Responsive Platform with Great UI, Integrations, and Helpful Onboarding

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface, range of integrations and availability of data that can be exported from the platform. The system is responsive and the onboarding/account management team has been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's overall a strong product. One specific issue I have is with the search functionality of segments. I often struggle to find the segments I need even if I enter the exact name of the segment I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to communicate with our customers across multiple channels from one Canvas.

Comprehensive Communication with Ease, But Needs UI Tweaks

What do you like best about the product?
I used all the features of Braze to efficiently send out App Pushes, In-App messages, email, SMS, and WhatsApp. I love having all our comms, results, and overviews in one place. I really like the Canvas Builders and its simplicity, which allows us to have an entire journey in one place. It makes it easy for us to check results, make updates, and make adjustments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more ability to change layout. Have different channels to be colored so I can tell difference between SMS, App and Email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze to centralize our communications, results, and overview in one place. Canvas Builders make it simple to have an entire journey in one spot, easy to check results, make updates, and adjustments.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy to use. Low code and good features and good development

Better alerting for canvas set ups. Mission critical campaigns are run via canvas and the alerting is not quite fit for purpose

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Braze's UI and how intuitive it is to use. It really speeds up the process of creating canvases and getting campaigns live.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workaround for downstream measurement can be challenging when building complex multi-stage journeys.

Effortless Email Marketing with Powerful AI Assistance

What do you like best about the product?
I use Braze for email marketing and it really helps with reporting. The dashboard and reports are easy to make, and it's super helpful having all the information consolidated into one place. I also find creating designs easier on Braze for email templates. The AI assistant is super handy because if I ever have a question or query, I go to the assistant and the majority of the time it helps me plan and make better decisions. Braze's capabilities work well aligned with user app behavior and better targeting, which is great for my company that has an app. The initial setup was quite easy, and any issues we faced were from our side, not a Braze issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not a huge fan of the rows when creating an email. It would be helpful to have additional columns and other decision functions such as being able to change the color of a spacer inside a row without changing the background color.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze simplifies reporting with easy dashboards and reports, consolidates information in one place, and makes designing email templates easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I use almost all of Braze's functionality for Global Media's email and app marketing. Braze has an incredibly user-friendly interface, which has helped us onboard a broad range of teams throughout the business to set up and send their own communications. I love how Braze makes complex user journeys easy to build, with tools like '+ Personalisation' for Liquid, Catalogs, Connected Content, and Custom Attributes/Events. Our Account Manager is incredible too; whenever we've needed new functionality, she has always made the addition of these features to our platform very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of really!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze's user-friendly interface helps us onboard various teams to manage their comms. It enables granular personalization, offering an exceptional user experience. The intuitive campaign setup is great for beginners, and its tools make complex user journeys easy to build for advanced users.

Easy-to-Use Canvases and Drag-and-Drop Journeys for Personalization and A/B Testing

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, I like canvases and the drag and drop function. Easy to use data to personalise and trigger journeys. Easy to use experiment paths to set up AB tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some obvious functionalities or views missing that are seemingly obvious, small things that cause daily frustrations. I submit them as product improvements but never seem to hear back on those. Eg I wish in send settings we could select different opt in settings for each channel.
Also, more than once we’ve had strange volume drops in important journeys which have gone undetected for weeks or months - I wish there was an automatic alert system in place to flag when this happens. And, our braze technical support team often doesn’t seem able to find answers on why it’s happened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using custom events to trigger realtime communications to our customers when they take action on our site such as viewing a destination. Increased revenue and bookings and improved customer experience.

Scalable Dynamic Content Testing That Grows With Our Business

What do you like best about the product?
The sheer scalability of this product allows it to grow with our business. We can test and refine dynamic content to better suit our end user
What do you dislike about the product?
Canvases can be pretty fidgety to work with. It should be possible to select multiple components at once and move or delete them; right now, this really slows the team down during testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A big problem we had was understanding the user journey and behaviour. With user profiles, we can see what actions the user takes in near real time and respond personalised content

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Braze's modern design and its ability to let me get creative. The seamless data transfer capability between CDL systems stands out and is a big plus. Using Braze helps resolve the uncertainties marketers face with non-confederated data sources by allowing us to store data in one centralized location for marketers. The initial setup was super easy, which made the transition smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say although there is documentation in abundance, it’s often quite hard to find documentation through searching. I'm not sure but easy to help find things for things like a datashare and it not come back about setting up unrelated APIs. Enhanced documentation searching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze resolves marketing inefficiencies, enables effective and fast-paced marketing, and seamlessly integrates non-confederated data sources, centralizing data for marketers.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Braze incredibly intuitive and easy to set up journeys. The interface is really user-friendly, and it offers many capabilities to create as sophisticated a system as I need. I appreciate the great customer service, which is bolstered by the events, documentation, and customer success teams. It's also really easy to find documentation to help if I get stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some types of reporting are somewhat limited. And some of the segmentation rules could be more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps my team send personalized email blasts and automate messaging across different channels based on customer behavior. Setting up journeys is intuitive with its user-friendly interface and extensive capabilities.
