Very powerful and user friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface makes building customer journeys more approachable to digital marketers of varying skill levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email builder could use some work, although there is a major feature release coming that should solve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has helped us ditch disparate platforms that were difficult to sync together and roll out a unified multi-channel marketing platform with sales and coupon tracking capability.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a platform that excels at multi-channel customer engagement, is relatively easy to implement and onboarding is solid, then I highly recommend Braze. The platform doesn't try to be everything under the one roof, rather, it does one thing exceptionally well, and that is customer engagement.
Easy to use and dynamic, a software our business can grow together with in a very collaborative way.
What do you like best about the product?
All customer communication channels available to use and the excellent support we have received from all different contact areas we have. There is also easy ways to conduct testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating emails is still very dependent on HTML code to be able to customize the content. I would appreciate a more user-friendly interface. Getting a good overview of ongoing activities is difficult to get in the Braze dashboard, needs to be aggregated and visualized by ourselves using data from Braze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Braze, we can deliver much more relevant customer communication thanks to available communication channels, a possible multi-channel approach, different options for setting the timing of sending the communication, personalized content, and action-triggered communication.
I found Braze easy to learn and advance but a bit challenging to master.
What do you like best about the product?
Braze LAB, without a doubt. This is something I have enjoyed and it helped me learn the product and improve my Marketing Ops skills. And the best part, it's not only for beginners and super helpful just to go back and refresh your knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really think that the Canvas building process can be simpler or better visualized. I don't have a direct recommendation on how to do this, but sometimes when building a complex user journey, it can get confusing for both the builders and those looking at the finished product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically, we are reaching out to every registered customer through Braze and it has helped us by allowing us to use braze on 3 different channels: Email, Push, and InApp. It's super useful to be able to use one tool for all relevant channels and to be able to create multi-channel content.
Braze, next level CRM tool for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Braze gives everyone a chance to create impactful campaigns for the customers. It is very user-friendly, and even if you are a first-time user of a CRM tool, you can make anything from one-shot campaigns to multiple-step canvas in different channels, decision splits, and webhooks.
Braze helps accompany the user through the customer journey. You can set up as many sets of communications as you want for each life cycle stage: Activation (onboarding), Retention (loyalty and frequency), and Reengagement (churn). Plus, it gives marketing teams autonomy to create their segmentation and personalization without depending on other departments.
Moreover, every month Braze launches new features that improve the capability of the tool. From intelligent channels and timings (so you can target the users in their most engaged channel at the right time) to survey in-apps and audience paths (which allows sending each user communications based on their behavior).
It is also worth mentioning that the support team is excellent. Whenever I have a question, an issue, or an idea, the support team responds quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are two downsides to Braze: First, reporting is poor compared to the rest of the capabilities. It is not user-friendly and lacks organization to drive insightful conversations. Second, once the canvas is live, if there is a last-minute change, you might not be able to increase the proportion of the control group or apply some changes on the channel steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has allowed us to build a robust strategy for each one of the stages of the user. So instead of having different communications and no tracking of what the user needs, Braze has helped us have coherence and be more efficient.
Lastly, thanks to Braze we have been able to increase our number of new customers. Nowadays, the penetration of new customers thanks to CRM has reached more than 5% in some markets.

It allowed us to give users a much better experience and increase retention rates.
What do you like best about the product?
Braze allows me to identify where my customers need us to interact with them to give the best experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
segmentation toos might not be very fiendly because braze stores the first and st event a user does. We cannot know the date a of an eent if it is not the first or last the user did
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Braze, I can solve and test some product features using inapps instead of waiting for my tech team to release a new feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate it, Braze is the best tool available. Consider it as an investment.
Game-changer for marketing teams
What do you like best about the product?
Braze allows teams to build deep expertise around one tool and enables marketing teams to own the full end-to-end campaign cycle across all owned channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is an amazing tool if you go "all-in". If you're just using it to build generic, simple, single-channel campaigns, then it's likely not worth the price tag. But, if you're willing to learn how to use the various personalization features and want to truly own a cross-channel strategy, it's well worth the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has allowed our marketing team to build, test, iterate, and scale campaigns autonomously, without requiring ongoing engineering help. Now we're able to launch multi-channel campaigns that are hyper-personalized, measure variant performance, and iterate all within one tool. We're able to ship things faster and create more 1:1 experiences, all while meeting the user where they are.
A very powerful and detailed CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Braze has so many different and unique capabilities. Delivery options, targeting options, and data storage capabilities are robust and don't leave a ton to be desired. It's not often that I tell a coworker, "we can't do that", when we are planning a campaign with Braze. If it's not directly built into the dashboard, there are usually ways to use the data and the capabilities that are there to reach your goal. They are very receptive to product feedback as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside would be there is a large learning curve to get to Braze mastery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows us to send and test messages without the support of engineering or product. While we still need their help to get brand new data into Braze, once we have that data we can operate autonomously, which allows our marketing team to work at a much faster pace.
Braze is a marketers most essential tool for multi-channel marketing & so much more.
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is easy to use and SUPER user-friendly. It's very simple to learn and even with new features coming out every month, their customer success team is right there with you to help you learn in a timely manner. I appreciate the canvas tool to easily create various multi-channel messaging types in one canvas. Braze has so much to offer; we have not even grazed the surface. With monthly check-ins, you are sure to have your questions answered, get a pulse on how you're campaigns are doing compared to industry standards, and even talk about strategy and new ideas. There are often new features dropping to help you (& Braze) stay competitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the support can be too generic. It is important to contact your customer success manager directly if you have a specific issue you need to be solved by a pro, especially for tests or high-impact campaigns. General support cannot always give you the care needed, but escalating to your CSM can help tremendously.
One downfall of Braze, in comparison to Marketo, is they do not offer landing pages. This has been a setback for us.
It is also hard to know when there will be a change within Braze product that will affect your campaigns. Whether it be a release change, feature update, etc. we have faced severe revenue decreases on occasion when issues happen. We never know in advance.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We serve in-product content cards and in-app messages which help guide our users to what's going on in-product and even drive them to make purchases. We also use deep-linking to serve those in-apps to in-product buttons on-click. We use Braze to send push notifications on the web and android because we do not have an iOS app. This is a big lever for us. We recently realized the potential benefit of using Braze for SMS messaging, too! Braze is the only way we send marketing messages to our customers and we are hopeful there is, even more, to do like WhatsApp and FB messaging. Braze is solving a real-time, intentional messaging problem that is cutting-edge and continually improving.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it, you will regret not chosing Braze in the future. U
Easy to use interface for creating complex customer journeys
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is simple to use, with great results. Setting up campaigns and canvases take very little time as most fields are self-explanatory. They are constantly working to improve their services and offer training to help you get started. They have an awesome customer support team that will take the time to explain how to use the great tools they have to create seamless customer experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the business model is built around data usage, it's easy to be left without historical data or simple data you could find in a more traditional ESP/CRM without adding more packages. Sometimes it can be difficult to understand the way the logic works for more in-depth projects, but the more experience you have with it the easier it becomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us to create unique customer journeys based on the actions of our customers. It gives us the opportunity to build these out in much more detail than we were able to before, and monitor our automation or make quick adjustments with much more ease. The more you use the tools it offers, the more imaginative and creative you can be with making sure your customers are being sent the right content at the right time. Even though we currently use it just for email, it also gives us the opportunity to grow across different forms of media and maintain the same seamless customer journey, and exciting prospect for the years to come.
Very easy to use and whenever you're having a problem the Braze team is very helpful and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
The customization, usability, and reporting. After a few uses, Braze becomes very easy to use and navigate. If I ever stop using Braze, Braze will definitely be the standard for customer engagement platforms. Wow, sounds like I'm dating Braze. Anyways, love Braze.
I would like to also mention that the Braze Customer Service team is top-notch. If you have a problem, you're guaranteed to get a fast response back.

What do you dislike about the product?
I really enjoy Braze. No significant dislikes come to mind. All previous dislikes have been addressed by product features and developments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems: Engagement (Email, Push, In-App Messages), Reporting, User Information.
We can use Braze to see info on our users, send unique engagement messages to them, and then see the data through reporting to make better-optimized decisions in the future.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely experiment with all the available features Braze has to offer, don't be afraid to contact support, and use Stripo for email creation.
