pick up the gist of it within a few days. It's well-integrated to other softwares as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
it has minimal analytical capabilities, in thus requires supplemental resourcing to drive business decisions. Good execution tool, a bit wanting as an analytics or reporting tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us execute on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) needs. We want to reach our users via various channels, at specific points in their journey. Braze allows us to do that.
