Braze is our primary marketing automation tool. We use it for transactional, servicing, and marketing communications.
Plenty of ways to consume data/trigger journeys/messaging. Helps us segment and personalise in detail.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze allows me to easily transform my concepts and ideas into robust campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Audience segmentation could be improved, especially when it comes to making it easier to copy specific criteria within the segments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Braze to design complex, personalized journeys for our users, which has helped us boost engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers technical ease of use and integrates well within our MarTech ecosystem. Its intuitive user interface makes navigation straightforward, and it supports multi-channel client journey orchestration. Additionally, we benefit from ongoing support and continued growth from the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main challenges with multi-step Canvas journeys arises when clients are already partway through their journey and we need to make adjustments to the user flow. Making changes in the middle of an ongoing process can be complicated, as it may disrupt the experience for users who are already engaged. This often requires careful planning to ensure that updates are implemented smoothly without causing confusion or interruptions for those currently progressing through the journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to deliver robust, contextual, and personalized messaging that utilizes our data and platforms allows us to connect with our banking clients exactly where they are in their journey.

I like the amount of product features that it has. It is a one stop shop for all mobile messaging needs exactly what is needed for our business

I would like a unauthenticated customer solution/some sort of identity resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is solving having multiple tools to achieve a unified client experience. Having all the channels in one allows for better cross channel journies, that wouldn't exist if we have mutiple vendors for multiple channels
Very capable tool for CRM needs
What do you like best about the product?
The canvas and campaign features. I also enjoy utilizing template features, as well as AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be complicated/finicky. Not everything is intuitive.

Comms and retention. Braze is a great tool to help get customers in the door and keep them around.
Wonderful customer support team for a complex product
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations, SDKs, Braze documentation, the customer support team is phenomenal and always ready to jump in to help
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX/UI can be quite complex, particularly for those who are new to the platform. At the moment, we depend heavily on external consultants to help us build our understanding, but this approach isn't sustainable in the long run. It would be very helpful to have more video tutorials available for self-service, as well as an onboarding experience that guides users in different roles—such as Product, Marketing, and Engineering—through the Braze interface and its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The In-app Messaging SDK is helping us achieve our goal of building stronger, long-term engagement with customers, especially since we depend so much on an external app like Instacart, where we don't have much control over the frontend user interface. With the in-app messaging feature, we now have greater control over when and how we communicate with our customers.
Easy to use and learn
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is an easy to use platform that has great training material for newbies. I started using Braze in my first job straight out of college with no experience in any similar platforms, but was able to get up and running very quickly using the Braze learnings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze has updates often, which are usually great; however, sometimes the user interface changes overnight and it can be disorienting. They usually are overall good changes, but it takes some time to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows me to effortlessly send email, push, and sms campaigns to users.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use by Marketers and IT Data Teams
What do you dislike about the product?
SQL Segments Credits and how they get consumed, I wish it is more clear when we configure and process to keep track of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use by our Business Marketers and more robust Marketing Activation plaform to increase Loyalty conversions and most importantly drive hyper personalization for customer retention.
