Robust Engagement, Tricky Segmentation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Braze is a robust piece of software that enables high-quality engagement and allows us to convert a lot of volume. It's easy to use, fairly straightforward to learn, and offers almost limitless possibilities for learning with it. The initial setup was also fairly straightforward from what I understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like some of the segmentation aspects are tricky, and the backend data is difficult to get to grips with too. It could be laid out more intuitively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for multi-channel winback campaigns. It's robust, enabling high-quality engagement and converting a lot of volume.

I appreciate that Braze is user-friendly and provides better engagement for my campaigns. The initial setup was pretty seamless.

I mentioned that Braze's reporting could be improved. I think the dashboard, in particular, could be more user-friendly.

Resource issue. As the tool is so fast it help up speed up the turnaround.
Empowers Multi-Channel Marketing with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I use Braze to orchestrate multi-channel onboarding and marketing journeys. I like the integrated experience for my team and the ability to control experiments and intelligently optimize without having to do the manual work. I appreciate access to more channels via Braze Alloys. I find it easy to use, and I value the free training and learning resources that help every team get the most out of Braze. Being a customer also allows me to strengthen my individual skills in CRM and marketing in general. We integrate with Snowflake and Looker which works well for us. Additionally, Braze can do far more than simpler tools like Intercom, encompassing functionalities beyond customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's easy for an experienced CRM exec or marketer to use, it can be tricky for junior marketers developing multi-channel canvases. However, I think this is a challenge you see in almost all CRM and marketing software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for an integrated team experience, control over experiments, intelligent optimization without manual work, and access to more channels via Braze Alloys.
Great SDK and Marketing Tools, but Exports and Pricing Need Clarity
What do you like best about the product?
The range of tools i.e the SDK for web as well and sms and email marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current export uses Avro and partitions by export date and not event date. The data points pricing is confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proving segmented customer marketing and the ability to do fast AB testing
Intuitive and Effective, But Needs Better Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like Braze because of how intuitive it is. It's easy to use and offers a lot of learning pathways, making it clear and providing many opportunities to learn. This makes handling customer segmentation and email tasks more manageable.

Modern Design with Seamless Data Syncing
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Braze for its modern design and simplicity. It's efficient for getting new data into Braze, especially with the seamless ability to sync data from Snowflake. This setup helps marketers feel like they're being more innovative simply by using a more modern system. The initial setup of Braze was a breeze, and the data connection was great. Although reformatting the data took some effort, it was definitely worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Number event filters for segmentation could be higher. We use a lot of event-driven campaigns, so having a limit on how many event properties can be used for segmentation is limiting.

Braze allows automated and fluid campaigning, making marketers feel more innovative. It’s efficient for syncing data seamlessly from Snowflake.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Braze is very user-friendly and makes it easy to get creative with segmentation.

There isn’t anything that stands out that I don’t like about it currently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s solving a lot of targeting issues. I work in the revenue CRM team and if we want our audience to convert the segmentation needs to be as relative as possible.
AI-Driven Excellence with Braze
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the AI tools in Braze and how they integrate well into our existing workflows, making it easy to build on what we're already doing. The setup was good, and it effectively does everything our in-house system did, but better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is powerful but it's hard to plan things for our marketing team to utilize because we want to do really complex things. We also need better AI agents and cleaner ways to insert Liquid or connected content calls to eliminate typos or human error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze does everything our system did but better, with AI tools that integrate into our workflows seamlessly.
