What do you like best about the product?
Braze is an excellent choice among customer engagement platforms: primarily due to its exceptional focus on multi-channel orchestration, powerful personalization capabilities, and robust data infrastructure. If your business is focusing on creating customer-friendly communication and engagement, Braze is a great option. I appreciate the quality of support and communication.
In essence, what I like the most about Braze is its comprehensive approach to customer engagement. It's not just a tool for sending messages and push notifications; it's a strategic platform for understanding your customers, acting on real-time data, and building meaningful, lasting relationships.
I appreciate the quality of support and communication. I find the learning base and courses from Braze very helpful, so any team member can gain in-depth knowledge about Braze, from data usage to campaign setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find helpful pop-ups that appear in the middle of the screen, which promote events and changes. It would be nice to make them less disruptive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze, as a customer engagement platform, addresses issues related to engagement and communication between products and users, enabling the gathering of feedback and insights from users. It enables cross-channel messaging and journey orchestration from a single platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very intuitive platform and quite customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, everything appears to be in good shape, but there are times when making updates and implementing them takes longer than I would expect.

The platform benefits from a knowledgeable team and a supportive user community, which together create a reliable support system for users.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze delivers on a multitude of traditionally technical use cases without the requirement of users knowing how to code.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about Braze at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping execute across a number of cross-channel customer engagement use cases. Namely, reengagement (win-back) and new customer use cases are key areas of focus.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is easy to learn and easy to implement. Customer support and Braze reps are also very helpful and prompt. Documentation is thoroughly detailed for its many features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a bit buggy and there are also minor improvements that can and should be made to various features that haven't been made despite suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze makes building email, push, and sms campaigns very intuitive and easy. Personalization is comprehensive and there are a ton of features that help take campaigns to the next level.

Customization Made Easy, A CRM Essential

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Braze makes it easy to send push notifications, as well as its ability to gamify CRM interactions, effectively enhancing customer engagement through our e-commerce app. The feature that stands out to me the most is the ability to code the frontend of the push notifications within Braze, allowing me to fine-tune and customize them precisely to my preferences. This level of customization makes handling CRM tasks remarkably easy for me. Furthermore, I haven't encountered any aspects of Braze that don't work well for me, which speaks to its all-around effectiveness. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, which was an added bonus for our transition. Overall, I would rate my likelihood of recommending Braze as a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall Braze has been too complete for me, if it can also have user analytics, without me having to use a software like amplitude it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Braze makes sending PNs easy and boosts customer engagement, while its customization options simplify CRM management to my liking.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Braze incredibly user-friendly, with its simple and intuitive UI, especially compared to other tools I've used like Salesforce. The guided tour is a great help for onboarding. Braze serves as a one-stop solution for multi-channel communications including email, push notifications, SMS, and more, which simplifies managing campaigns for engagement and retention. The AI-driven messaging is very effective for segmentation and driving conversions. The canvas builder and campaign builder are among the most useful features, along with its ability to integrate with analytics platforms like Snowflake and Google Analytics. Its comprehensive nature makes it ideal for all communication needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting is not that good. I would love to have more options, such as more pivot tables, more automations in terms of scheduling reports, and trends and graphs for my campaigns, which I can schedule and send to stakeholders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze as a one-stop solution for multi-channel communication, helping segment databases and enhance campaign engagement with AI-driven messaging, driving conversions and revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing in particular, I just started using it. Looks okay, non-obvious from the start but definitely manageable after some time investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Metrics for launched campaigns look a little complicated.

Still in the onboarding stages of Braze...but dissapointed so far

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how robust Braze is. We're able to bring in Segment data from our mobile app and build out a more robust in-app marketing experience. Our team also appreciates inboxvision to see how our emails will be received in different inbox providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike the onboarding and customer support experience. I'm not quite sure how the Bronze package is supposed to go but we've had an onboarding consultant who doesn't know much about the platform in terms of our specific niche use cases and support tickets that take 2-3 days to be responded to when our I.P. warming is failing.

The integration documentation and revenue attribution documentation is outdated and our onboarding partner tells us that Braze is getting rid of it's products section but cannot tell us how to bring revenue attribution into our platform. When asked if Braze will even have revenue attribution, I was told they weren't sure. Which is the main reason we chose Braze over a competitor.

Implementing Braze has actually been such a bad experience and left us to have to dig to find things ourselves because we have an onboarding consultant that doesn't know a lot about the platform.

Integrating Shopify events isn't straigth forward or user friendly at all even though it appears to be.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is easy to use, really prepared for non-technical roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of accessibility to data about users or engagement. Really limited canvas builder (no copy paste function for example)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Braze for all the steps of a CRM process:
1. Segmentation of users based on attributes and events
2. Content preparation of the emails and push notifications
3. Canvas creation
4. Engagement analysis
