The Best CRM platform for Mobile Applications
What do you like best about the product?
Braze has all the essential resources that Marketing and Product teams need for a quick, easy, and professional user engagement and conversion. Once all the technical setup is done, it becomes an amazing tool for segmentation, automation, and testing. Product Managers and Marketing professionals will be entirely independent of any Data Analysts or Developers for a best in class app communication. Furthermore, it enables powerful and easy tests through InAPPs and Content Cards that will avoid your company losing time coding some features before knowing they will work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I miss is a more complete set of Analytics and Data Visualization features. There are better tools for visualizing user segments, cohorts, and LTVs. However, Braze's product roadmap evolves quickly and I see them aiming at what is more important: features for better campaigns, segmentation, tracking, and automation. Therefore, the best solution is to bring Amplitude and Braze together, both the best Analytics and CRM tools for mobile applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have achieved great lifts on purchases (5%) and app usage (+20%) month after month through journeys (cart abandonment, onboarding, activation, reactivation) and campaigns on Braze.
I recommend Braze because it is practical to handle it, intuitive. I can create a thousand campaigns

the number of campaigns that I can create and the filters that I can apply.
What do you dislike about the product?
The segment numbers are not exact, which sometimes exceeds the number of users impacted. There is also a lot of filters to be developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
when applying the filters I do not need to see the base in another tool.
Braze is one of the most flexible tools for user engagement that I have worked with

Canvas is the most helpful tool for creating a multistep, cohesive user journey

Some of the features on Braze can be further improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up and launching lifecycle campaigns for Free, Free Trial and Gold users, creating retention and resurrection campaigns.

Braze and their onboarding team were extremely hands on throughout the process - providing excellent best practice and guidance for myself and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Times zones that the IN person training was at wasn't convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New CRM partner that we can create customer wrosnalised campaign with. Advanced segmentation and measurement metrics crucial.

How easy it integrates with our current event tracking set up, the flexibility of creating campaigns and measure its performance

The documentation can be a bit overwhelming

We can run all crm tasks from one tool and have it easily synced with the rest of our data warehouse

What do you like best about the product?
The segmentation of the public is straightforward, the creation of campaigns and canvases is very intuitive and the design of reports is handy to make fundamental analyses. Having braze in my company helped me a lot in my day-to-day work routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag and drop HTML creator has to be improved. The report creation for canvases only allows comparing five canvas for a report, which is not much. I would like to have more graphics in the report creation

Segmentation of public, impacting our public with more quality, implementation of CRM best Practices, implementation of journeys through canvases. Braze elevated the CRM of our company to another level and permitted us to change the way we impact our clients

What do you like best about the product?
The experience my company had managing braze and setting it up is not good. It required 2 heads of CRM from big firms. The first one fail to do basics and the second one barely set up the basin flows to use it properly
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to set up the communications flows compared to other tools that are a bit more simple. So it requires a very complicated set up and a specialized team for the implementation

What do you like best about the product?
Overall UX, Braze support - success team, functionalities & unlimited marketing opportunities incl. mix of communication channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Drag & drop was designed better. There are quite a few issues today. Functionality as it is exists, but it feels like it is still a bit raw.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reaching out to our consumers at a suitable time through the right channel, increasing AOV, engaging with consumers through various media channels.

Do know HTML :) & get to know liquid to get the best out of Braze.

It is a very easy tool for the team and lets us enable the full end-to-end campaign cycle across all owned channels.

Maybe the weaker point in the tool is the reporting they have. They are improving it and for sure, they will get a very powerful one in the short-medium time.
Due to their data infrastructure, you can't have some historical data as you can have in a more traditional ESP/CRM. There is no data relationship from 1:n, it's only 1:1

We are using Braze to create unique customer journeys based on the actions of our customers in a multichannel way. It lets us have more personalized communications with our customers, due that we can communicate with them at the right moment, through the right channel, and with the right content
