Intuitive, easy and a great team.
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, intuitive user interface with lots of built in templates. Makes for a quick workflow across all touchpoints. Our customer support team has been awesome. The platform really frees up a lot of our workload and allows marketing to operate without much developer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some quirks with how canvas steps operate that aren't made super obvious. The overall reporting is lacking. Can't do YOY or MOM comparisons. That being said, the campaign and canvas level stats are great. Definitely some features I wish they had, but there's typically a work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using Braze as a replacement for an internally built tool which was riddled in bugs. This has saved us so much time in development costs, saved our brand reputation from not sending in app messages that were untimely or going to the wrong people and we've managed to achieve better retention and conversion rates.
It allows us to centralise data management in one place and then sync to various places
What do you like best about the product?
Syncing audiences to platforms like google ads and meta etc,
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its overcomplicated and not simplified
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audience sync and remarketing
Perfect tool for your CRM campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is one of the key features of the tool, also monitoring the performance of your campaigns is really easy as well as setting them up.
Uploading your audiences for the CRM campaigns is really easy as well, and takes very little time to set them up

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes metric appear in your campaigns that should not be possible, and there is no explanation as of why this happens
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting different CRM campaigns for our DTC
Powerful Tool with Strong Segmentation, But Setup Can Be Tricky
What do you like best about the product?
I like Braze because it's very easy to use. It feels friendly, and everything works as intended. I really appreciate the Canvas builder, as it helps me create better user journeys seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inner communications like content cards and banners could be improved, specifically in terms of setup and design. It would be better if they required less code and offered more options. The initial setup of Braze wasn't easy; it took more than a month to get the basics done, and there were issues with setting up in-app communications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps me solve trust issues by ensuring email flows work properly, with communications connected, personalized, and segmented all in one place.
Easy to use yet powerful platform. Can do most things in terms of campaign automation.
What do you like best about the product?
Frequency capping, canvas builder, ability to send Push.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't do complex data manipulation which you can do with other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to send out Push Notifications was not in our other platform, Braze is also easier to use than our other platform.
My favourite email marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
Braze by far has been the easiest and most clever email marketing software we've been able to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the new updates and optimisations, however, it's a bit jarring to log in and have everything changed when you've got a job to do. Some type of communications (whether it's an email ;) ) or maybe some info pop ups (or an IAM) letting us know what is updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to communicate to our audience efficently.
Straightforward and Powerfuk
What do you like best about the product?
I like the drag-and-drop features of Braze that make orchestration and delivery simple, and crafting emails in-app with no need for HTML experience has made the CRM accessible. I especially enjoy the documentation that Braze offers, it's clear, to the point and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much that I dislike at the moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The no-code solutions it offer make thr CRM process simpler, faster and less costly for the team, as user adoption is quite fast on Braze.
Promising Start with Braze – Powerful Tool with a Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
Although we are still in the onboarding phase, I’m impressed by the platform’s versatility and depth. The ease of implementation and integration has been better than expected – thanks to detailed documentation, a structured onboarding process, and strong support from our Customer Success Manager.
Even at this early stage, we are already exploring different campaign types, and I can see how Braze will quickly become part of our team's frequency of use. The user interface is modern and intuitive, and the segmentation and personalization options seem very powerful, even though we’re only scratching the surface so far.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user, the biggest challenge so far is the steep learning curve. Braze offers a lot of powerful features, but it can feel overwhelming at the beginning – especially for teams that haven't worked it before. Some areas of the UI could benefit from clearer guidance or tooltips, and understanding how all the different features work together takes time.
Also, while the documentation is comprehensive, it sometimes assumes a certain level of prior knowledge, particularly around technical integrations or Liquid logic. That said, the support team has been helpful when questions come up.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us centralize and streamline our customer communication across multiple brands, languages, and channels. Before Braze, managing campaigns and automations was fragmented and involved several tools. Now, with one unified platform, we can build more consistent, personalized experiences for our customers.
The ability to create automated journeys and dynamic content based on user behavior is a big step forward for us. It saves time, reduces manual effort, and will help us scale our CRM activities more efficiently as we grow.

Best in the industry
What do you like best about the product?
I've compared Braze with several simmilar CXDPs and their segmentation really stands out. Besides that, the platform is developed for success.
When we started the integration, we received a full package of onboarding steps. Next to that, there is a whole learning schedule and evcerything that makes it very easy to get to know the system, before doing the integrations. Even those are quickly done, if an integration is needed. I mean they have a lot of native integrations already. It's made so easy that you barely need any customer support, but even they are very organized and easy to approach.

What do you dislike about the product?
When looking for a CXDP, you want to have it fit like a glove. Braze does that, but they have so many options, that it seems like you're not using the full platform and missing out. Let's say, I haven't found any real issue yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been trying to find a good way to do cross-selling of our 10 brands. Our users have a lot of behaviour datapoints, so using their personalization engins is a gamechanger for us.
Powerful customer engagement platform with strong automation features
What do you like best about the product?
The customer journey builder (Canvas) is probably my favourite part – it makes mapping out campaigns and automations actually enjoyable, which I can’t say for most other platforms. It’s easy to visualise where users are going and make tweaks on the fly. I also like how flexible the segmentation is – being able to target users based on behaviour or custom events has been a game changer for our email and push performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s definitely a learning curve with some of the more advanced features, especially if you want to get into custom logic or personalisation using Liquid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has really helped us cut down on the time we spend manually building and managing campaigns. We used to jump between multiple tools just to get basic personalisation and automation happening, but now it’s all in one place.
