User-Friendly Automation with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like Braze for its user-friendliness, which makes managing email marketing straightforward. I also appreciate the support from the customer success managers as they enhance my experience with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that Braze doesn't directly read XML files for email templates. Currently, we have to transfer our content from CMS into Azure to translate it into JSON so Braze can pick up the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for email marketing automation.
Advanced Segmentation and Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to use Braze. The segmentation is more comprehensive than the competition, which allows me to use new strategies to capture more sales. I also highly value the implementation of AI, as it predicts the potential needs of the customer. Additionally, it is easy to carry out strategies and other customer contacts, as well as to do remarketing. The initial setup of Braze was very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
In principle, everything is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze to acquire new customers and retain existing ones. The segmentation is more comprehensive than the competition. Implement AI to predict customer needs, facilitating strategy and remarketing. It is easy to use and compatible with Salesforce.
Advanced Tool for User Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I love having access to a very advanced tool that allows me to create extremely fine segments. I can use different channels without necessarily knowing how to code, which is really convenient. There's nothing better than Braze for segmenting my audience, and it really makes a difference when launching marketing campaigns in terms of engagement, retention, and conversion. The initial setup was very simple, and the support or account management team is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, everything related to the analytical aspect, in-depth, not just campaign analytics, but overall retention, these kinds of things could really be improved so that it is also an analytics tool, not just campaign reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze to boost retention, orchestrate different channels, and offer personalized experiences, improving user engagement and activation.
Versatile CRM with a Steep Price Tag
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can mostly use Braze on my own without having to work with my tech team constantly. It removes the bottleneck for working with our tech team who are usually resource constrained anyways.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations in targeting, for example, that make it a little bit more difficult, and it's a pretty pricey service for us. So we're always working to really make sure that we're only sending the most necessary messaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze as a reliable CRM to send all forms of communication like email and SMS. It solves the problem of tech team dependency, letting marketing manage tasks independently. Braze is an all-in-one product with rich capabilities, reducing the effort of handling multiple tools.
Powerful platform for scalable, personalized customer engagement
What do you like best about the product?
The platform gives you a lot of flexibility to build highly personalized, data-driven campaigns while still being intuitive enough to move quickly. The segmentation and targeting capabilities are especially strong, which makes it easy to reach the right users at the right time based on real behavior, not just static attributes.
I also really appreciate how well Braze supports experimentation. Setting up A/B tests, iterating on messaging, and measuring performance feels straightforward, which helps teams learn and optimize fast. The real-time data and analytics make it easy to understand what’s working and adjust campaigns accordingly.
Another big plus is how well Braze integrates with other tools and data sources. It fits nicely into a broader marketing and data stack, which makes collaboration between marketing, product, and engineering much smoother. On top of that, the documentation and support resources are strong, making it easier to troubleshoot and implement more advanced use cases over time.
Overall, Braze strikes a great balance between depth and usability, which makes it a valuable tool for teams that want to scale personalized customer engagement.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Braze is very powerful, that depth can also come with a learning curve. Some advanced features are not immediately intuitive, especially for new users, and it can take time to fully understand how different components work together. This sometimes slows down onboarding or requires additional support from more technical teammates.
Reporting and analytics, while useful, can also feel limited for more customized or cross-channel analysis. In some cases, exporting data or relying on external tools is necessary to get deeper insights, which adds extra steps to the workflow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze solves the challenge of delivering timely, personalized communication at scale across multiple channels. Instead of managing fragmented tools for email, push, and in-app, Braze brings everything into one platform, which makes it much easier to create cohesive customer journeys and consistent messaging.
It also addresses the problem of acting on real user behavior in real time. Braze allows teams to segment users dynamically and trigger messages based on actions, attributes, and lifecycle stage. This directly benefits me by making campaigns more relevant, improving engagement, and reducing wasted impressions on users who are unlikely to convert.
Another key problem Braze solves is experimentation and optimization. The platform makes it easier to test messaging, timing, and audiences, then quickly apply learnings. This helps me move faster, make more informed decisions, and continuously improve performance rather than relying on assumptions.

User-Friendly CRM with Room for Enhancement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Braze for its ease of use and user-friendliness, which makes setting up automations and running A/B tests in real time easy. I also appreciate the reporting capabilities and the creative solutions it offers. The initial setup was very smooth, thanks to the assistance from onboarding contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are some usability things like being able to import static audiences into the campaign builder. I also think it would be great if we could import videos into IAM templates out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps with ease of use, reporting, and providing creative solutions for our multichannel marketing strategy.
A Powerful Platform for Scalable Customer Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes it easy to build personalised, multi‑channel campaigns without relying heavily on engineering support. Its UI is clean and user‑friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is robust, its flexibility can introduce a learning curve for new users. Some advanced features require careful setup and ongoing governance. Reporting, although improving, can feel limited for more complex analytics or attribution needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps centralise and activate customer data, enabling highly personalised communication at scale. This reduces operational friction, accelerates campaign launches, and improves targeting accuracy.
Powerful Segmentation with Minor Usability Quirks
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Braze is all set up and I've gotten used to how it works over the years. It's a system that makes sense to me. I like the segmentation feature a lot. Being able to segment across attributes and events, even nested events, allows me to be granular in terms of targeting, which I find very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess sometimes the logic of things when I am segmenting, if logic might make sense in my head, it might not necessarily make sense when I'm presenting that in Braze. It can be a bit of a low-level issue. Things that could be improved perhaps are housekeeping, being able to move things around and delete things. I was to move something from staging over to production, I'd like everything to be moved over. I don't have to do everything all over again. So that would be nice, but they're minor things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ultimately, Braze solves engagement issues and helps in unlocking revenue.

What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is very simple and barebones. It would be amazing if there was more visualization of the data.
