Speed to launch of content cards. So easy and effective with built in analytics
Product Manager using Braze for customer/ patient communications
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Barze allows me to segment patients to allow for preferred communications so as to create trust instead of annoyance in necessary communications via SMS messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found downsides yet for my use cases. Perhaps the learning curve process, but that is to be expected of any platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to experiment on patient populations to help determine what language is most engaging and purposeful for patients in the Healthcare industry. This allows us to communicate with patients without creating abrasion.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Braze is to use. I learned how to use Braze about two years ago and I can only say that my experience has been positive. It is a one stop shop for many methods of communication from sms, email, push, in app etc. I work with a company that has over 8 apps and have been involved in over 3 internal migration and implementing the use of braze has been a seamless experience. Braze support has been helpful with these migration and overall providing use cases for unique and new campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides of Braze are close to none. Customer support is always readily available to answer any questions and doubts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping a ton with automation and api triggered campaigns. As well as building meaningful and seamless customer journeys all lifecycle fronts.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a head of the game in releasing new features, addressing customers' feedback and adopting AI capabilities. The real-time, in-app features are a differentiator in our company's ability to reach our members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. I'd like to have more admin like abilities, like being able to delete nested attributes and also be able to see sub-properties for events in the user profile but those are tiny things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how easy it is to integrate with our platform via API calls, webhooks and connected content, because we operate in a regulated space and cannot expose PHI/PII to Braze.
An unbelievable migration
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation was so quick, probably the fastest and most well delivered out of any I've been involved in (3 so far). The simplicity and user-friendly design make it easy for most people to get started, as the setup process is very intuitive and helps speed up onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Link alias from Taxi exports does not populate adding an extra step in email deployment

Connecting with more customers through the channels where they are most likely to respond, and at the times when they are most engaged.

reporting system isn't quite there yet and better with currents back to the original database.

Need more ways to filter on segments, esp for events. Would also like a way to better identify multiple customers with the same email address making multiple profiles like as fraud situations

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is extremely easy to use, and the communication with the team is always open and transparent. New features are released regularly, and updates are clearly communicated to clients. In my experience, it’s the best tool for user testing, learning from your audience, and engaging with your user base.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I can't think of anything negative to mention.

Braze simplifies data collection and makes it straightforward to turn insights into actionable steps. Its integration process is user-friendly, offering plenty of opportunities to leverage its features.
Marketing Messaging Platform for All Size Companies
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly flexible, so many personalization options, technically very nimble. It can be used simply for standard email, sms, push notifications for smaller companies looking to get more insights into their guest but can easily scale for incredibly large and complex use cases. As a growing company we're able to move all our marketing messaging to Braze and add additional app functionality to ensure our guest are getting the right messages at the right time. This also helps us gather more data on their engagement, what messaging resonates, and how our campaigns are contributing to our overall business KPIs. Implementation was easy compared to other intergrated systems but our team used a Braze suggested consulting team that helped immensely!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of they have so many function that allow for personalization and customizing messages, it can be a bit overwhelming. It takes dedicated time to sit down and experiment with all the possibilities. It's not a steep learning curve but it's a long path.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We lacked a deep level or personalization when using our loyalty platform as our messaging platform. We now have better visibility into engagement across all channels and campaign performance.

Robust functionality, its easy to use and fairly intuitive. The help content and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search. Certain features are called intelligent and I don't know what that means. Begs more questions than answers

Transactional messaging and performance reporting of campaigns/canvas. All in one platform with a strong support systems from vendor partners.
