Great Tools and Usability, But Export Reports Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and robust tools - makes creating campaigns and canvases easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
When pulling reports as an export they display terribly and are incredibly hard to decipher. I wish they would export exactly as you see them in the analytics dashboard - formatted and readable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Braze, we can connect with our users smoothly and at the right moments. It simplifies the process of setting up campaigns, helping us achieve our objectives and effectively target our customer base.
Great Communication Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Braze's CRM and tools are fantastic! I'm able to communicate as needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is great but I wish I had easier access to them aside from email, but usually I don't need them because the paltform performs as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me strreamline communications and send relevant information.
A powerful platform once you get past the learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
Braze helps us manage communication across all channels in one place. The personalization capabilities and real-time triggers make it easy to send relevant messages that actually convert. The UI feels clean and modern once you get used to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be pretty steep at first, especially for non-technical marketers. Some of the reporting tools feel limited, and creating fully customized dashboards often requires developer support. Once you’re past that, though, the platform runs smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us build user segments based on specific behavioral and demographic rules, which makes targeting much more precise. The fact that it integrates automatically with our other platforms saves a ton of manual work and keeps the entire process smooth and consistent.
Easy to use and great service provider for customer engagement
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and easy to understand as a newer CRM marketer. The learning and development tools are also fantastic. There are so many new features always coming out that enhance what our team is able to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not quite as customizable as I'd prefer and there are some bugs and quirks that take time to learn and work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us level up our personalzation and 1:1 capabilities that drive customer retention and keep our fans engaged.

The onboarding package, ease of use, accessible support, and customer success team.
What do you dislike about the product?
No deliverability software partners available.

Braze allows us to reach our customers and create brand awareness.
Good for segmentation and e-mail
What do you like best about the product?
We use it for segmentation and it works well. Also push and email work well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Content cards do not work in real-time. Would like to see better error tracking and monitoring on their SDK endpoints

It solves being able to run segmented campaigns in a relatively simple way.

Easy of use, variety of capabilities, ability to build complex canvases

personalization, AI, dynamic content
Overall great tool, fantastic UI which is very intuitive and easy to get started with.
What do you like best about the product?
Canvas orchestration and being able to create dedicated journey's with multiple channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to explore more of the technical (API/connected content) side of Braze, but appears to have tech prerequisites... could we empower marketers to explore this?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization via Liquid is definitely a good problem solved. Additionally being able to filter based on canvas/campaign entry and what they did (interacted) with in the journey.
So many possibilities and great support
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many capabilities to what is possible in Braze, the possibilities are endless! The support that the Braze team provides is extremely useful, Doris is a huge help in making sure that our team has all that we need to succed and quickly responds to any issues or questions that we have!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about this product. Occasionally, we encounter some bugs, but the Braze team is always quick to address and resolve most issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us effectively communicate to our customers the most importaint messages at the right time through many forms of digital communication.

The scalability and flexbility of the product allows us to really scale and test and learn within the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product needs further enhancements to reporting tied to micro-personalization. (i.e. what specific catalog or content block drove a conversion metric)

How to orchestration several channels and personalized all with scale.
