What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The push notification and email capabilities are top-notch, with deep segmentation features that enable highly targeted messaging. We've seen significant improvements in engagement and retention since implementing Braze. The real-time analytics also provide valuable insights, helping us refine our strategies for maximum impact.

The interface is very interactive and facilitates navigation through the tool.

Some screens have excessive information, which can cause some confusion.

Braze has facilitated the communication of information to delivery drivers.
Highly capable tool, but requires effort from tech team implementing.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate app analytics, with a robust campaing creation/management platform, including wide personalization capabilities and detailed performance measurements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Today the problem I face is the underutilization of the platform on the tech side of things, the lack of custom events severly handicaps my ability to create truly impactful campaigns that I know are possible via Braze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On my end the thing it helps with the most is seeing the true impact of campaigns on a business-level. This part was previously obscured.

I like the customization of the media in which communications can be made.

As a programmer, like with other platforms, a disadvantage is the complexity of integrating JavaScript for emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The implementation represents a challenge for users regarding the execution of workflows; it is important to understand in depth in order to implement.
Training could be more robust

Braze if fairly user friendly and easy to access.

The training journey could be more detailed and robust; including hands on training in the tool.

We are using Braze as our new client tool; we are transferring hundreds of templates from various platforms
Effortless User Engagement with Limitless Personalization
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Braze is to use, making it simple for me to manage tasks effectively. The Canvas components are particularly valuable; they simplify my daily routine and allow for high levels of personalization with my clients, which significantly increases my conversion rates. The initial setup process was super easy, which made the transition to using Braze seamless and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limits for SQL Query Credits in Braze because they are too low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze to solve onboarding blocks, engage users mid-journey, and reduce churn. Its ease of use and Canvas components enhance personalization, streamline my routine, and boost conversion rates.
Braze is a great tool, I would prefer it because of the vast number of features and reliability

Sometimes they are too slow to adapt to change

1) Braze is useful to reach out to large no of users at once without errors.
2) Beginner friendly UI.
3) Lots of customization options in the braze and easy to cerate templates.
4) Braze has great user Analytics dashboard which is very useful after launching a campaign.

As of now I am not able to find anything that I dislike keep up the good work.

Braze is helping us to reach out a large numbers of users at once. Saving a lot of time in the process, Braze is user friendly and has great user Analytics which help us track users after campaign is launched.
Good, intuitive UI - Difficult to drill in the specifics

User friendly interface, responsiveness.

Even though there is a help center, how statistics are compiled is difficult to understand and master.

Braze Is Easy (But Costs a Bit Much)

Braze helps us send messages that people actually like—no stress!
It’s easy to use. I can make emails, texts, and app messages fast. The drag-and-drop tool is my favorite—no tech skills needed! It also shows me what’s working so I can fix what’s not.

What do you dislike about the product?
It costs a lot for small teams. Some tools are hard to use without help. It have a lot of implementation steps to get going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us stop guessing what customers want. It lets us send personalized messages across email, text, and app notifications all in one place. Before Braze, we wasted time juggling separate tools and couldn’t track results well. Now we see what works instantly and fix what doesn’t. It saves time and keeps customers coming back.
