What do you like best about the product?
How it is a one stop place for marketers. Innovation and platform development makes one feel motivated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Drag and drop feature- though easy it doesn’t make a creative look great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a great CRM tool- to collect data and segment and personalise our audience.

I wish we could delete segments rather than just archiving. We have an outrageous backlog of segments cluttering our list that are unused.

1: 1 personalization saves a lot time and ensures we can get the right message to a diverse audience.

Constantly evolving, investing in educating users. Great customer support. Ease of use. Flexibility.

Can be expensive. There is a bit of a learning curve at first, but documentation and courses are helpful.

The ease of use, the UX makes so much sense

Nothing. It's truly my favorite ESP and our reps are helpful

The reporting could be improved, we have to export a lot of the data to do deeper-level reporting

What do you like best about the product?
I love the visual flow of using the Canvas. There are a lot of features within Canvas that enables me to customize and test so many things in my email automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I can include individual email reports within the canvas when I use the reports builder.

Braze helps me address my needs for recurring communications with our different segments.
Great product for saving dev time

The targeting. I don't have the time to build out the targeting system myself

I wish the APIs could push information instead of us having to poll it all the time

Like a breath of fresh air
What do you like best about the product?
The campaign-building interface is far superior to those I've encountered in other software products. Its straightforward approach to segmentation and testing truly makes it a pleasure to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am only about six months in to my use of Braze, but after this time, I truly haven't found anything yet that I dislike.

Braze took the place of our previous email marketing software, and the onboarding process has been a breeze. Using it has truly been a pleasure.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create a seamless user experience using Braze. Braze allows all channels from email to SMS to connect well together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Braze overall, but I would love to see an even more robust Custom Event Reports, as well as if we can pause certain emails in canvases once launched (a really minor thing though!)

Braze is allowing us to weave together more robust and personalized user experiences through its different channels, liquid logic, connected content and more.
