Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to work with. It is very user-friendly and always makes CRM fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I cannot enlarge my segments due to insufficient duration for keeping customer behaviors as data, would be great to be fixed in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to reach my customer effectively via various channels.
Game-changer for boosting engagement & retention
What do you like best about the product?
Braze has been a game-changer for helping us boost app usage and overall engagement.
Some of my favorite things about the Braze platform include:
- The team. From sales to onboarding and ongoing support - all of the teams I've dealt with at Braze have been truly professional and top-notch. Some of the best in the industry!
- Canvas. It's straightforward to set up full multichannel campaigns - in-app, push, and email - with different variations, flows.
- Drag & drop email editor - this is a recent improvement that my team and I have enjoyed.
- Easy of campaign set up - Like Canvas, it's easy to set up campaigns and measure/evaluate their performance.
Some of my favorite things about the Braze platform include:

What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things to dislike about the platform. There are some quirks - such as not duplicating templates across different environments and previewing custom HTML in-app messages. Overall though, these are minor annoyances that don't impact my experience with Braze day to day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem that Braze has helped my team solve is user retention and production. Before implementing Braze, while we had a solid registration rate, app usage beyond that was challenging. The Braze SDK has changed this for us! We've seen usage increase exponentially, and we're now exceeding our KPIs by a long shot compared to a couple of years ago.

Having issues with rate limits currently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working on ways to improve engagement after we have heavily scaled up our send volume. Benefits: Braze passes back actionable engagement data.
Excellent support, timely replies, nicely thought through software
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy dealing with the support team. they are polite, knowledgeable and get back to be quickly, even for issues with low priority. I also like working with Braze, it makes the CRM creation process fun and engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some product features are missing - such as local currencies in revenue reports. I also would like the campaign report a bit more customisable - campaign reports are good, however aggregating reports across campaigns need to be exported via a flat file (perhaps link to a viz tool)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this point, we are building email campaigns and have been using campaigns and canvas. This is fun. To set up a campaign is fast and preview is nicely clear too. We also use campaign reporting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recomment to give it a try. Users will soon realise how engaging it is

What do you dislike about the product?
- The reporting and analytics functionality should be enhanced. It is true that there are other tools (with which Braze is perfectly integrated), but having a more exhaustive panel of information would certainly be a plus.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Braze, we were able to centralize all communications to our users in a single tool, which allows us to manage the various communication channels in a complete and widespread manner and to make decisions on how to improve them. Its user-friendly aspect has also allowed us to reduce the activities where the support of the development team is needed, making our marketing / CRM team more autonomous.
After 3 years of using Braze, I can say that...
What do you like best about the product?
The personalization options with connected content, email HTML as well as the easy data transmission to and from Braze.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you're not able to use all data that is stored in the backend. In the Braze currents, I see data points that are not accessible in Braze's frontend and harmonizing those would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that they do a great job in email deliverability. We have such a high sending rate now compared to before, and with custom reports, it's easy to compare the performance of your campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user friendly, and there are a lot of resources available for people to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features are slower to roll out especially when it is launched for others.

Providing users the right engagement and communication at the right time to keep them engaged with the product.
Wonderful product & amazing support team
What do you like best about the product?
I love the extensive functionality Braze offers for mobile and web users. The ability to in-app, in-browser message has been such a game changer for us for communicating to our end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally would love to be able to make lists (similar to how Hubspot has it) in Braze the equivalent is segments which have been a little frustrating when it comes to reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit started with our Apps. We were able to set up the app with Braze to completely run/nurture on its own. From onboarding emails, empty cart notifications, subscriptions reminders it was all set up to be triggered and send on its own. For our web-based products, we replaced a lot of email with in-app messaging. We knew the users were in the product and were able to get our message front and center.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have Ease of set up as a 4 because in order for Braze to work at its fullest potential you need to set it up properly. THANKFULLY they have an amazing support team and Account reps that will walk you through everything
Great for push alerts
What do you like best about the product?
I like the image library, the reporting functionality, and that you can schedule push alerts to go out in advance, helping with forward planning and seasonal events.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like having to schedule separately for iOS and Android platforms, I wish it was just one push for all device types.
It is hard to archive previous pushes making the interface quite hard to navigate.

We get a lot of user data from Braze compared to our previous system. The testing functionality is also really comprehensive, and it is easy to make edits after seeing the push on screen.

How quickly I am able to create campaigns and keep track of viewers interested in the campaigns. I can also add videos and gifs easily.

I haven't found much if anything to dislike,

Learning to use the braze tools have been very beneficial. This tool has helped me improve my marketing ideas.

Braze is an effective tool to reach all of the consumers possible. I find it easy to use and that is extremely important in my industry.
