What do you like best about the product?
I use Braze at Man City to grow and engage our database with timely and relevant content and offers. I appreciate that Braze powers our messaging across email, content cards, SMS, push, and other channels, enabling us to reach the right fans at the right time with personalization at scale. I like that Braze has helped us become less reliant on email and broaden our fan reach with increased relevancy and personalization. Its intuitive, low-barrier framework is great for campaign building, delivery, and evaluating success and best practices. I find the canvas building feature valuable for testing, learning, and optimizing fan communications. Another feature I like is audience sync for META ad targeting, which optimizes ad spend and fan acquisition. The learning tools, pathways, and in-person boot camps have greatly helped increase and develop my knowledge of Braze.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze to engage our database with timely, personalized content, reducing our email reliance. It broadens fan reach across multiple channels, boosting relevance and personalization. It also supports campaign building, evaluation, and optimization using various tools and integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Braze doesn't require any coding skills, which helps us get up to speed with campaign delivery and onboard new team members quickly. It also facilitates knowledge sharing across the business, allowing other stakeholders to understand Braze features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bulk campaign reporting, generating stats such as 'unique recipients' over a given time frame doesn't de-dupe very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for personalization at scale and multi-channel marketing. It helps us quickly deliver campaigns without needing code skills, onboard team members easily, and allows stakeholders to grasp its features.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the canvas capability in Braze, it's so easy to use. The ability to dynamically add data items and utilize liquid logic is incredible. For campaigns, being able to use diverse data points with canvas and liquid logic efficiently replaces our previous use of Django templates in Kraken.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently we have the issue of user IDs that can be associated with multiple accounts. Being able to manage this realistically requires the ability to push archiving of messaging into all of the relevant accounts, rather than just one. It also means we have to use more liquid logic to add multiple lines to the same message, rather than being able to push these separately to multiple messaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze solves functional and data challenges in our CRM; its canvas and liquid logic capabilities streamline dynamic data usage and segmentation in campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Braze really easy to use, which is great because it used to take a team of five people and several days to launch a campaign. The AI tool within Braze is something I value the most. The initial setup was also very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Braze really intuitive and user-friendly, with lots of new features to try out, especially with AI. It has all the features we need to execute our campaigns efficiently. I appreciate how it helps us with personalization, making sure we're sending the right campaigns to the right people at the right time, reducing unsubs and churn. I enjoy testing and learning different campaign paths. The initial setup was easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the AI features are very new, and I need more use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Braze to be a really intuitive platform that allows me to efficiently reach our customers, providing them with personalized and relevant communications thanks to Braze’s AI suite. I also appreciate how we can use intelligent timing and channels to deliver the right messages at the right time. The initial setup was very easy even though it was a big project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email drag and drop functionality is quite basic and makes it difficult to build out visually engaging campaigns without using HTML. The Segment feature often takes a long time to calculate audience figures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for sending personalized marketing communications efficiently, reaching users quickly, and understanding their behavior and interests. Its intuitive platform and AI help deliver the right messages at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Braze's really easy interface to understand and their great customer support. I'm excited about their advancements in AI tools. I enjoy the great training events that help me understand new product launches, which keep up with technological advancements like AI. The segment builder for SMSs, predictive sending times, and subject line builder help to keep costs down.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better analytic tools would be great - so I simply ask things like “build me a dashboard to show time taken to convert in this particular canvas”.
