I really enjoy the aspects of braze
What do you like best about the product?
I like the customer attributes section which shows coupons, birthdate, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could see content of emails we have sent like an outbox
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has a lot of pertinent info in one location and that makes my job easier
Easy Braze
What do you like best about the product?
As far as platforms go, Braze offers an elegant and user friendly interface. It shows that they care about how I interact with their platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike. My only suggestion is to keep away from the fold. The market is a bit saturated and logos can blur together sometimes. Allows a unique experience and being visually different could set them apart from other competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KPIs and objectives can be hard to keep track of without an interface. Especially with email campaigns. Moving from Mailchimp and streamlining our system has helped immensely
Braze Review -
What do you like best about the product?
Braze excels at delivering highly personalized and timely messaging across channels, helping subscription businesses boost engagement and retention. Its robust segmentation and automation tools make it easy to target users based on behavior, driving conversions and reducing churn.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Braze is that its advanced features can have a steep learning curve, especially for teams without dedicated technical resources. Additionally, the pricing can become costly as your subscriber base and messaging volume grow, which may be a concern for scaling businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze solves the problem of fragmented customer communication by unifying messaging across email, push, in-app, and more—allowing for a seamless, personalized subscriber experience. This helps increase user engagement, improve retention, and drive higher lifetime value through automated, data-driven campaigns tailored to user behavior.
A Daily Essential for Powerful CRM Execution
What do you like best about the product?
I use Braze daily as our core CRM platform, and it has consistently impressed me with its depth, flexibility, and ease of use. It strikes the right balance between being powerful for technical users and intuitive for marketers.
Braze’s interface is clean, logical, and highly user-friendly. The Canvas Flow Builder makes designing multi-channel journeys (email, push, in-app, SMS) incredibly intuitive. We were able to get up and running quickly thanks to clear documentation and smooth integration with tools like Segment and Snowflake. The Liquid templating engine adds depth for advanced personalization without compromising usability.
Braze offers a rich feature set — real-time segmentation, triggered messaging, personalization, and A/B testing all work seamlessly together. I particularly value the flexibility of Connected Content for pulling in dynamic external data, and Currents for real-time data streaming into our BI tools. You can really scale your CRM strategy without hitting platform limits.
Support has been responsive and helpful, and the learning resources (Braze Academy, documentation, and community) are top-tier. Whenever we’ve encountered an edge case or needed advice, we’ve had fast, knowledgeable responses.
Braze is now an indispensable part of our marketing tech stack. It's intuitive enough for daily use by marketers, yet powerful and flexible enough to support complex, data-driven campaigns. I’d highly recommend it to any team serious about modern customer engagement.

What do you dislike about the product?
Liquid personalization can be tricky to debug — it’s a powerful feature, but writing and testing complex logic sometimes requires a lot of trial and error. The AI helpers are improving the overall coding tho.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us streamline and scale our multichannel CRM strategy with ease. We can manage email, push, in-app, and SMS campaigns from one place, using a single Canvas to coordinate timing, logic, and personalization across all channels. That’s saved us a lot of time and reduced complexity.
It also integrates seamlessly with external tools like Movable Ink, which we use for real-time creative personalization, and with data platforms like Segment or Snowflake. This means we can act on live data, personalize at scale, and build campaigns that are not only timely but contextually relevant — all without relying heavily on engineering support.
Overall, Braze gives us the agility to move fast and the depth to run sophisticated, data-driven lifecycle programs that drive real results.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main problems that Braze presents may be related to the complexity in its initial setup or the need for technical knowledge to fully leverage its potential. Also, in some cases, there may be integration challenges with existing systems or limitations in certain specific functionalities.
This benefits me because it creates opportunities to add value through the optimization, implementation, or improvement of these tools. It also allows for standing out by offering solutions or proposals that enhance efficiency in the use of the platform, which can translate into better results for the team and the company.
