The Braze marketing automation system offers a great support system and a wide range of options
What do you like best about the product?
Creating assets and user flows (canvases) is pretty straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some drill-down data is harder to export and analyze, so an analyst is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Braze platform provides multiple channels for sending segmented audiences personal messages, including integration with the product and social media.
Really strong ESP
What do you like best about the product?
Really helpful account managers and are good at getting you added to early access for features you want regardless of the size of your business. Easy to use and good data model
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have better inductions when starting with a new channel as sometimes you have to work this out for yourself, but account manager usually can help its just that this can be different for every business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to send multichannel campaigns is much easier in Braze than any previous ESP I have used, journeys are very easy to create and flexible with what you can do with it

What do you like best about the product?
We love how quickly we can track conversion rates and total revenue from a campaign and the journeys we can promptly build off of customer purchase behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't experienced any downsides yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us target our messaging, so we don't over-communicate with our guests.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Braze is how versatile and robust the software is; it can provide high levels of detail for all campaigns running out of the program. i also appreciate how its customizable and can be helpful for both in-office communications and customer facing onces.
What do you dislike about the product?
What i dislike about Braze is that occasionally it will be confusing to attempt to do something. i also don't like how you cant delete users all you can do is change email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that braze is solving in my opinion, are those that revolve around collecting data from the consumer to determine what types of campaigns work the best, weather it be email, sms, etc.
It's been an overall great experience to work with Braze in the last 6 month.
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using Braze is the professional Braze-team (Onboarding and success manager) who has helped us from day 1. It's a great user interface and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to get more insights into performance on an overall level. Looking into a bigger group of mulitple canvas and ad-hoc campaigns, that we send to e.g. trial users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Journey building where we mix channels (Newsletter, push and in-app), performance overview and it's easy to scale to new markets, because we can just 'add' a new market to our existing set-up without having to stop them and loose historic data.
A comprehensive and customer centric tool
What do you like best about the product?
What is clear to me is that braze provides a comprehensive marketing product that allows companies to contact the correct users, at the correct time in their journey, using the most appropriate channel. i love the canvas journey builder - it simplifies creating complicated campaigns, and houses them all in one place where you can easiily see the journey of a particular customer segment vs another.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately i have not had the pleasure of using braze yet but at the Forge 22 conference it was amazing to see how other businesses used it, and how we might be able to use it through the helpful demos. Not being a super user means that i cannot comment on what i dislike...i only dislike that we havent onboarded it as a tool yet!

Best user engagement tool to boost mobile retention
What do you like best about the product?
Braze has a super user friendly interface for any users to both set up, maintain and see the analytics of the campaigns so it's easier to optimize and test out new ideals easily
The canvas made complex set up of event trigger funnels intuitive and easy to understand and it is also easy to connect the tool with other tech stacks as its robust support and API functionalities
The user data is handled with care and it is really simple to use to set up user cohort or use for other targeting also
Highly recommended if you want to engage customer better as it works and is easy to use

What do you dislike about the product?
We do also have web product also so would be good to have those cross platform engagement functionalities, it is a tricky challenge as it has different identifiers and different ways to engage customers, so want to make sure it will be working as expected to further boost retention across platforms

It help us with both in app messaging, push notification and working on using it's email and messaging capabilities also

Great place for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty user friendly.
Campaign creation with A/B testing, and Canvases. Canvases have been extremely helpful. I use them for onboarding journeys, multi-language notifications, and re-engagement campaigns. Once an ongoing/daily canvas flow is up and running, not only does it allow me time to ‘step away’ and check in, but I already have a template in place for duplication and future canvas creation.

- There are some targeting limitations that I'd love to see expanded (things with dates rangest etc)
- Would also love more even insights - It still is better for me to export the data into excel and use pivot tables

Reaching our users in new ways while we test out new potential recurring messages.
The webinars are very clear and the tutorial learning path are very intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the possibilities it has to offer in terms of customer experience and in terms of automatisation of the process. Canva Flows is incredible and very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like Braze could improve the production of performance reports and data analysis. Sometimes I try to go get some data and I want to have specific reports and I can't find them easily.

It can gather a lot of information about my users in the same place and it is able to create great patterns to make sure that I reach the best audiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is an incredibly effective tool for sharing all of our cross-channel messaging and impactfully segmenting these users. With Braze, we have utilized the tools they provide to create an ideal messaging cadence for our customers, depending upon their specific actions. I love how Braze is constantly iterating and launching an abundance of tools/new features to make the product even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very minimal things I dislike about Braze - and for someone who has worked with many ESPs in my career, that's saying something. I find the Braze analytics to be a bit off, so it's hard to trust the results within the platform for engagement metrics. While this is something there are clearly workarounds for, it would be nice to have the data accuracy within the Braze dashboards. Finally, I enjoyed the V1 version of their Canvas Creation tool and am sad it is being deprecated. I completely understand why, but I'm excited to implement V2 fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned above, we have used Braze to change our messaging frequency schedule completely. We also utilize the tool, which allows us to A/B test messaging frequency and copy, then send the remainder of our users the test winner. Braze can handle most of the complex tests and experimentation ideas we develop in-house.
