Innovative and User-Friendly, But Client-Side Heavy
What do you like best about the product?
I use Braze for all the user communications, audiences, and journeys. I find that it does everything we do already but better. I really appreciate the innovations and ease of use that Braze offers. The AI capabilities and user journeys are particularly impressive, as the journeys help us work with specific user cohorts like newly joined or returning members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d say heavy reliance on client side implementation for our use cases

Easy-to-Use, Straightforward Interface for Understanding Braze Data Funnels
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, straight forward interface. Easy to understand technical blockers impacting braze data funnels externally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constant small minor updates which seem to impact all the dashboards. Especially heatmaps.

AI-Driven CRM Excellence with Braze
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the AI feature in Braze as it's easy to problem solve. I use Braze for targeting customers at specific life cycle stages with evergreen content that nurtures and prevents churn. Integrating other things with Braze has been easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Braze had better link management in templates and the option to duplicate a campaign into a template for ease.

Canvas is hard to navigate when there’s complexity. A simpler view would be great

Dynamic CRM Capabilities with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Braze allows me to set up a canvas that stays live and automatically updates the segment or sends based on triggers for campaigns like welcome and birthday. I also appreciate the dynamic content updates in emails, and the ability to input unique UTMs for different segments and update the prize amount. The catalogs, although sometimes slow to update, are useful in these processes. Additionally, the initial setup with Braze was smooth with the help of CACI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Catalog sometimes takes a long time to update (hours).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for CRM, mainly email and push notifications in performance marketing. It helps with effective targeting, re-engagement, and life cycle messaging. I also dynamically update email content and unique UTMs for segments, enhancing our campaign processes.
Easy to Use, with Help Articles That Solve Issues Fast
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very easy to use, self explanatory in most cases. And the help desk articles when you do get stuck almost always unlock me straight away!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think we should be able to see 30 days history of custom attributes and event details on a profile (I know customer.io do this). It would help me understand what historical state profiles have been in previously.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Braze has made sending personalized automated campaigns so much easier than before. The interface is very easy to use, and we can build emails using drag-and-drop features and catalogs, which has been a game changer for us in CRM. Our previous manual process for building emails was taking up to 20 hours a week, but now with catalogs, we can do it in just 2 hours, achieving a 90% reduction in time spent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could be better. I would like to be able to create Power BI style reports for stakeholders. The initial setup had challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze to send personalized automated campaigns easily. The drag and drop interface for building emails with catalogs reduced our email creation time from 20 to 2 hours, which is a game changer for our CRM.

I find Braze really easy to use. Its user-friendly design is definitely a plus for me. I particularly enjoy the drag and drop editor, as it allows me to build emails super fast.

I find the AI in Braze lacking. It needs to be faster and output better solutions. The initial setup of Braze is not simple.

With Braze, I can efficiently manage email, Content Cards, and Push notifications. The drag and drop editor makes it incredibly user-friendly, allowing me to build emails super fast.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has always been on my radar, due to its legendary status among CRM platforms - but it has always seemed out of reach because of the price tag associated with the product. This changed in the last 2 months, when I have done a comparative analysis of more than 10 providers, and found the price to feature ratio to be the most balanced on Braze.

- Dedicated onboarding subsidiary called Massive Rocket, with the singular scope of making the process as smooth as possible
- Feature rich, mobile-first platform, with unparallelled diversity and customisation options in campaign and journey setup

What do you dislike about the product?
As I mentioned before, the pricing had been the main reason why I haven't had the chance of using Braze in my Marketing career so far. While it's definitely competitive when measured against equal calibre products, it can still be a little bit intimidating, especially for companies that are looking to commit to a platform for years to come.

Creating complex automated journeys to cater for multiple lifecycle stages for a highly segmented user base. Introducing possibilities for deep personalisation via liquid tags, creating content blocks to automate the better part of template creation.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Braze for CRM, particularly for omnichannel messaging to customers in our radio and competition businesses. I appreciate how it helps personalize communications to the right people at the right time through the right channel. I like the usability, functionality, and interface of Braze; it's intuitive, easy on the eye, and makes it simple to do complex things. This allows us to contact the right people with the right message at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe canvases in flow numbers reporting. Clearer indications of who is where.

Braze helps personalize communications, reaching the right people at the right time and channel. It has an intuitive interface that's visually pleasing and simplifies complex tasks, enhancing usability and functionality.
