What do you like best about the product?
I love the usability of the platform. It is easy to navigate and to train new users on quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company is not an eCommerce platform and a lot of the out of the box solutions are for eComm
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has made it easier to incorporate personalization into our email and IAMs
Great UI and learning materials
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is user-friendly and offers a wide range of excellent learning courses, along with thorough documentation guides that help address any questions. It enables you to conduct A/B testing easily without needing engineering support, making it simple to iterate and optimize with minimal effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really identify any major drawbacks to using Braze. Occasionally, they update or modify things, and when you log in, the interface might look different or certain features may have changed. Sometimes it's hard to remember if something was always that way or if it's a recent update. While it's great that the platform is always evolving, these changes can be a bit confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps support multichannel messaging and allows the team to iterate and test without engineering support.
Great experience and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Braze is how intuitive and powerful the tool is. The platform makes it easy to build fluid and personalized experiences and the tools within platform are easy to navigate and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the email feature, I find that there is no option for a mobile design view or a dedicated dark mode for building emails. Occasionally, my work does not save as expected, and I feel that the search function could be improved, as it does not meet my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, it is helping us manage our email sending and centralize all customer communications and localization within a single platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The product stands out for its ease of use, straightforward implementation, and the wide range of features it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and analytics features could use some improvement. They don't quite meet my expectations yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, product development roadmaps tended to be too lengthy, making progress difficult. Now, the CRM teams are able to move projects from the planning stage to execution much more easily.
User-friendly, innovative technology and functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's super user-friendly. I just started at my company and did the learning paths - super easy to follow along and the knowledge checks helped me retain the content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The terminology can be confusing - canvas/campaign, winning path/variant etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just started using this but my understanding is to use Braze to better our customer journeys, utilizing tech functionalities and personalization.
User Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn, and intuitive, Customer support responds fairly quickly, is implementing many AI features to improve efficiency and personalization. I use it everyday and is the main CRM platform my company uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Customer supprt can take a few days to respond

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has it all and an incredibly robust roadmap to keep it ahead of the curve. It's user friendly and easy to train on.

Complex instances, like multiple brands can be challenging to manage.

Creating robust lifecycle automations and managing one time campaigns via multiple channels.
best CRM for customer engagement
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is highly intuitive and offers an excellent user experience. I love that there is always new features coming out making work so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything off the top of my head right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am focused on creating customized journey maps that help users engage more effectively with our platform and brand. This approach allows us to better understand user needs and enhance their overall experience.
Intuitive UI However some Features Lacking
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very intuitive in terms of locating and implementing features. I do not often feel lost or unsure where to go on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email builder leaves something to be desired when it comes to creating more complicated and advanced builds. I would like to see more ability to customize features such as the dark mode color selection across inboxes, the ability to nest content blocks, and the ability to switch between the drag and drop view of an email build and an editable view of the HTML (which pulls in the underlying HTML of any liquid referenced content blocks that are included). We moved to Braze as a platform in part due to the convince and speed of build that comes with the drag and drop builder, however many of the things we conceptualize and would like to implement require the usage of html, however we have run into currently unsolveable issues with things such as alignment when using HTML blocks within drag and drop builds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helped to increase our production speed for our email production team through the drag and drop editor and a more streamlined user interface. It is incredibly easy to use overall, however my team does experience frustration points when the tool is unable to do what we are looking to do with it.
An Enterprise platform with great capabilities.
What do you like best about the product?
Enterprise platform with useful tools for creating action based campaigns. This UI is user friendly and intuitive most times.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using new features or launching a new experience or use case, Braze has room for improvement on technical support. It can be difficult to receive the necessary support in a timely manner after submitting a ticket.
