All-In-One Platform For Customer Retention
What do you like best about the product?
The Braze platform provides a user-friendly UI to automate, personalize and send content to customers. Braze offers various channels to reach customers, including SMS, email, webhook, and in-app messages. In addition to the channel assortment, Braze's liquid personalization, journey builder and drag and drop template features make it an all-in-one platform for customer retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no significant dislikes around the Braze platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze solves many engagement and customer retention problems, including data collection/unification, marketing automation, marketing personalization, customer journeys, and retention lifecycle.
Customer Support is always so helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
The documentation around Braze is very thorough and informative. Whenever there is some piece of the Currents data tables that doesn't make sense to me, I know the Braze reps are there to support any of my questions! Every Braze rep that I've spoken with has always been so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm fairly new to marketing, and sometimes the marketing data is confusing to me. I'd love to have a simplified overview of any updates to the marketing sphere (i.e. ios updates that will affect our Braze data).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to solve problems such as "was this email successful in converting users" or "...in encouraging users to partake in a specific action on our app". The benefits of having email, push, iam, and content card data in one place is huge.
Easy UX and Great Cross Channel Automation Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a flexible omnichannel marketing automation platform with a very easy and intuitive UX. The platform helps create behavioral 1:1 programs and also 1:many ones based on ad-hoc insights requests too. Overall, it's a customer journey martech product tool that is very customer-oriented.
It's also straightforward to integrate with other marketing tools for retargeting strategy.

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform should optimize its demand generation usage when applied to b2b context. Like expanding into lead management, nurturing, and scoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows structuring robust and consistent customers journeys within multiple sessions and environments that go behind standard crm channels.

I like the different tools of Braze for developers and the integration with other apps; it is easy; it also helps to build customer loyalty, which gives it a unique touch so that we can integrate personalized messages to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have dislike Braze is very good..Suddenly we cannot do analytics with the data already uploaded, you must integrate it with other applications, but it is good

It is a tool that helps a lot. I am impressed because you can build customer loyalty.
Braze is an amazing tool with great capabilities that makes multichannel marketing easier.
What do you like best about the product?
All the features and steps to create a campaign or canvas are pretty intuitive, making it easy. It is relatively easy to develop and edit creativities for communications and new segmentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe braze is like the brain, we only unleash 10% of its power, there should be more material and videos to learn about the tool´s capabilities. You need to constantly check if your events and attributes work as the tool is unaware if they are working correctly. And finally (I don't know if it´s the fault of the tool itself), but sometimes during the day, it is impossible to work with it as nothing loads. It is straightforward to duplicate canvases and create new ones, but you cannot delete them, only archive them, making them endless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe it is the best tool for a CRM to place its budget efficiently to a particular target group thanks to the info the tool gathers and its segmentation capabilities. In addition, the communication channels are great and easy to use.

The tool is excellent!
Complex omni channel CRM campaigns with little to no technical experience required
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of sending a trigger based communication with a simple user firendly interface. I can trigger a camapign when a user performs an action without having to get a developer or a speciailist involved. I can also integrated external APIs via connected content without any special talent or resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations of accessing external data and storing it in Braze. E.g. persistent event properities. Another dislike is that it is a web-based tool. Long loading times on VPN and processing requirement for Chrome to run the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest problem is having an omni channel experience (in-app, SMS, push, email) all in one journey. Benefits realized is the ability to track user experience and leverage tags to ensure that users are to receive the intended experiences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a learning curve, but the community is very knowledgeable and has readily available solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has an excellent user interface, making building out email series and campaigns extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Braze is they don't have a chat support feature. They are, however, extremely responsive and helpful via email.

We've built a multi-channel engagement strategy that helps us reach users at every step of the funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Braze is and the training resources they offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only been using Braze for 1 month, so I have yet to come up with anything I dislike about Braze. If I had to pick one thing, it would be that there are not many attractive email templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of having emails automated through Braze is wonderful for our company's reoccurring campaigns. Braze makes my email sends easy and effortless as I am able to upload my content, test and send within 20 minutes!

Braze Review and performance for a Retailer
What do you like best about the product?
We like its capabilities to automate and personalize marketing campaigns and then be able to analyze the results on amplitude to iterate and improve our metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze should improve its reporting and enhance its ability to capture events for more than 60 days. They just released the cohort feature that allows us to create ten cohorts with at least a year of data but for us it still limits us with what we want to be able to achieve. That is one of the reassons we integrated amplitude because they don´t have this limits so we create cohorts in amplitude and import them to braze so we can then contact those cohorts with marketing automation in out different channels (sms,email, push and app/web)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now are able to launch multiple personalized campaigns with a small marketing team.

Braze is a fantastic marketing automation tool. If you want to personalize the customer experience and you are a retailer that has many skus , you should consider having amplitude for insights and reporting and also search for a recommendation engine to personalize all of your campaigns.
Good, needs work
What do you like best about the product?
Seems exhaustive and comprehensive, for the industry pros.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an email developer, I could use a better image library interface. The current Wordpress-style content library is too rudimentary, it needs better file management/sorting/arrange/delete/update interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just moving along the production queue.
